About the novel
Timeless Assassin begins with Leo Skyshard awakening on a prison transport without dependable memories. A message claims that he was once an elite assassin on Earth, and his body retains combat instincts even when his history is absent. Surviving an alien entrance trial leads him to Rodova Academy, where family clues and the name Timeless Assassin connect him to a bloodline that the surrounding divine order fears.
Leo moves through academy conflict, the Black Serpents, the Cult of Ascension, and a succession struggle involving its Dragons and elders. His rivalry with Aegon Veyr develops into brotherhood as both discover how they were cultivated for other people's designs. Becoming Shadow Dragon and Cult Master gives Leo authority, but his unresolved identity and candidacy for Lord of the Void make the use of that authority more important than the title itself.
World and ranked power
Cultivators develop mana hearts, genetic awakenings, intent, martial techniques, and ranked stages. Military academies train candidates for organized conflict, while the Cult of Ascension preserves assassins, rituals, codices, and bloodlines outside ordinary institutions. Equipment and alien trials expose fighters to powers whose origin may be technological, magical, or divine.
Leo's inherited instincts support stealth, weapons, tactical integration, and the Sevenfold Revelation Codex. Bloodline awakening and the Timeless inheritance expand his relationship with time and the Void, while godslaying requires intent capable of harming beings protected by more than physical durability. Advancement continually restores fragments of capability before it restores context, forcing Leo to decide what kind of person should inherit the assassin he used to be.
