Privacy
NovelPantheon currently does not require user accounts. It uses limited privacy-first analytics and processes information that you choose to submit through the novel-request form or send by email, as described below.

NovelPantheon uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits, referral sources, approximate country, device information, and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
Analytics information is retained and processed according to Cloudflare's policies.
Technical service data
Hosting, DNS, and security providers may process limited technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and timestamps, when delivering and protecting the website.
Novel requests
The novel-request form collects the novel title and author name that you choose to submit. It does not ask for your name, email address, or an account. The submission is delivered by Cloudflare Email Service to the NovelPantheon inbox and is not stored in a NovelPantheon application database.
Hosting, email-delivery, and security providers may retain limited operational logs needed to deliver the request and prevent abuse. Submitted requests are used only to prioritize and plan additions to the archive.
Emails
If you contact NovelPantheon, the email address, message, and any information you choose to provide are used to review your message, respond when appropriate, and improve the archive. Messages are not sold or used for advertising and are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
