Tian’er

Tian’er is a principal heroine of Heavenly Jewel Change, the daughter of Heavenly Snow Mountain Lord Xue AoTian and the Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger who first accompanies Zhou Weiqing in the concealed form he names Fat Cat. Her Divine and Spirit Saint Attributes complement Zhou's Demonic and Time Attributes, making their partnership the origin of Saint Energy. Her refusal to accept an arranged marriage, her work as a healer and combatant, and her insistence on entering the Netherworld beside Zhou make her an active participant in both his rise and the survival of their world.

Biography

Fat Cat joins the Heavenly Bow journey

Tian’er first appears as a small white tiger that refuses to leave Zhou's arms after he and Shangguan Bing’er encounter it in the Stars Forest. Zhou mistakes her for a young Heavenly Beast, names her Fat Cat because of her round body, and carries her inside his clothes. Her later explanation establishes that this is not a separate pet or reincarnation: she is already Tian’er, a Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger passing through the vulnerable Transformation Phase, and she has approached Zhou after sensing the complementary Saint Attributes and bloodline power within him. (Chapters 24 and 97–98)

The harmless appearance conceals both intelligence and rank. When Zhou begins losing control of Demonic Change near two Icy Soul Heavenly Bears, Fat Cat leaps from him, expands into a three-metre white tiger, and roars with enough bloodline authority to subdue the bears. Beams from her eyes cleanse the corruption affecting their cubs, while her presence restores enough clarity for Zhou to regain control. She then returns to her small form and resumes sleeping against him, leaving Zhou aware that she is extraordinary but still ignorant of her human identity. (Chapters 32–34)

This early pattern defines her concealed companionship. Tian’er accepts the safety and cultivation benefit of remaining close to Zhou, but she also intervenes whenever his life, mind, or prospects are threatened. The Fat Cat form lets her observe his character without announcing her status as Heavenly Snow Mountain's heir; it also allows her to protect him while he continues developing through his own decisions. By the end of the Heavenly Bow phase, she is no longer merely testing an unusual human from a distance: she has begun acting as his hidden guardian and constant companion. (Chapters 24–34 and 97–98)

A hidden guardian in Fei Li

During Zhou's studies in Fei Li, Tian’er normally remains Fat Cat, sleeping in his room or clothes and allowing him to treat her as an affectionate but temperamental animal. Her reactions repeatedly disclose awareness far beyond that disguise. She frightens a captive Silver Emperor into submission so Zhou can Store its Skill, clears his mind when spiritual exhaustion interferes with his Consolidating Equipment work, and shows open disdain toward threats that others around him take seriously. Each intervention advances Zhou's cultivation without revealing who supplied the decisive help. (Chapters 37–45 and 57)

Tian’er also assumes human form when concealment alone is insufficient. Dressed in white, she confronts Ming Wu after his attempt to force Zhou into the Heavenly Demon Sect, invokes Heavenly Snow Mountain's claim over him, and makes the injured nine-Jeweled master withdraw. Later, during Zhou and Yun Li's wager against Lin TianAo, she communicates secretly with Zhou and disrupts the observer who might otherwise identify his attributes and skills. These are her own tactical choices: she shields Zhou from political capture and unwanted scrutiny while leaving the actual contests for him to win. (Chapters 51–61)

The human protector and the tiger at Zhou's side remain deliberately separated in his understanding. Tian’er gives her name but no explanation, and Fat Cat is absent when she appears. That dual presentation allows her to examine how Zhou behaves toward a mysterious benefactor, a supposedly helpless animal, and the women already important to him. It also turns the later revelation into confirmation of a continuing relationship rather than the introduction of a new one: the same person has been sharing his home, protecting his secrets, and choosing when to intervene throughout Fei Li. (Chapters 51–61 and 97)

Identity, choice, and the Heavenly Jewel Tournament

On the journey to the Heavenly Jewel Tournament, Tian’er's evolution draws Zhou into a four-coloured cocoon formed by their complementary Attributes. She emerges in human form at the seven-Jeweled stage while Zhou receives benefits from the same process. The fusion offers her the opportunity anticipated by her bloodline's lore: killing him at the culmination could let her absorb his spirit, soul, and blood. She considers the gain but cannot carry it out, protects him while he is unconscious, and later returns to Fat Cat form rather than treating him as prey. Her choice marks the point at which a relationship begun partly for cultivation advantage becomes more important than that advantage. (Chapters 66–69)

Tian’er continues helping the Fei Li team without taking over Zhou's place in it. She blocks lethal attacks with Divine light, warns him through her sharper senses, and reveals the immense Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger form when the group must protect the dragon mother and her egg. Her bloodline presence affects other Heavenly Beasts and exposes her status to the WanShou participants who know that Xue AoTian's daughter has fled Heavenly Snow Mountain. In the Lustre Spatial Realm she therefore ceases to be merely a concealed reserve: her decisions tie Zhou's team to the dragons' survival and make her own absence from home impossible to hide. (Chapters 69, 76, 83, and 100–104)

Zhou finally confronts Fat Cat with his deduction that she and the white-haired Tian’er are the same person. She transforms directly before him and explains that she is Xue AoTian's daughter, a Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger, and the intended bride of Gu Yingbing. Her father arranged the marriage to the Divine Spirit Flame Lion prince, but Tian’er pretended to comply and fled because she wanted to choose her own happiness. She also admits that Zhou's Demonic and Time Attributes attracted her Divine and Spirit Attributes, creating a field that eased her Transformation Phase and accelerated both their cultivation. (Chapters 97–98)

Tian’er does not leave the future of their relationship for Zhou to define. She directly chooses him as her mate, tells him that he must grow strong enough to defeat Gu Yingbing and gain her father's consent, and remains beside him until the WanShou team identifies her. When that discovery threatens to bring Gu and Xue AoTian down on an unprepared Zhou, she leaves to protect him. Her farewell letter joins both identities in its signature—his Tian’er and his Fat Cat—and asks him not to seek her until he is strong enough, turning the concealment that began their bond into an explicit promise of reunion. (Chapters 98–110)

Separation behind the Peerless Battalion's rise

Tian’er is physically absent while Zhou builds the Peerless Battalion, but the separation is not a withdrawal of loyalty. Back on Heavenly Snow Mountain, she follows news and images of him, weeps when she learns that he survived Gu Yingbing's earlier attack, and rejects the claim that time will make her accept the arranged marriage. Xue AoTian nevertheless fixes the wedding, treating it as both a union of bloodlines and a political settlement between the Tiger and Lion Tribes. (Chapters 128–163)

The pressure forces Tian’er into a protective deception. She writes words intended to make Zhou abandon her and tells her father that she will marry Gu only after extracting promises that Zhou will not be harmed. In private, however, she resolves that the ceremony will never make her Gu's wife: once the alliance has saved face, she intends to die rather than betray the mate she chose. This plan shows both the extremity of the coercion and her characteristic willingness to take the cost onto herself instead of transferring it to Zhou. (Chapters 155 and 172–174)

Even at a distance, their joined Attributes continue to matter. Residual Divine and Spirit energy from Tian’er answers Zhou's Demonic and Time Attributes during the crisis of his Dragon Spirit and bloodline fusion, helping the four Saint Attributes stabilize him. Her farewell and the energy bond also become reasons for him to survive and master the power needed to reach her. The Peerless Battalion arc thus changes Tian’er's position indirectly: while Zhou develops the army and cultivation required to challenge Heavenly Snow Mountain, she changes from a runaway avoiding an unwanted future into a captive heir prepared to reject it openly, even at the price of her life. Winning the right to choose on Heavenly Snow Mountain

As the wedding approaches, Tian’er stops pretending that she can accept it. She tells Xue AoTian that the Resurrection Skill's uncertain chance will be irrelevant if he forces the marriage: she will die rather than let down Zhou, and if Zhou is killed she will follow him. Her father's realization that she intends suicide after the ceremony changes the conflict. Instead of completing the alliance by authority alone, he gives Zhou a series of tests against Heavenly Snow Mountain's power and Gu Yingbing's claim. (Chapters 172–178)

The final test removes Tian’er's memories and asks Gu and Zhou to reach her through instinct alone. Childhood affection lets her recognize that she likes Gu, but it does not make her choose marriage. When Zhou brings forward his two Saint Attributes, her Divine and Spirit Attributes answer without conscious instruction; their four-coloured whirlpool breaks through the memory seal, and she returns to him. Tian’er then apologizes to Gu while stating plainly that her heart belongs to Zhou. Her choice, rather than only Zhou's victories, is the decisive answer to the arranged betrothal. (Chapters 181–182)

The reunion also restores a family bond Tian’er has never possessed. Phelia, whose guardianship of the Netherworld seal forced her to leave after giving birth, appears and asks to embrace her daughter. Tian’er's first response is the pain of abandonment, but mother and daughter reconcile after Phelia explains her duty. Phelia approves Zhou because Tian’er chose him, teaches the couple a paired-cultivation method, and identifies their four Attributes as a possible path beyond ordinary Heavenly God limits. Xue AoTian then allows Tian’er to leave with Zhou, though he requires their periodic return for examination. (Chapters 178 and 182–183)

Saint Energy, restoration, and new family ties

Tian’er formally joins the Peerless Battalion and participates in Zhou's campaign toward the Heavenly Bow Empire. When an assassin's attack triggers a lethal bloodline Breakdown in Zhou, she diagnoses the raging power, uses Divine healing to repair his meridians, and risks invoking all four Saint Attributes inside him. The resulting fusion suppresses the mutation without the damage that brute-force restraint would cause. This rescue leads them to form the internal Saint Energy whirlpool: their joined life force and Attributes refine ordinary Heavenly Energy into a silvery-white liquid more than ten times as dense, immune to Zhou's ordinary Devour Skill, and aligned with creation. (Chapters 183 and 198–200)

Tian’er is a co-investigator rather than a passive source for the new power. She proposes using her Attributes to maintain the whirlpool while Zhou Devours and refines outside energy, tests Saint-Energy-enhanced skills herself, and recognizes practical weaknesses: neither can initially generate it alone, each empowered skill consumes precious drops, and sustained combat remains impossible without careful reserves. Together they learn to preserve normal Heavenly Energy for ordinary fighting, use Saint Energy as a decisive resource, and maintain a shared whirlpool to recover it. In battle, her support lets Zhou animate the Hell's Angel and later oppose Destruction Attribute techniques, but the large costs repeatedly leave both of them exhausted. (Chapters 199–201 and 218–222)

Her Divine healing has consequences beyond the couple. After the Crescent City fighting, Tian’er spends herself treating the most critically wounded soldiers, saving roughly thirty people and earning the name Goddess of Life before collapsing from exhaustion. The examination that follows reveals that she is pregnant. She returns to Heavenly Snow Mountain for confirmation because Divine Heavenly Spirit Tigers carry children for years and protect them through their inherited bloodline. The pregnancy strengthens her connection to both families without removing her from action: she later insists on helping rescue Zhou's sealed parents after Xue AoTian confirms that her child is unusually well protected. (Chapters 201–206 and 263)

In the Lustre Spatial Realm, Tian’er and Zhou use Saint Energy to consume the Destruction Energy poisoning the dragon Hui Yao. Tian’er then performs the Resurrection Skill through the God Spirit Staff, combining Divine and Spirit Attributes, ancient incantations, and 108 symbols while Zhou supplies the immense continuing stream of Saint Energy. The task lasts a full day and exceeds what her Heavenly Energy could sustain alone, but it restores Hui Yao to life. She later applies the same union of Divine light and Saint Energy to the Fate Denying Seal, restoring the trapped Heavenly Bow officials while Zhou reconstructs his father's failing body. The Peerless family and the Elf expedition

Tian’er remains on the Boundless Mainland while Zhou and Bing’er travel to the XuanTian Continent, returning to the restored Heavenly Bow leadership when he comes back. She confirms that their child is developing safely, brings Xue AoTian's warning about the Netherworld seal, and refuses to be excluded from the operation to free Zhou's family merely because she is pregnant. Her role in that rescue—healing the sealed officials, supporting Zhou's Creation work, and appearing before his parents as one of his intended wives—places her inside the family and political order their earlier partnership helped restore. (Chapters 243–267)

When a later Blood Red Hell confrontation leaves Zhou attempting a dangerous Heavenly Emperor breakthrough with an injured soul, Tian’er senses his crisis through their Saint Energy connection and has Bing’er carry her to him. She accepts the risk of receiving his unstable power because losing him is the greater danger. The child within her answers with a purer white energy that stabilizes Zhou, heals his soul, and turns the breakthrough into a shared elevation: Zhou reaches Heavenly Emperor, while Tian’er forms a Starcrux Saint Nucleus Core and becomes a Heavenly King. Her action saves him, and the result proves that their unborn child is already participating in the energy system created by its parents. (Chapters 761–763)

Tian’er then travels with Zhou and his other partners to the Elf Tribe's Sealed Land. She helps maintain cooperation among the women, understands the nature of the constructed realm, and remains disciplined when the Elves accuse the group of abducting their princess. During and after the crisis, her sensitivity to Zhou's Saint Energy lets her distinguish the life-sharing connection he forms with the Elven Empress from their own paired-cultivation bond. Her judgment helps the group accept the alliance as a genuine exchange of life force and duty rather than another concealed romance. (Chapters 769–792)

The journey also shows how much her identity has broadened. She is still Xue AoTian's daughter and the future mother of Zhou's child, but she is also the experienced Saint Energy cultivator whose understanding is second only to Zhou's. She stands with the Peerless Sect's leading fighters while Zhou completes the eleventh piece of his Legendary Set and detects the Destruction-aligned attackers who try to exploit the process. By the time she returns to Heavenly Snow Mountain before the Grand Tournament, her loyalties to her father, Zhou's family, and the Peerless Sect no longer compete; they form the alliance she expects the coming war to require. (Chapters 792–802)

Heavenly God breakthrough and the Netherworld

At the Grand Tournament of Saint Lands, Tian’er appears with the Peerless Sect while also reinforcing Heavenly Snow Mountain. Her purified Saint Energy benefits her father's forces more strongly than the lesser reserves spread through Heaven's Expanse Palace, and she uses her own God Spirit Staff to help Xue AoTian resist the Destructive Divine Territory. When open war begins, she has reached the Lower-Level Heavenly Emperor Tier. She fights in the God Vanquishing Heavenly Spirit Set, protects the Heavenly Snow Mountain formation, and supplies information and Creation-aligned power while the sects confront Blood Red Hell and Love Valley. (Chapters 801–824)

During Zhou's breakthrough against Fen Tian, Tian’er enters the field because Saint Energy recognizes her as part of its origin. Their energies become indistinguishable, both form human-shaped Saint God Nucleus Cores, and she advances to the Lower-Level Heavenly God Tier. She then attacks Fen Tian's mind with the Spirit Attribute, raises Divine barriers, manifests an Astral Divine Territory and Seraphic Blazeangel, and repeatedly stands between Fen Tian's Destruction Sword and Zhou while his final Legendary Set piece completes. She is wounded and nearly killed, but does not retreat from a blow she believes only she can delay. (Chapters 830–833)

After Fen Tian falls, Tian’er removes Destruction Energy from the dragon Duo Si and joins the expedition to repair the Netherworld seal. She refuses Zhou's attempt to leave her behind, arguing that her Saint Energy is integral to the task and that she will not let their child lose its father. Within the seal she reunites with Phelia, then embraces Zhou from behind and pours her power into him while he replaces the Dragon Emperor as the formation's core. When the Nether Lord's last attack pulls Zhou toward the Netherworld, Tian’er uses their Saint Energy tether to follow him rather than accept safety without him. (Chapters 835–846)

In the Netherworld, the two fight as a connected pair against Destruction Origin Energy. Tian’er becomes a concentrated Seraphic Blazeangel, shields Zhou, and feeds her power into his attacks, though her Lower-Level Heavenly God cultivation cannot by itself match the Nether Lord. When Zhou begins burning away his life to withstand the Eye of Destruction, she throws herself into the beam rather than watch him die. The unborn child protects her, emerges as the Saint Baby, and transforms both parents' power temporarily into true Genesis Saint Energy. The family survives, the Nether Lord is destroyed, and Tian’er's first identity as Fat Cat and final role beside Zhou are explicitly joined by his memory of the small tiger who stayed with him through his darkest periods. Appearance and personality

In her Fat Cat form, Tian’er is a small, round white tiger with four pink paws, deep blue or purple eyes, and a blue king-mark on her forehead. She can enlarge this body into an imposing white tiger several metres long; the full Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger form carries the bloodline authority that makes lesser Heavenly Beasts submit. Her human form is a young woman with fair, refined features, long white or silver hair that falls down her back, deep purple eyes, and two dark-blue locks framing her forehead. She normally wears white, and her Divine aura gives her an aloof, holy appearance that contrasts with the warmth and mischief she shows among people she trusts. (Chapters 24, 33, 51, 69, 97, and 266)

Tian’er is proud, direct, perceptive, and stubborn about choosing her own life. She can maintain a cold, commanding manner toward enemies, yet her hidden months as Fat Cat reveal playfulness, jealousy, physical affection, and a willingness to look foolish around Zhou. She is not uniformly gentle: threats against him can provoke immediate killing intent, and she uses teasing and calculated concealment when it suits her. Her strongest repeated trait is resolved loyalty. She flees an imposed marriage, plans to die rather than consummate it, spends herself healing strangers, and follows Zhou into the Netherworld after making clear that neither pregnancy nor his protective objections can decide her duty for her. Abilities and cultivation

Tian’er begins the story in the Transformation Phase of a high-ranking Heavenly Beast, reaches seven Jewels during her evolution on the tournament journey, forms a Starcrux Saint Nucleus Core and becomes a Heavenly King during Zhou's later breakthrough, and reaches the Lower-Level Heavenly Emperor Tier before the Saint Lands war. Her shared Saint God Nucleus Core breakthrough against Fen Tian raises her to the Lower-Level Heavenly God Tier, her latest sustained cultivation state in the corpus. The Genesis Saint Energy granted through her child is explicitly temporary and does not permanently replace that level. (Chapters 66–69, 761–763, 822, 830–832, and 848)

Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger bloodline and transformations

Tian’er inherits the Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger bloodline from Xue AoTian. It gives her Divine, Spirit, and Water Attributes; exceptional intelligence; the ability to take human, small tiger, and full tiger forms; and royal authority among Heavenly Beasts. In the full form, her roar and bloodline aura suppress lesser beasts, strengthen or rally allied beasts, and can disrupt hostile control. She also possesses powerful senses that detect danger before ordinary Heavenly Jewel Masters and an unusually durable body whose inherited protection extends to her unborn child. The forms serve different applications rather than representing different people. The small Fat Cat body is suited to concealment, proximity, and safe passage through the Transformation Phase; the human form allows speech, equipment use, and ordinary Heavenly Jewel combat; the great tiger form releases bloodline prestige and physical scale. Transformation does not erase her energy limits, and pregnancy remains a concern even with bloodline protection. Her later combat consequently favors human form with her Legendary Set, while tiger projections and markings appear when she channels her inherited power into major Divine techniques. Divine and Spirit Saint Attributes

The Divine Attribute supplies Tian’er's strongest healing, purification, barrier, and resurrection effects. She repairs Zhou's torn skin and meridians during bloodline Breakdown, heals critically wounded soldiers, cleanses the Fate Denying Seal's Darkness energy, and uses Divine barriers against attacks far above her normal level. Divine Faith can convert the gratitude or belief directed toward her into additional Divine energy, but ordinary healing still consumes her reserves: treating Crescent City's wounded leaves her unconscious, and a target in complete bodily disintegration cannot be restored by a normal Resurrection Skill. (Chapters 33, 198, 201–206, and 265–266)

Her Spirit Attribute provides perception, mental communication, suppression, and direct attacks through her eyes. It helps her detect Zhou's instability across distance, reach his consciousness through their joined energy, conceal information from observers, and briefly stun even Fen Tian after she becomes a Heavenly God. Its effectiveness still depends on comparative spiritual power; enemies with overwhelming Divine Thought can resist or overpower it. At her peak, Tian’er unites Spirit and Divine power in the Astral Divine Territory, Seraphic Blazeangel, Divine Seal, and the Resurrection Skill rather than treating them as unrelated talents. (Chapters 51–61, 179, 232–233, 761, and 832–847)

Saint Energy partnership and progression

Saint Energy originates from the interaction of Tian’er's Divine and Spirit Attributes with Zhou's Demonic and Time Attributes. Their first external whirlpools accelerate cultivation and stabilize dangerous transformations, but the true internal whirlpool requires all four Attributes, compatible life force, and a safe medium inside Zhou's body. It refines ordinary Heavenly Energy into a denser Creation-aligned form, magnifies skills, resists Devour and Destruction, and can animate high-level skill projections. Initially, neither partner can produce it alone, and major effects consume dozens or hundreds of drops, leaving them vulnerable after a short burst. (Chapters 66–83, 181–201, and 218–222)

Repeated practice changes those limits. Tian’er learns to keep normal Heavenly Energy for sustained combat, maintain a personal Saint Energy whirlpool, and use Zhou's larger cycle as a source while converting the output through her own Divine and Spirit techniques. Her Starcrux and later Saint God Nucleus Cores let her hold and recover increasingly pure Saint Energy independently, though her reserves and output remain lower than Zhou's. The same-root connection gives the pair strong emotional and tactical awareness, supports energy transfer at a distance, and lets their powers merge without rejection when they fight together. (Chapters 199–234, 761–763, 774, 820–833, and 841–847)

Their son represents a related but distinct interaction. Before birth, the child's white energy stabilizes Zhou's soul and hastens Tian’er's own breakthroughs. In the Netherworld, the Saint Baby protects Tian’er from the Eye of Destruction and temporarily elevates both parents' power into Genesis Saint Energy, which purifies Destruction energy at its source. The corpus explicitly states that this state will fade and their original strength will return, so Genesis is evidence of the family's potential and the child's nature, not a permanent technique Tian’er can summon at will. (Chapters 761–763 and 847–848)

God Vanquishing Heavenly Spirit Set and resurrection

Tian’er's Legendary Set is the God Vanquishing Heavenly Spirit Set, the same inherited line used by Xue AoTian. Its central implement is the God Spirit Staff, which focuses her Divine and Spirit Attributes, supports barriers and seals, and guides the symbols and incantations required for her greatest rituals. The set amplifies her Saint Energy so strongly that, during the Saint Lands war, its gold shines with a stellar quality brighter than her father's equivalent equipment. (Chapters 76, 232, and 822–823)

The Resurrection Skill is the set's most demanding demonstrated application. Tian’er must combine Divine and Spirit power, invoke the Divine Heavenly Spirit Tiger projection, trace 108 symbols, and sustain the ritual through the staff. The cost scales with the target: reviving a dragon requires an entire day, exhausts her Heavenly Energy, and succeeds only because Zhou continuously converts and transfers Saint Energy into the formation. The result restores Hui Yao after Destruction energy has been removed, but the method's preparation, dual-Attribute requirement, and immense energy demand prevent it from serving as an unrestricted answer to death. • Zhou Weiqing: Tian'er's chosen mate, husband in practice, and Saint Energy partner. She first follows him as Fat Cat to investigate their complementary Attributes, then refuses the power she could gain by killing him and openly chooses him. Their relationship is both emotional and mechanical: their four Attributes create Saint Energy, their awareness repeatedly lets one rescue the other, and they enter the Netherworld together rather than accept survival through separation. (Chapters 24–34, 51–110, 159–234, 761–802, and 830–848)
• Xue AoTian: Tian'er's father and the Heavenly Snow Mountain Lord. He loves her but initially subordinates her wishes to a political marriage. Her declared willingness to die makes him reconsider, and he ultimately respects her choice, trains and protects the couple, confirms her pregnancy, and supports her decision to reinforce the Netherworld seal. • Phelia: Tian'er's mother, an Entropic Nether Tiger and guardian of the Netherworld seal. Her duty deprives Tian'er of a mother during childhood, producing anger and grief when they reunite.
