Tashmal

Tashmal, originally Hashmal, is a six-winged Dominions Angel who leads an unexpected assault on Earth before Randalph Brigsiel captures her and engineers her fall. Her decision to use him against the other demons develops into genuine service as she raises young angels, protects his dungeon, survives advanced training, and administers his Japanese dungeon. Her remaining angelic knowledge makes her the faction's authority on holy power, the sacred zone, and Camael, while her concern for the angels repeatedly challenges Randalph's willingness to treat them as expendable pieces.

Biography

From Heaven's messenger to fallen captive

Hashmal is born from an angel egg and charged by the Heavenly King to cleanse darkness and bring light. As a Dominions Angel, she endures repeated missions in the Demon World before being ordered to lead an investigative force through a damaged dimensional gate. The altered destination brings her to Earth rather than the expected world, and the immense demonic power around the Korean dungeon convinces her to attack. She directs hundreds of angels against its barrier, splits troops between exterior and interior, and personally sustains them through a battle that draws rival demons from across Korea. (Chapters 81–89)

Her refusal to retreat becomes a tactical weakness. Hashmal fights for two days, kills thousands of creatures, and continues even after darkness and exhaustion reduce her attacks, because she divides the conflict into angelic good and demonic evil and will not abandon that duty. Randalph exploits her focus: after first helping the angels enough to confuse her judgment, he catches her as she falls and has his golems sever all six wings. The loss removes her flight, holy-power source, and wing-mediated communication, leaving her physically weak and unable to return to her surviving force. (Chapters 84–89)

Randalph offers an alliance against the four Grand Dukes, but Hashmal refuses to trust a demon without evidence. He lets her inspect his unusually balanced dungeon, where the living ecosystem and respectful burial of dead angels beneath the Tree of Origin contradict her assumptions, then permits a guarded journey through other dungeons. Seeing their destructive conditions persuades her that Earth will die without intervention. She therefore decides to use Randalph to eliminate the other demons and takes the name Tashmal before breaking angel law through a sexual union with him, an act that turns her into a fallen angel and places her under his system jurisdiction. The Tree, the angels, and a dungeon allegiance

Tashmal awakens with six black wings powered by yin magic rather than the white wings and holy power she lost. Her choice is strategic rather than immediate surrender: she still considers killing every demon her final mission and maintains an emotional wall against Randalph. That wall begins to weaken through the treatment of her dead companions. Yihi buries them beside the Tree of Origin, fulfilling an angelic hope that Randalph would otherwise have disregarded, and Chrisley reserves the tree's vicinity instead of desecrating the bodies. Their actions turn gratitude toward individual dungeon residents into the first basis for belonging. (Chapters 90–114)

Randalph next entrusts Tashmal with an angel egg that she initially believes a fallen angel cannot safely bear. Faced with the alternative of its death or care by a creature, she takes responsibility, and the child hatches after a week. She eventually raises a crowded sacred area of baby angels, learns through experiment that Tree of Origin leaves accelerate their wing growth, and anxiously restrains them from flying before their wings are ready. The work preserves a piece of her original vocation—conceiving and guiding light—inside a demonic dungeon, while repeated cooperation with Chrisley makes her wary gratitude more practical and sustained. Her allegiance becomes military as well as maternal. Tashmal leaves the young angels with obvious reluctance to join the offensive against Okullos, by which time her recovering statistics and Firm Conviction helmet place her around the high-class creature range. When Contegonom appears, she recognizes the ancient Nothingness, rejects his claim to divinity, and attacks despite being wounded whenever his shadow moves. Her knowledge identifies the threat, while her dark spears and thunder help Mago expose it and keep it occupied. Darkness against darkness halves her effectiveness, so the battle also teaches the faction that her fall has created new elemental limits rather than effortless superiority. (Chapters 122–127)

Siege, advanced training, and independent command

During Randalph's one-year-and-eight-month disappearance, Tashmal could have escaped as the Dungeon Core's authority weakened and angels appeared around the world. Instead she remains with Krasla, Mago, Chrisley, and Yihi through more than one hundred attacks by Pandemonium's faction. Wounded and exhausted, they preserve the Tree and core positions until Randalph returns. Tashmal later cites that defense when asking to enter the advanced training room: she wants enough strength to stop the newly descended angels from being sacrificed in the demon war, linking her original duty to the dungeon loyalty she has now proven. Randalph accepts that she has earned the opportunity and sends her into the room beside Chrisley. Its accelerated time and spirit-balancing trials leave both women collapsed on their return, but Tashmal's wings have enlarged, her magic has increased, and the new Suffering and Awakening title states that repeated hardship and enlightenment have made her more complete. She retains the same three fallen-angel skills rather than acquiring an invented transcendent form, yet her overall power is now sufficient to face high-class creatures. The Piece of Balance she carries out also becomes part of the five-piece reward later assembled through other trainees. (Chapters 144–151 and 221–226)

That growth leads to independent territorial authority. Randalph appoints Tashmal Dungeon Master of his Japanese dungeon, gives her Gajuneok's Echo, and charges her to build forces and raise angels there. When he presents an egg blessed for an advanced angel, she is furious that the dark spirits trafficked in a heavenly soul and initially wants it returned. She accepts only after acknowledging that Earth's angels cannot safely receive an egg touched by a demon and a fallen angel. Her new office consequently remains morally conditional: she serves Randalph willingly, but uses his dungeon power to shelter the beings his system also commodifies. (Chapters 163–164)

Revelation and preparation for Camael

Tashmal's expertise becomes indispensable as holy power spreads among humans and angels. She confirms the Saintess's power, then examines the Saintess and her sister together and identifies two bodies whose holy power and life are linked. She carefully marks the analysis as uncertain because she has never seen the phenomenon, correctly noting both its increased potential and the weakness caused by separation. She also detects Randalph's magic within the pair, which leads her to decline the role of instructor and recommend that he train the divided powers himself. Her value here lies in disciplined diagnosis, not unquestioned revelation. (Chapters 183 and 186)

Concerned that Earth's angels are being defeated, Tashmal asks Randalph to give Martin's captured dungeon to them so they can establish a sacred zone and concentrate against the other demons. She then reveals that she has received a vision of Camael descending when the sun swallows the moon. The message frightens her because it includes the destruction of the world, but she admits that its symbolism gives neither an exact date nor complete explanation. Randalph nevertheless accepts the zone as a way to control the seraphim's arrival rather than leave it random. (Chapters 186–187)

Only Hash, the advanced cherub Tashmal has raised, can infiltrate that sacred zone without the other angels suspecting corruption. Tashmal doubts that such a young angel can carry the plan and later opposes Randalph's decision to expose him to battle, but agrees to train him because every alternative would be detected. Hash matures through a separate use of the advanced training room and gains the highest rank among the angels on Earth. Tashmal's compromise gives Randalph influence over the angel army while preserving her role as the person who questions the cost imposed on her charge. (Chapters 181, 187, 205, and 221)

Angel campaigns and the last war

Once Hash has won partial acceptance in the sacred zone, Tashmal can move through its divine pressure more safely than a demon because her fallen state retains considerable resistance. She retrieves Hash on Randalph's orders when he needs the angels as witnesses, then later follows his angel army from a distance during the melee among Ariel, Upa, and Pandemonium. Using the angel communication system, she advises Hash without revealing herself to the unfallen force. Hash's desire to impress the woman who raised him strengthens his response, and her direction helps the angels inflict greater losses even though it cannot decide the battle alone. Tashmal remains among Randalph's principal officers during his next 139-day absence while Chrisley's campaigns nearly eliminate Pandemonium. The reversal costs her personally: Pandemonium captures Hash and sacrifices him with a Thrones Angel's blood to open the Celestial Door. When Randalph returns, Tashmal reports Camael's descent with 1.14 million subordinates and voices rage that a demon has used a heavenly summons. Her anger does not send her back to Heaven; she stays with the faction that raised Hash and prepares to resist the seraphim who is now cleansing humans and demons alike. (Chapter 229)

Her knowledge supplies the decisive strategic limitation on the final enemy. Tashmal explains that Camael shares his life with all 1.14 million subordinate angels and cannot be killed until they are destroyed, information Randalph uses when preserving Ariel Diablo as a vanguard against the heavenly army. Tashmal is last personally shown alive with Randalph's senior followers and still serves as his angelic adviser during preparations to fight Camael. Appearance and personality

As Hashmal, she has pure white skin, golden eyes, six large white wings, and the majestic appearance of a high-ranking angel. Her voice is clear, cold, and exceptionally beautiful. The wings grow back to their former number soon after the transformation and become visibly larger after advanced training. Tashmal is proud, austere, and stubborn enough to keep fighting through catastrophic exhaustion. Her first moral framework divides angels and demons absolutely, yet she is also investigative: she insists on seeing other dungeons before accepting Randalph's claims and revises her judgment when the evidence contradicts her assumptions. Care for angel corpses, eggs, and children exposes a protective tenderness beneath her cold manner. Even after becoming loyal, she questions the exploitation of Hash and trafficked eggs, making her service cooperative and principled rather than emotionally uncritical. Abilities and powers

Tashmal's abilities originate in her Dominions Angel training and six-winged holy body, then transform into dark counterparts after her fall. Advanced training restores and develops her overall power without changing that basic skill set. Her most durable contribution is the combination of high-class combat capability, angelic knowledge, holy-power perception, and experience raising and commanding other angels.

Dominions Angel body and holy power

Hashmal is born at the intermediate angel hierarchy and trains from birth to manipulate shared holy power in her own way. Her six wings store that power, permit flight, defend her body, and support a form of angelic communication that conveys intent without ordinary speech. The epic title Current Carrier of Light raises intelligence and magic, while her original skills are Propagation of Light, Barrage of Light Spears, and Thunder of Light. At full strength her combined statistics reach 450, placing her slightly above the contemporary Randalph in total raw attributes. (Chapters 81–89)

Propagation of Light spreads from her wings across allied angels and accelerates recovery so strongly that many otherwise disabling injuries heal during battle. She also purifies a powerful poison from herself by spreading her wings, and sunlight restores depleted holy power after a night of fighting. Recovery is not absolute: destroyed hearts or brains remain fatal, lost limbs can exceed what she can address across a large force, and even her power cannot quickly restore severed angel wings. The need to sustain hundreds of subordinates also divides her attention and contributes to exhaustion. (Chapters 81–86)

Her offensive skills operate at battlefield scale. Thunder of Light calls a dazzling lightning-like strike from above against the dungeon barrier, while Barrage of Light Spears creates hundreds of critical-force projectiles that can be fired separately or joined into a three-metre trident. She kills thousands of creatures and withstands over a hundred simultaneous attacks, but two days of continuous fighting expose clear limits: after sunset her speed and accuracy fall, repeated use drains stamina, and low flight makes her vulnerable to surprise. Fall and the dark angel skill set

Tashmal's fall begins when she renounces her heavenly name and breaks a core angelic rule through union with a demon. The system changes her occupation to Fallen Angel, places her under Randalph's jurisdiction, and transforms her white holy skills into Propagation of Darkness, Barrage of Dark Spears, and Dark Thunder without lowering their epic ratings. Her regrown wings are black and contain yin magic rather than holy power. The initial shock and loss reduce her statistics sharply, but the fallen-angel description explicitly establishes that they can recover quickly, which her later growth demonstrates. (Chapters 90–93)

Barrage of Dark Spears creates numerous dark projectiles capable of rushing through a dungeon and causing repeated explosions. Dark Thunder can descend as spear-like lightning, while Propagation of Darkness remains listed as her corresponding field skill but receives less direct mechanical demonstration than its former healing version. Against Contegonom, the barrage forces his shadow into view but his speed lets him evade many attacks and wound Tashmal repeatedly. The fall does not erase every angelic property. Tashmal retains memories from her prior existence, identifies holy power more accurately than Randalph's other subordinates, can use the angels' communication system at a distance, and has considerable resistance to a sacred zone's divine pressure. She cannot pass as unfallen: her face and magic can be recognized, Heaven's laws exclude a fallen angel, and ordinary angels would reject eggs touched by her. Her latest confirmed condition remains fallen rather than purified or restored, with six black wings and access to the same dark skill trio. (Chapters 101, 164, 181–187, 205, 220, and 229–230)

Advanced training and high-class progression

Tashmal's ordinary recovery brings her beyond 430 combined points before the Okullos campaign, around the level of a second-level high-class creature. Firm Conviction initially increases her stamina and magic, supplementing the durability she needs after leaving her protected sacred floor. During Randalph's absence, however, repeated assaults still leave her wounded and exhausted; a duke can play with her and knock her down once accumulated damage has broken the defenders' condition. High statistics therefore do not remove the need for rest, allies, or favourable elemental matchups. (Chapters 122–127 and 141)

The advanced training room admits users below 450 points and slows their experienced time by a factor of one hundred while using time and spirit to balance bodies in transition. Tashmal enters voluntarily to gain the strength to protect Earth's angels. She returns unconscious after repeated suffering and enlightenment, with enlarged wings, the epic Suffering and Awakening title, and an improved total of 456 after bonuses. The room makes her more complete and capable of facing high-class creatures, but grants no new named attack or demonstrated transcendence; her dark skills remain unchanged in the latest status display. Angelic knowledge, perception, and revelation

Tashmal understands angel eggs, hierarchy, sacred zones, wing development, and the relationship between the Tree of Origin and an origin spirit. She recognizes that its leaves enlarge young angels' wings and verifies Yihi's immature origin-spirit status. Her perception can identify pure holy power and distinguish a shared life and power system across two human bodies. That expertise is empirical rather than infallible: when faced with the linked Saintess pair, she explicitly says the phenomenon is new to her and qualifies the conclusion instead of claiming certainty. Her revelation concerning Camael conveys a real vision but not a controllable spell. It shows that he will descend when the sun swallows the moon, associates the event with world destruction, and reveals his life-sharing bond with 1.14 million angels. It does not give Tashmal an exact time or explain all of its symbolism, and Camael ultimately arrives through Pandemonium's sacrifice rather than the reception she anticipated. Guardianship and dungeon command

Tashmal raises multiple generations of angels, protects eggs with her wings, regulates juvenile flight, teaches Hash, and remotely advises him through the angel system. These skills combine innate angelic knowledge with sustained care rather than a named combat power. Hash's advanced rank and emotional attachment let him guide the Earth angels, but Tashmal cannot eliminate the risks of infiltration: she must remain at a distance to avoid detection, and her opposition does not prevent Randalph from sending him into danger or Pandemonium from eventually capturing him. As Dungeon Master of the Japanese dungeon, she receives authority to raise forces and angels in a separate territory. • Randalph Brigsiel: He deceives and captures Hashmal, removes her wings, and uses the fall to place her under dungeon jurisdiction. She initially intends to use and ultimately kill him, but his relatively protective dungeon, preservation of angels, and acceptance of her proven service lead to willing loyalty without ending her moral objections.
• Hash: Tashmal raises the blessed cherub from an egg, trains him, opposes using him as a disposable symbol, and later guides his command of Earth's angels from a distance. Pandemonium's sacrifice of Hash makes the Camael crisis a personal bereavement as well as a heavenly emergency.
