Hash

Hash is an upper-rank cherub hatched from a blessed angel egg and raised by Tashmal inside Randalph's dungeon. Advanced training accelerates his growth enough for him to infiltrate an angelic sacred zone and use the strict heavenly hierarchy to command Earth's angels. He becomes a rapidly learning battlefield leader before Pandemonium captures and sacrifices him to open the Celestial Door.

Biography

A cherub raised in a demonic dungeon

Tashmal bears the advanced angel egg and raises Hash after he hatches, while Randalph gives the rapidly growing child special training for use as an angelic sign. Hash can initially produce only a few small light projectiles, speaks scarcely a word, and is still physically a baby, yet his pure holy power coexists with influences acquired under a fallen angel and Dungeon Master. Unlike ordinary angels he approaches Randalph without instinctive hatred, suggesting that his unusual upbringing broadens his tolerance even while he remains recognizably sacred. (Chapters 181–187)

Infiltration and accelerated maturity

When Tashmal proposes an angelic sacred zone, Hash is the only available agent whom unfallen angels will not immediately suspect. Randalph and Tashmal acknowledge his youth, but train him because every older dungeon angel is dead, corrupted, or recognizable. Randalph later reveals that Hash entered the advanced training room, which matures his spirit enough to reduce the risk of losing him to the unfallen hierarchy. The plan succeeds: Hash infiltrates the zone, gains the highest rank among Earth's angels, and moves them out as an organized force under Randalph's indirect influence. Commander and sacrifice

Hash leads the angel army despite limited experience because cherub authority places him above its other surviving ranks. He listens to reports, keeps the Thrones Angel Opinion in reserve, authorizes the Ark, and learns battlefield judgment quickly enough to counterattack when Pandemonium diverts forces against Randalph. Tashmal advises him remotely, and his wish to impress the guardian who raised him improves his response under pressure. During Randalph's later absence, however, Pandemonium captures Hash and sacrifices his blood with Opinion's to open the Celestial Door, definitively ending his life and bringing Camael to Earth. Appearance and personality

Hash is a small, winged cherub with a cute, cupid-like appearance, a gentle expression, and an air of nobility. As commander he wears a crown made of grass. He begins as a playful baby who flies after Yihi and perches on Randalph's shoulder, then develops a serious awareness of life, death, and leadership through accelerated training and war. His attachment to Tashmal is childlike and filial; observers compare his efforts under her distant guidance to a child trying to look good before his mother. (Chapters 181–186, 214, and 220)

Abilities and powers

Hash's Cherub's Authority is a Legendary title that raises every attribute and gives him systemic standing as an Upper Rank Angel. His uniqueness combines the Celestial King's Blessing, Origin Blessing, care by a fallen angel, and unspecified environmental variables, making his potential unusually high but not predictable. His initial named skill is Small Light Arrow, corresponding to the small light projectiles he creates as a baby. The evidence provides no later status screen or upgraded attack name, so his mature offensive mechanics remain unspecified. (Chapters 181–182)

His highest demonstrated power is hierarchical command. Other angels naturally report to him and accept his transmitted will even before he can speak fluently; he can approve deployment of the Ark and direct an army through subordinate commanders. Advanced training and rapid angelic learning improve his judgment, but do not erase inexperience, so Opinion and Tashmal supply advice. His authority also cannot protect him from capture outside a direct battle, and his cherub blood makes him valuable as the sacrifice that opens the Celestial Door. Hash tolerates conflicting sacred and demonic influences better than ordinary angels. When he approaches Randalph, holy and yin magic react but do not seriously harm him; he later passes among unfallen angels without exposing his dungeon upbringing. The corpus attributes this resilience to his unusual birth variables but does not isolate a named resistance, range, or absolute immunity. (Chapters 182, 187, and 205)

Relationships

• Tashmal: She bears, raises, and trains Hash, opposes exposing him to danger, and later advises his army from a distance. He responds to her like a child seeking his mother's approval.
• Randalph Brigsiel: Randalph buys the egg, accelerates Hash's growth, and uses his sacred identity to influence the angel army. Hash accepts his battlefield messages and remains unusually comfortable around him.
• Yihi: Hash cheerfully follows Yihi through the dungeon as a young angel.
• Opinion: The Thrones Angel serves as Hash's senior subordinate and battlefield adviser; their blood is later used together in Pandemonium's summoning.
• Pandemonium: Hash exploits gaps in his army and counterattacks, but Pandemonium later captures and sacrifices him to summon Camael.
• Camael: Hash's death supplies part of the blood price that opens the Celestial Door for the seraphim's descent.

Items

• Piece of Balance: Hash receives one fragment after clearing the advanced training room. It later joins four other pieces, but its individual effect and any personal use by Hash are not established; no canonical item article exists.
