Mago
Mago is a rare Celestial Maiden who manipulates wind and storms. Randalph Brigsiel acquires her at the Demon World Auction and deploys her against Okullos's forces, in the defense of his dungeon, and finally with Maxium's expeditionary army. That army is later destroyed, but Mago is never individually named among its dead, leaving her fate unknown after her final assignment. (Chapters 115–122, 127–141, and 220–229)
Biography
The captive Celestial Maiden
Mago appears at auction inside a restraining cage under an incomplete contract. The Celestial Maiden clan is rare and endangered, and her failed bond makes her unstable: she summons a huge storm, screams until red tears run from her single eye, and collapses when the cage suppresses the rampage. Randalph remembers a lost future in which Okullos used her as a gem of destruction capable of killing thousands, so he conserves points and outbids the grand duke to prevent that outcome. (Chapters 115–119)
Ownership brings Mago into Randalph's dungeon, but it does not erase the contract problem. Later commentary states that she often runs wild and destroys her surroundings until she is exhausted, which limits how safely the faction can employ her. Even so, her high-class 2Lv power makes her important enough to join the preparations for Randalph's offensive against Okullos soon after her arrival. (Chapters 119–122 and 160)
Fighting Okullos and defending the dungeon
During the battle with Okullos, Mago confronts Contegonom's main body while the demon's shadow takes control of Gigantes. She holds the enemy long enough for the wider operation to continue, but cannot secure a decisive independent victory; once the situation turns, Contegonom can drive her toward a cliff and would defeat her without allied intervention. The encounter demonstrates that her storm power is formidable without placing her above every specialized high-class opponent. (Chapters 127–129)
Mago remains one of the dungeon's principal defenders during Randalph's one-year-and-eight-month absence. More than a hundred attacks steadily exhaust her, Tashmal, Krasla, and the other defenders, while several demons concentrate pressure on Mago herself. Randalph returns before the line collapses, so her survival depends on shared defense and timely relief rather than unlimited endurance. The sustained resistance nevertheless helps preserve the dungeon through the campaign's worst attrition. (Chapter 141)
Maxium's expedition
Late in the faction war, Randalph transfers Mago, bone dragons, skeletons, and other high-class creatures to Maxium. Their mission is to occupy enemy dungeons and create confusion while Randalph directs resources elsewhere. This is Mago's final explicit individual placement in the corpus. Although Camael and the descending angel army later destroy Maxium's army, the casualty report names Maxium but does not identify Mago, and no scene establishes whether she died, escaped, or was reassigned. (Chapters 220 and 229)
Appearance and personality
Mago has a roughly five-meter female form, extremely long hair, one eye, and a body described with heavy, sagging breasts. Her size does not make her slow: the first rampage reveals startling movement and physical force within the surrounding storm. The red tears that follow her failed struggle against the cage emphasize both the violence of her captivity and the incomplete control binding her. (Chapter 115)
The narration attributes insightful eyes to her, but the corpus does not demonstrate a separate prophetic or divination ability. Her behavior is dominated by captivity, unstable contracts, and combat assignments, leaving little direct dialogue from which to infer a settled personality. She is fierce and destructive when unrestrained, yet whether those rampages represent preference, pain, or magical instability is not resolved. (Chapters 115–119 and 160)
Abilities and powers
Wind and storm manipulation
As a Celestial Maiden, Mago is mixed with wind and can manipulate storms on a very large scale. Her auction rampage fills the area with destructive weather, and the lost-timeline account says Okullos could deploy her to kill thousands. She combines elemental force with surprising speed and power for her size. The corpus gives no named storm skill, exact radius, activation time, energy cost, or cooldown, so the upper scale beyond these observed and remembered events remains unspecified. (Chapter 115)
High-class combat
Mago is classified as high class 2Lv and can engage Contegonom's main body while other champions handle its extensions. She also survives prolonged dungeon defense against repeated demon attacks. Her performance is not equivalent to invincibility: Contegonom can eventually force her back, several demons can exhaust her, and she relies on allies in both engagements. No weapon, armor technique, healing power, or close-combat skill is individually named. (Chapters 115, 127–141)
Contract instability and restraint
Mago's incomplete contract is her most explicit operational weakness. She frequently runs wild, damages the area until her strength is spent, and cannot initially regulate the storm inside the auction cage. The cage restrains and ultimately exhausts her, demonstrating that confinement and contract mechanisms can counter her despite her class. The source does not state that Randalph fully repairs the bond, so later controlled deployment should not be treated as proof that the instability disappears. (Chapters 115–119 and 160)
Insight and unknown mechanics
Mago is described as having insightful eyes, but she never delivers a verified vision, prediction, or supernatural analysis in the supplied chapters. Treating her as a seer would therefore exceed the evidence. Similarly, the corpus does not explain whether her wind affinity grants flight, immunity to weather, or passive sensing. Her documented powers remain storm manipulation, high-class physical ability, and the dangerous instability of her contract. (Chapters 115–160)
Relationships
- Randalph Brigsiel: Mago's buyer and commander. He prevents Okullos from acquiring her and deploys her in several major operations.
- Okullos: The grand duke who tries to buy Mago and, in Randalph's lost future, turns her into a destructive weapon.
- Maxium: The commander of Mago's final known expeditionary assignment.
- Camael: The seraphim who later destroys Maxium's army. The corpus does not state whether Mago is present or killed at that moment.
Items
Mago has no canonically named personal item in the supplied corpus. The auction cage is a restraint used on her, not equipment she owns.
