Captain America
Captain America is a top North American Berserker, Class A Titan inheritor, Justice League leader, and captain of the Philosopher Stone Battle Team. His heavy-axe burst damage and healing suppression make him a serious international competitor, but his pride, weaker control relative to Zhang Yang, and difficulty coordinating with other star players repeatedly undermine his campaigns. (Chapters 439–443, 687–724, 765–766, 793, 842, and 853–855)
Biography
Demonic Invasions and the Final Championship
Captain America enters the Realm of Sacred Glory's final battle royale ranked second in Glory Points and identified as North America's top Berserker. He meets Zhang Yang over a treasure location and immediately turns the encounter into a nationalistic, racist confrontation. His fast decision to use Tornado Cleave without a lock-on shows real combat judgment, but he cannot keep Zhang Yang in front of him and loses the duel. Near the event's end he saves an ultimate attack, defeats One Sword Stroke, and celebrates before counting the remaining enemies; Dusk Phoenix emerges from stealth while his cleanse is on cooldown and kills him before he can open the decisive chest. (Chapters 439 and 443)
He returns as a Justice League power during international territory wars. At Souron's Castle, Captain America spends Earth Shaker with other foreign guild leaders but fails to coordinate the sequence, then tries to rally the surviving competitors once their hesitation gives Lone Desert Smoke room to recover. By Level 145 he holds the Class A Titan inheritance. During a later conquest he offers the Africa party the Territory Order in exchange for help against Zhang Yang, but loses the duel despite Titan Transformation, Titan's Ripple, and multiple resurrections; his dropped Book of Revelation chapter and Resurrection Monolith give Zhang Yang a lasting reward. The resulting Justice League retaliation becomes costly enough that both sides eventually accept a ceasefire. (Chapters 687–690 and 720–724)
Professional competition gives Captain America a different pressure: he captains the newly formed Philosopher Stone Battle Team and wants an opening win to strengthen morale and preserve his authority against the Class S inheritor Heart of Destruction. Facing Hundred Shots, he correctly identifies the Hunter rather than the Red Dragon as the victory target, stuns the pet, leaps onto the player, and tries to force him into a corner. The plan fails because Charge cannot refresh before the Dragon's damage kills him, and his team loses the finals. He nevertheless remains an elite competitor, finishing ninth in the Level 200 race and later joining the distribution of Celestial equipment. (Chapters 765–766, 793, and 842)
In the final championship, Captain America joins Hourglass Figure, God's Left Hand, and other international stars in an improvised team against Zhang Yang. His Destructive Smash makes him the coalition's most important answer to Zhang Yang's vast recovery, so Zhang Yang, Felice, and the Phoenix Pet focus him first. Captain America times Warrior's Will and his recovery skill well enough to prolong the fight, but his allies' status effects cannot stop the companions and Zhang Yang simultaneously. Killing Cleave removes him from the arena, leaving the supplied corpus with Captain America still an active player but defeated in the championship's decisive battle. (Chapters 853–855)
Appearance and personality
Captain America's game avatar is an Orc Berserker with a fierce, muscular bearing, a large two-handed axe, and an intense killing aura. At his first appearance he rides a large black panther. The corpus does not provide a stable real-world face, hair color, eye color, height, or clothing description. (Chapter 439)
He is proud, aggressive, profane, and intensely nationalistic. Captain America responds to setbacks with insults and threats, gloats over defeated competitors, and dislikes accepting a subordinate role in ad hoc teams. He can still make quick tactical choices and rally hesitant allies, but his arrogance contributes to poor cooperation with equally proud partners and to the failure to check for Dusk Phoenix before claiming victory. Professional sponsorship later gives that pride a practical edge: a weak showing could cost him his captaincy. (Chapters 439–443, 689, 720–721, and 766)
Abilities and gameplay
Captain America is a melee Berserker who builds Rage under attack, closes distance with Warrior mobility, suppresses healing with Destructive Smash, and amplifies his offense through the Class A Titan inheritance. His build can produce high Chaos damage and enormous transformed health, but it is vulnerable to superior footwork, kiting, cooldown windows, coordinated companion damage, and the Berserker's danger zone below twenty percent health. (Chapters 439, 690, 720–721, 766, and 853–855)
Berserker combat and control
Captain America fights with a two-handed axe and uses Tornado Cleave as a three-meter area attack that does not require a locked target. Charge and Heroic Leap let him cross gaps and apply stuns; against Hundred Shots, he first stuns the Red Dragon with Charge and then uses Heroic Leap to stomp and stun the Hunter for three seconds. Warrior's Will clears status effects after its cooldown, while an invincibility accessory can also break or ignore control long enough for him to continue a pursuit. (Chapters 439, 443, 721, and 766)
Destructive Smash reduces healing efficiency by seventy-five percent, making ordinary healer support unable to keep pace in a heavy exchange. Captain America uses the threat of the skill to remain a priority damage dealer in the final championship, but timing matters: Warrior's Will can remove the debuff from himself, and choosing Sky Slicer instead of applying Destructive Smash gives Zhang Yang a window to restore his recent losses at full efficiency. The effect is powerful recovery denial, not a direct prohibition on every healing skill. (Chapters 721, 722, and 853–855)
His melee pressure still depends on contact. Zhang Yang repeatedly moves behind him faster than he can turn, while Hundred Shots uses slows, confusion, Leap Shot, and the Red Dragon to maintain distance. Charge has a thirty-second cooldown in the tournament, leaving Captain America unable to answer every escape. These losses show that sound target selection and burst planning cannot compensate indefinitely for a control gap or an external pet dealing damage throughout the chase. (Chapters 439 and 765–766)
Titan inheritance
Captain America holds the Class A Titan inheritance in the current timeline. Zhang Yang remembers that Captain America possessed the God of War inheritance in the previous timeline, but Zhang Yang obtains that inheritance first after rebirth; the memory is not a second current inheritance for Captain America. Titan Transformation raises Captain America's health above ten million in the regional conquest and to roughly one billion by the final championship, reflecting later level and equipment progression, but the corpus does not give a complete personal multiplier table for the transformation. (Chapters 642, 690, 720–724, and 853)
Titan's Grip deals two hundred fifty percent melee attack as Chaos damage with a one-minute cooldown. While Titan Transformation is active, every two Titan energy points add ten percent attack to the skill, up to a fifty-percent bonus. Chaos damage bypasses defense, though Zhang Yang's damage immunity and absorption still reduce the demonstrated hit to roughly seven hundred thousand. The skill gives Captain America a ranged spear-like strike without turning him into a sustained ranged class. (Chapters 720–721)
Titan's Ripple is an inheritance-associated held item or focus that can fully restore Captain America's health after he accumulates eight energy points. He first removes Destructive Smash with Warrior's Will and then triggers the golden full heal, demonstrating that the recovery must still account for healing-reduction effects. Glare of the Death God subsequently reduces him to one health, and neither the full heal nor his transformed state prevents Zhang Yang and Felice from exhausting his remaining survival resources. (Chapter 721)
Relationships
- Zhang Yang: Captain America's principal international rival. Zhang Yang defeats him in the first battle royale, repeatedly targets him in territory conflicts, takes his Revelation chapter and Monolith, and focuses him out of the final championship. (Chapters 439–443, 687–724, and 853–855)
- God's Left Hand: A recurring North American ally who fights beside Captain America and heals him in the final championship. Their combined pressure is dangerous, but both are prioritized and eliminated before the improvised team can defeat Zhang Yang. (Chapters 721–724, 735–736, and 853–855)
- Hundred Shots: Captain America's opening opponent in the Philosopher Stone finals. Captain America nearly reaches him through coordinated mobility, but Hundred Shots' practiced kiting and Red Dragon damage win the match. (Chapters 765–766)
- Dusk Phoenix: The hidden opponent who ends Captain America's apparent victory in the Realm of Sacred Glory after he fails to verify that every competitor is dead. (Chapter 443)
- Hourglass Figure: A fellow international guild leader and later championship teammate. Their alliances are temporary and strategically useful, but the text repeatedly notes that the star players have not practiced together. (Chapters 687–690 and 853–855)
Items
- Titan's Ripple: An inheritance-associated object held during Captain America's duel with Zhang Yang. At eight Titan energy points it can restore his full health after healing reduction is cleared; its later custody is not stated. (Chapter 721)
- Book of Revelation, Chapter 4: Captain America temporarily carries this broken chapter. It contributes to his repeated resurrections before he drops it during defeat and Zhang Yang claims it. (Chapters 721–722)
- Resurrection Monolith: A consumable or limited-use revival object that lets Captain America return with ten percent health after death. It drops during his second collapse and is taken by Zhang Yang. (Chapter 721)
- Earth Shaker: A one-use Forbidden Scroll Captain America spends during the Souron's Castle conflict. The rival leaders regret using their scrolls without first coordinating the larger attack. (Chapters 687–689)
