Qianye Fantian

Qianye Fantian is the thirty-first Brahma Heaven God Emperor, the former ruler of the strongest king realm in the Eastern Divine Region, and the father of Qianye Ying’er. A level-ten Divine Master whose friendly manner conceals extreme calculation, he treats cultivation, family, and political order as instruments of rule. His pursuit of Yun Che's inheritances helps turn the savior of the Primal Chaos into an enemy, while his manipulation and abandonment of his daughter supplies the Northern Divine Region with one of its most dangerous leaders. Even at his death, however, his final arrangement preserves the Brahma Monarch Realm by placing it in the hands of the daughter who hates him.

Biography

Head of the Eastern Divine Region

Before his coronation, Qianye Fantian is named Qianye Wutian. He inherits the Brahma Heaven divine power, takes the regnal name shared by the Brahma Heaven God Emperors, and becomes the thirty-first ruler of the Brahma Monarch God Realm. By the Profound God Convention, the other three Eastern god emperors rise together to welcome him, and he is regarded as their head. The realm beneath him has five level-ten Divine Masters—Qianye Fantian, Qianye Ying’er, and the Three Brahma Gods—giving him the greatest concentration of peak human power in the Eastern Divine Region. He presents that supremacy with laughter, courtesy, and an almost gentle bearing rather than open intimidation, a contrast that makes his hidden severity more dangerous. (Chapters 1150 and 1449)

Qianye Fantian is also a lifelong pursuer of the profound way. He has never accepted a direct disciple because no candidate met his standard, and he has repeatedly attempted to reach the invisible-and-traceless culmination of Great Splendorous Brahma Shadow without success. Yun Che's nine-stage lightning tribulation, command of multiple divine inheritances, and True God prophecy immediately capture his attention. Qianye Fantian questions how Yun Che survived, competes with Zhou Xuzi to recruit him as a personal disciple, and supports Qianye Ying’er’s proposed betrothal when it offers the Brahma Monarch Realm a claim on his future. The offer is strategic rather than affectionate: Qianye Fantian admits that no prior talent was worthy of his instruction and openly promises resources capable of driving Yun Che toward the Divine Sovereign Realm. After Yun Che refuses the king realms, Qianye Fantian continues investigating him. The Brahma Monarch Realm searches the lower realms for the false home world Yun Che named, while Qianye Ying’er pursues his Heretic God inheritance and brands him with the Brahma Soul Death-Wishing Mark. Qianye Fantian later claims ignorance of her attack, but he immediately recasts her attempt to enslave and torture Yun Che as an accident that ultimately benefited its victim. His ability to turn an irreconcilable grievance into a plausible courtesy illustrates how he governs: he rarely needs to deny an event when he can redefine what it means and make resistance appear unreasonable. Evil Infant wounds and the Sky Poison bargain

Qianye Fantian waits outside the sealed Star God Realm with Zhou Xuzi and the Moon God Emperor when the Evil Infant awakens. He joins the battle against Jasmine, but her fist pierces his chest and leaves him with a deep reservoir of devilish energy that his own power cannot quickly expel. Although he remains stronger than Zhou Xuzi, his injuries are worse, the malignant energy repeatedly tortures him, and a complete recovery is expected to take years or decades. When Yun Che returns with light profound energy, Qianye Fantian has divine envoys bring him for treatment and accepts repeated purification sessions despite their earlier hostility. (Chapters 1330, 1344–1350, 1360, and 1444–1446)

The return of Jie Yuan exposes another aspect of his pragmatism. Qianye Fantian is the first gathered god emperor to kneel and offer submission to the Heaven Smiting Devil Emperor, abandoning the pride of his office as soon as resistance becomes meaningless. His example allows the other Divine Masters to do the same, and he later tries to secure Yun Che's favor because Yun Che is the only reliable intermediary with Jie Yuan. His caution increases after the Three Brahma Gods are devastated and the Southern Sea God Emperor begins pressing against the weakened Brahma Monarch Realm. He conceals Qianye Ying’er and treats Yun Che's request to visit as a possible attempt at revenge, but he still accepts another purification because the devilish energy remains both painful and strategically dangerous. Xia Qingyue turns that need into a trap. During a treatment, Yun Che hides the recovering Sky Poison inside the Evil Infant energy, and the two harmful powers magnify one another until Qianye Fantian can neither neutralize nor expel them. He and eight Brahma Kings are driven into agony. Qianye Fantian responds by offering Qianye Ying’er the Brahma Soul Bell and the throne, correctly predicting that her concern for him will push her to surrender herself in exchange for a cure. She accepts Yun Che's slave imprint and returns the bell through Gu Zhu; Yun Che's cleansing power then removes the poison. Qianye Fantian survives without yielding his realm, but he does so by converting his daughter's sole familial attachment into payment. (Chapters 1473–1485)

The world's savior and an expendable daughter

When Jie Yuan leaves the Primal Chaos and Zhou Xuzi expels the weakened Jasmine, Qianye Fantian immediately supports the new balance of power. He justifies Zhou Xuzi's broken promise as a necessary sacrifice, stands with Long Bai and Nan Wansheng against Yun Che, and argues that the world's savior should be spared only if he surrenders the Sky Poison Pearl and Heretic God divine power. Once Yun Che's darkness is exposed, Qianye Fantian helps transform suspicion into a universal hunt. He also attacks Mu Xuanyin when she protects Yun Che, using his golden profound power to pin her while Zhou Xuzi attacks her disciple. Yun Che's escape denies him the inheritances he wants, but Qianye Fantian continues searching for a way to force him into the open. (Chapters 1519–1531)

Qianye Ying’er returns to the Brahma Monarch Realm after the slave imprint disappears, expecting to recover and resume her place as successor. Qianye Fantian instead uses the Brahma Soul Bell to strip away her Brahma God origin power, destroys half of her profound veins, and condemns her to fall to the Divine Sovereign Realm. He declares that accepting enslavement to save him has disqualified her from the throne, then plans to trade her to Nan Wansheng for political advantage. The bell he gave her during the poisoning had never been a true transfer of trust; it was bait intended to make her sacrifice herself, and its return lets him discard her without risking control of the realm. (Chapters 1521–1525 and 1533–1534)

He then confirms the deepest deception of her life. Qianye Fantian personally killed her mother after deciding that Qianye Ying’er's love for her was an obstacle to becoming the ideal successor. He arranged for the reigning god empress and crown prince to appear responsible, executed them, elevated the dead woman posthumously, and redirected his daughter's grief and loyalty toward himself. He regards the plan as careful education rather than betrayal and blames Qianye Ying’er's exceptional talent for making the murder necessary. Gu Zhu finally rebels, uses the Primordial Seal of Life and Death as a diversion, and sends her away before Qianye Fantian can erase her memories. The discarded daughter escapes to Yun Che, adopts the name Yun Qianying, and makes killing her father the purpose that sustains her through exile in the Northern Divine Region. (Chapter 1534)

Conquest of Brahma Monarch and death

During the Northern Divine Region's invasion, Qianye Fantian preserves his strength instead of rescuing Eternal Heaven. When Nan Wansheng attacks as the Brahma Monarch forces prepare to reinforce their neighbor, Qianye Fantian abandons the expedition and seals his realm. That caution cannot stop Yun Che and Chi Wuyao. They use an infiltrated Brahma King and the Sky Poison Pearl to infect the entire Brahma Monarch capital with Heaven Wounding Thought Severing Poison, killing most of its population and crippling its core experts. Qianye Fantian recognizes that Yun Che is using the promise of eternal life and the poison crisis to lure Nan Wansheng into attacking, yet Nan Wansheng's greed makes the clash unavoidable. Even while poisoned, Qianye Fantian refuses to surrender the hidden Primordial Seal of Life and Death and fights until the two concealed Brahma ancestors can drive the Southern Sea force away. (Chapters 1719, 1724–1726, and 1742–1755)

The defense costs five Brahma Kings and leaves the survivors near death. Qianye Fantian concludes that the realm can survive only through Qianye Ying’er, so he brings the remaining Brahma Kings and elders to Yun Che rather than wait for the poison to finish them. He relinquishes the Brahma Soul Bell and names her the thirty-second Brahma Heaven God Emperor. She wounds and torments him, but he refuses treatment, orders his subordinates to swear loyalty to her, and argues that living subjects will make her and Yun Che stronger than a field of corpses. His final actions are not an apology: they are the last calculation of a ruler determined to preserve the Brahma Monarch bloodline even if its new monarch hates him. (Chapters 1755–1757)

Qianye Ying’er prepares to execute him, but Yun Che stops her so she will not bear the burden of patricide and orders Yan One to deliver the fatal blow. Qianye Fantian's last private warning urges his daughter to build power of her own against Chi Wuyao, and his final look toward Yun Che carries gratitude for taking the killing stroke from her hands. Qianye Ying’er then accepts the surrender of the Brahma Monarch survivors and has Yun Che cure them. The realm that Qianye Fantian preserved becomes a central power of Yun Che's empire, but it does so under the daughter whom his rule transformed into his enemy. (Chapter 1757)

Posthumous legacy

Qianye Fantian remains a measure of human power and political danger after his death. Qianye Ying’er preserves some of his memories, possessions, and strategic judgments, including his warning that the Crimson Destruction Dragon God was an opponent he could never defeat. She also acknowledges that his lifelong manipulation exposed the limits of her own early schemes. His final transfer of authority gives her the Brahma Kings, the two ancestors, the Brahma Soul Bell, and the Primordial Seal of Life and Death, all of which strengthen the new imperial order he once tried to prevent. His death remains final through the Abyssal era. Later accounts remember that he bought his realm's survival with his life during the poison crisis, while Yun Che uses Qianye Fantian and Xing Juekong as examples of the ruthless political monsters the more stable Kingdoms of God have not produced. He is described as a ruler who destroyed realms, treated creation as pieces on a board, and secretly pursued immortality through the Primordial Seal. These recollections extend his influence but do not restore his soul, body, title, or cultivation. (Chapters 1960 and 2073–2074)

Appearance and personality

Qianye Fantian is a tall, straight-backed man who wears blue robes. He has no facial hair, and his long hair reaches his waist. His appearance is youthful and refined enough that, without knowledge of his identity, he can seem closer to an elegant noble than a monarch who commands the strongest realm of the Eastern Divine Region. He usually carries no visible aggression. An amiable smile, candid laughter, and measured courtesy disguise a presence that makes lesser cultivators instinctively want to kneel even when he releases no profound energy. His defining trait is ruthless instrumental reason. Qianye Fantian can kneel without shame when submission protects his life, fight to the death when surrender would destroy his realm, and sacrifice family when attachment obstructs succession. He values Qianye Ying’er's talent enormously but does not separate that value from utility; even her mother, her loyalty, her cultivation, and her beauty become tools in his plans. He is patient, observant, and extraordinarily difficult to provoke into revealing his thoughts, and he can recast exploitation as benevolence without changing his expression. That coldness is not the same as simple cowardice or indifference. The devastation of Brahma Monarch wounds him, and when extinction is unavoidable he refuses Nan Wansheng's offer, accepts that Yun Che defeated him fairly, and spends his final life on preserving his people. Yet even these loyalties remain those of a ruler rather than a father. He protects the realm through manipulation to the last breath and never asks Qianye Ying’er to forgive him. His intelligence also has limits: Xia Qingyue exploits his confidence, Gu Zhu hides crucial memories from him, and Chi Wuyao turns both his immortal-life secret and his political rivals into weapons against him. Abilities and cultivation

Tenth-level Divine Master

Qianye Fantian is a level-ten Divine Master and one of the strongest human profound practitioners of his era. His speed, perception, durability, spatial control, and golden Brahma profound energy operate at god-emperor scale. He survives a direct Evil Infant strike through the chest, restrains Mu Xuanyin with divine pressure while attacking her barrier, and can contest Nan Wansheng even while the Heaven Wounding Thought Severing Poison is consuming his body and obstructing his profound veins. His cultivation is also paired with immense experience: he identifies unusual profound laws from observation, reads the limits of artifacts, and recognizes traps even when circumstances leave him unable to escape them. (Chapters 1349–1350, 1449, 1530, and 1753–1754)

He is not the strongest being in the Primal Chaos. The Dragon Monarch stands decisively above him, and Qianye Fantian privately judges the Crimson Destruction Dragon God to be another opponent he cannot defeat. The Evil Infant tears through his defenses and leaves energy he cannot independently purge, while the Sky Poison's high-level laws resist destruction by his profound strength. His peak power also belongs wholly to the Divine Master Realm; he never crosses into Divine Extinction, and he is dead before the Abyss's Half-Gods enter the Primal Chaos. Brahma Heaven inheritance and movement

The Brahma Heaven inheritance descends from the ancient Brahma Heaven God Clan and produces the brilliant golden power used by its god emperor, Brahma Gods, and Brahma Kings. Qianye Fantian can release that power as direct strikes, overwhelming pressure, defensive energy, and wide-area clashes capable of tearing space apart. As god emperor he also governs the inheritance through the Brahma Soul Bell, which can grant, recall, or forcibly strip Brahma-derived origin power. The bell therefore gives him control over the military foundation of his realm in addition to being the symbol of its throne. (Chapters 1449, 1521–1522, 1530, and 1753–1754)

Great Splendorous Brahma Shadow is the signature movement art of the Brahma Heaven God Emperors. Its ultimate realm erases both figure and aura, but only one ancestor in nine hundred thousand years is known to have completed it. Qianye Fantian admits that countless attempts brought him no success, and Qianye Ying’er reaches the invisible-and-traceless state instead. His own movement and concealment remain those of a peak Divine Master, but the art's supreme attainment is an explicit limit rather than an ability he can claim. (Chapter 1163)

Brahma Soul and soul control

Qianye Fantian has cultivated an independent Brahma Soul. This specialized soul foundation supports the Brahma Monarch inheritance and allows its cultivators to separate soul functions from ordinary consciousness, employ soul-control techniques, and detonate inherited power through the sacrificial Brahma Soul Ashes technique. Qianye Fantian does not personally use Brahma Soul Ashes, but the ability of his Brahma Kings to do so makes a direct assault on his realm extremely costly and helps destroy two Southern Sea Kings during its final defense. (Chapters 1525 and 1754–1755)

His most feared soul weapon is the Brahma Soul Death-Wishing Mark. Through the Brahma Soul Bell, Qianye Fantian can impose or activate marks that spread through a victim's body and soul, producing torment, control, and a dependency on the bell's authority. He activates Gu Zhu's mark when the old man helps Qianye Ying’er escape, and the masterless marks placed on Gu Zhu, Qianye Wugu, and Qianye Bingzhu bind their extended lives to whoever holds the bell. The system is powerful but not absolute: Shen Xi can remove a mark with light profound energy, Gu Zhu acts through the pain, and control of the bell eventually passes to Qianye Ying’er. Strategy, rule, and limitations

Qianye Fantian's most consequential ability is political calculation. He understands how pride, fear, familial love, and greed can substitute for force: he makes Qianye Ying’er volunteer for enslavement, uses the possibility of immortality to predict Nan Wansheng's conduct, and turns his own execution into the price of continuity for the Brahma Monarch Realm. His authority is reinforced by a disciplined hierarchy whose Brahma Kings remain loyal even while poisoned and outnumbered. He also retains enough clarity under torture to recognize enemy plans and shield the bell with an isolation barrier before summoning the hidden ancestors. (Chapters 1474–1484 and 1753–1757)

His plans fail when their premises exclude attachments he considers irrational or when an opponent controls information better than he does. He underestimates Xia Qingyue's ability to combine Yun Che's darkness, the Sky Poison Pearl, and Qianye Ying'er's love for her father; he assumes Gu Zhu's obedience will outweigh affection; and he cannot prevent Chi Wuyao from recovering memories he ordered sealed. Poison is a particular physical limit. His profound energy can suppress ordinary outbreaks, but interacting Evil Infant energy and Sky Poison drive him to bargain, and the stronger Heaven Wounding Thought Severing Poison leaves him unable to defeat Nan Wansheng or survive without Yun Che's purification. • Qianye Ying’er: Qianye Fantian recognizes his daughter's extraordinary talent, trains her personally, and designs her as his successor. He also kills her mother to remove an emotional weakness, manipulates her into slavery to save himself, strips her inheritance, and tries to trade her away. At the end of his life he returns the throne and realm to her, preserving both through the daughter he made his enemy.
• Yun Che: Qianye Fantian first tries to recruit Yun Che and later seeks his Heretic God power and Heavenly Profound Treasure. He relies on Yun Che to cleanse the Evil Infant energy, helps turn the God Realm against him after Jie Yuan's departure, and becomes a principal target of the northern conquest. Yun Che ultimately defeats his realm but prevents Qianye Ying’er from carrying the burden of killing her father.
• Xia Qingyue: Xia Qingyue is one of the few people to defeat Qianye Fantian through planning rather than superior force. She uses his affliction, Yun Che's powers, and Qianye Ying'er's attachment to force the slave-imprint bargain. Qianye Fantian later envies her apparent ruthlessness and uses her public example to justify his own treatment of his daughter.
• Zhou Xuzi: The two god emperors are counterweights at the head of the Eastern Divine Region and once fight Chi Wuyao together near the Northern Divine Region. Qianye Fantian competes with Zhou Xuzi for Yun Che, joins him against the Evil Infant, and defends his betrayal of Jasmine, but abandons Eternal Heaven when saving it threatens Brahma Monarch.
• Chi Wuyao: Chi Wuyao wounds and humiliates Qianye Fantian and Zhou Xuzi thousands of years before the main conflict, leaving him wary of her soul schemes. She later turns his secrets, Nan Wansheng's greed, an infiltrated Brahma King, and the Sky Poison into a coordinated destruction of his realm.
• Nan Wansheng: Qianye Fantian treats Nan Wansheng's obsession with Qianye Ying’er and immortality as predictable resources. He intends to bargain away his crippled daughter, then later refuses to exchange the Primordial Seal for an ineffective promise of purification. Their final clash devastates both king realms and leaves the Southern Sea God Emperor vulnerable to Yun Che.
• Gu Zhu: Gu Zhu is a marked servant and the trusted guardian assigned to Qianye Ying’er. Qianye Fantian expects perfect obedience, but Gu Zhu's affection for his charge eventually outweighs the Brahma Soul Death-Wishing Mark and allows her to escape.
