Jasmine

Jasmine is a princess of the Star God Realm, the inheritor of the Heavenly Slaughter Star God's power, and Yun Che's first divine mentor. Their chance meeting binds her survival to his, while her instruction gives him the Evil God Profound Veins, his earliest divine arts, and the discipline with which he builds his strength. What begins as a hard bargain between a dying Star God and a crippled youth becomes one of the defining loyalties of both their lives. (Chapters 41–45)

Her later history joins the tragedies of the Star God royal family to the reappearance of the Evil Infant's Wheel of Myriad Tribulations. Jasmine survives betrayal, attempted sacrifice, and universal persecution, but is ultimately struck through the Wall of Primal Chaos after helping avert the return of the ancient devil gods. Her absence continues to shape Yun Che, Caizhi, and the political order they create in her wake. (Chapters 1325–1346, 1492–1519, and 1859–1871)

Biography

Blood-soaked encounter and a reluctant disciple

Jasmine first meets Yun Che as a poisoned soul without a stable physical body. She has abandoned her ruined flesh after being struck by the Absolute God Slaying Poison, and the Sky Poison Pearl draws her soul into its inner world. By taking Yun Che's blood she forms a semi-physical soul body, but the act also ties her continued existence to his life. Proud, suspicious, and accustomed to killing without hesitation, she initially tries to seize the pearl; Yun Che recognizes their mutual dependence and refuses to submit. Their stalemate becomes cooperation when he offers the pearl's purification power and she recognizes that he possesses the nerve and perception to be useful. (Chapters 41–42)

Jasmine accepts Yun Che as her sole disciple, although both initially describe the arrangement as self-interest: she needs his vitality to recover, while he needs a path beyond his crippled profound veins. She implants the Evil God's immortal blood into him, creating the Evil God Profound Veins, then begins a severe program of instruction rather than letting him rely on her overwhelming strength. Her standards are merciless, but they answer Yun Che's own determination; she gives him techniques suited to his body and heavy sword while insisting that borrowed power cannot replace his own growth. By the Blue Wind ranking tournament, she is already the unseen strategist behind his unusual movement, physical cultivation, and capacity to challenge opponents far above his nominal realm. Blue Wind trials and a partnership of survival

While Yun Che moves through Blue Wind's conflicts, Jasmine remains both limited and indispensable. Using her own profound power can drive the poison deeper into her soul, so intervention is reserved for moments when Yun Che's death would also destroy her. She instead reads opponents, identifies hidden physiques and inheritances, corrects his technique, and forces him to solve lethal situations himself. Her recognition of Xia Qingyue's Heart of Glazed Glass and Nine Profound Exquisite Body illustrates the breadth of knowledge carried in the Heavenly Slaughter inheritance, while her analysis of Yun Che's battles shows that she treats judgment and will as seriously as raw cultivation. The survival bargain gradually becomes companionship. Jasmine still mocks Yun Che's recklessness and romantic entanglements, yet her reprimands increasingly reveal fear that he will throw away his life. Yun Che, in turn, stops viewing her merely as a hidden protector and rejects opportunities to exploit her weakened state. During the Primordial Profound Ark's uncontrolled journey, she helps him endure spatial turbulence, alters the ark's course, and turns the disaster into prolonged body tempering. Their cooperation brings him to the Illusory Demon Realm with a stronger body, but more importantly it establishes a trust in which each can place survival in the other's hands. Purification, restored flesh, and chosen responsibility

After nearly seven years within the Sky Poison Pearl, the Absolute God Slaying Poison is completely purified from Jasmine's soul. The cure ends the immediate restriction that made every use of her strength potentially fatal, but she remains a soul without independent life. A Netherworld Udumbara Flower offers the missing means to reunite soul and flesh. Jasmine tries to prevent the already wounded Yun Che from approaching it because its soul-stealing power can destroy him; he recognizes her lie that its four remaining petals are useless and endures the flower's torment to obtain them for her. His choice makes explicit that saving her has become a goal in its own right, not payment for her teaching. (Chapters 741, 787–790)

Jasmine reconstructs her body from the Udumbara petals, beast profound cores, Purple Veined Divine Crystal, and three drops of Yun Che's blood essence. The result is her own flesh born from her soul rather than a borrowed vessel, though the incomplete flower leaves body and soul imperfectly joined and her restored god power initially at roughly one tenth of its former state. Even so, she emerges in time to save Yun Che from the Four Sacred Grounds, killing top Monarchs without visible effort, tearing open space, and humiliating the powers that had tried to seize him. She deliberately leaves Yun Che's personal enemies alive for him to overcome himself, preserving the principle on which she trained him. (Chapters 794, 807–811, and 826)

In the Moon Slaughter Devil Nest, Jasmine discovers the dormant Evil Infant's Wheel of Myriad Tribulations. She first intends to reseal it, but the artifact spirit enters her body and pleads to escape its endless isolation. To prevent it from accepting a more dangerous bearer, she offers the harshest master–slave contract of the Star God Realm: Jasmine is master, the Evil Infant is slave, and it cannot betray her unless she releases it. She then hides the bond and vows never to summon its power. This choice is both a risk and an act of containment, placing the universe's most feared artifact under the will of someone who understands exactly what its recovery could mean. (Chapters 813–815)

Separation and the road to the Star God Realm

Jasmine's restored freedom is cut short when Moonflower locates her and carries an order from Xing Juekong to return. Moonflower can expose Yun Che and his world to the Star God Emperor, while Jasmine's imperfect restoration leaves her unable to resist at full strength. Jasmine therefore agrees to leave in exchange for secrecy. She spends her last moments arranging Yun Che's safety, warning him about the devil origin orb in his profound veins, and trying to forbid him from entering the Realm of the Gods. Her cold declaration that their bond has ended is a deliberate cruelty meant to keep him in a world where he can remain safe; once out of his sight, she breaks down over the separation. (Chapters 825–828)

The attempted severance fails because Jasmine has become Yun Che's reason to reach the God Realm. Her teachings and remembered warnings continue to guide him, and clues she left help him recognize higher inheritances such as the World-Defying Heaven Manual. When a route finally opens, he chooses the danger she feared because seeing her again matters more than remaining supreme in the lower realms. Jasmine, meanwhile, learns that he has entered the Profound God Convention and reacts with anger born from terror that his secrets will attract the king realms. She tries to conceal her feelings and his identity, but Qianye Ying'er observes her emotional collapse and realizes that Yun Che is a vulnerability worth exploiting. Reunion, Caizhi, and the Star God's chains

Jasmine eventually reunites with Yun Che in the Star God Realm. Their time together confirms that her earlier rejection was protective rather than sincere, yet it also exposes the chains she still cannot explain. She resumes directing his cultivation, helps him understand the Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome, and charts a path for his heavenly tribulation lightning. Knowing that she may not survive the designs surrounding her, she orders Yun Che and Caizhi into a formal marriage. The match is not a political convenience to her: it is a way to give each of the two people she values most someone who can protect them if she disappears. She entrusts Yun Che with the ring containing the last remnant of her brother Xisu and makes him promise to care for Caizhi as his wife. (Chapters 1257–1270)

Xisu's remnant later reveals the danger Jasmine had concealed. Xing Juekong possesses a blood-sacrifice method intended to combine the entire flesh, soul, power, and Star God inheritance of a close relative with his own power in pursuit of the True God realm. Xisu had once been the intended sacrifice, but his death left Jasmine in his place. She does not flee because the Star God Emperor promises Caizhi's safety, and she faces annihilation believing that Yun Che and Caizhi will sustain one another. The bargain is treacherous: Xing Juekong and Origin Star God Tumi trap Caizhi as a second sacrifice, turning Jasmine's final act of trust in her father into another weapon against her family. Awakening of the Evil Infant

Yun Che penetrates the sealed Star God Realm to save Jasmine, but he is struck down before her eyes while both sisters remain suppressed. The convergence of his apparent death, Caizhi's betrayal, and the sacrifice scheme awakens the dormant Evil Infant power. Jasmine's red hair and eyes turn black, devil markings spread over her body, and the Wheel breaks a barrier sustained by nine Star Gods, thirty-six elders, and vast stores of divine jade. She then turns its world-devouring darkness on the Star God Realm, overwhelming high-level Divine Masters and directing her deepest hatred at Xing Juekong. The devastation is not a conventional cultivation breakthrough: it is the activation of the artifact bond she had hidden since the lower realms, elevating her destructive power beyond the god emperors who had once constrained her. (Chapters 1342–1346)

Jasmine's first rampage destroys the Star God Realm's old order and makes her the enemy of the God Realm. She battles four king-realm forces, kills the Moon God Emperor, and gravely wounds the other god emperors before disappearing. Yet she does not use her new power to continue indiscriminate revenge. For three years she remains hidden, afraid that unstable emotions or the Evil Infant's power could create a disaster that Yun Che would share. When he finds her in the God Realm of Absolute Beginning, she calls herself the Evil Infant and attempts to keep him away for his reputation and safety; he rejects the distinction and recognizes the restraint she has developed since their years together. (Chapters 1346–1352, 1492–1493)

Averted calamity and exile beyond Primal Chaos

Jie Yuan's return creates a threat beyond any contemporary power, but also a path by which Jasmine can be accepted. Jasmine and the Evil Infant spirit have a genuine master–servant relationship rather than the uncontrolled possession feared by the king realms, and Yun Che negotiates for a peaceful future in the lower realms. Jasmine returns openly, agrees to withdraw from the God Realm, and prepares to live with Yun Che after the ancient devil crisis is resolved. Her willingness to abandon vengeance and power for that life marks the clearest reversal of the blood-soaked identity with which she first introduced herself. (Chapters 1493–1497, 1502, and 1507–1508)

When the exiled devil gods approach through the Wall of Primal Chaos, Jasmine spends the Wheel's strength destroying their passage. At the instant she is depleted, Zhou Xuzi gathers the power of the Eternal Heaven experts and strikes her from behind, hurling Jasmine and the Wheel through the closing breach. The attack violates his promise of nonaggression and removes the person who had just saved the Primal Chaos. It also destroys Yun Che's remaining trust in the God Realm and becomes a direct cause of the vengeance and conquest that follow. (Chapters 1518–1519)

No confirmed return follows. Yun Che and Caizhi continue to treat Jasmine's loss as an open wound, and Zhou Xuzi's part in it determines the punishment reserved for him after the imperial war. Later study establishes that the Wheel is one of only three known powers capable of breaching the Wall of Primal Chaos, while a violent disturbance at the wall raises an unresolved possibility without proving Jasmine survived. By the latest events, she remains beyond the wall and absent from both the Primal Chaos and the Abyss; even the ancient origin of the poison that nearly killed her is only identified in retrospect. Appearance and personality

Jasmine has an exquisitely beautiful but permanently youthful appearance. She appears thirteen or fourteen years old, with a petite figure, pale skin, and waist-length scarlet hair; her eyes are described as black and gemlike at her first meeting with Yun Che and as blood-red in her later Heavenly Slaughter form. Her favored red dress reinforces the association between her beauty, rank, and lethal reputation. After reconstructing her body, she returns in the same form because the new flesh is shaped by her soul, while the Heavenly Slaughter inheritance arrests the apparent aging of that form. The Evil Infant awakening changes the symbols of her appearance rather than her identity. Her hair and eyes become abyssal black, dark markings cover her body, and black energy surrounds both her and the Wheel. Even after this transformation, Yun Che recognizes her immediately through her face, presence, and mannerisms. The contrast is central to her later position: the God Realm sees an apocalyptic artifact bearer, while those closest to her continue to see Jasmine. (Chapters 1344–1346 and 1492)

Jasmine presents herself as aloof, imperious, and merciless. She habitually calls herself “this princess,” treats weak enemies with open contempt, and is capable of cruelty severe enough to terrify the strongest figures of the lower realms. Her pride is supported by exceptional knowledge and discipline rather than empty vanity. As a teacher she analyzes physiques, laws, artifacts, and battle decisions with precision, refuses to flatter Yun Che, and designs training that turns danger into controlled growth. Beneath that severity, Jasmine is defined by protective loyalty and a fear of losing the few people she permits herself to love. The deaths of her mother and Xisu feed her early hatred, while her devotion to Caizhi makes her accept a fatal bargain and arrange a future for her sister. Her bond with Yun Che gradually places his safety above revenge, status, and even her own desire to remain with him. By the time she controls the Evil Infant's power, her development is measured less by increased strength than by restraint: although she can threaten the entire God Realm, she hides rather than let her anger engulf innocents or make Yun Che bear its cost. Abilities and cultivation

Heavenly Slaughter inheritance

Jasmine inherited the divine power of the Heavenly Slaughter Star God before her first meeting with Yun Che. The inheritance fixes her youthful appearance and places her among the twelve supreme Star Gods of her realm. Its combat expression emphasizes killing intent, extreme speed, precision, spiritual perception, and control of space. Even shortly after reconstructing her body, with only a fraction of her god power restored, she kills level-nine Sovereign Profound Realm experts with minute gestures, takes captives from their guards without perceptible movement, shatters a famed weapon between two fingers, and tears a spatial rift tens of kilometers long. These feats overwhelm every lower-realm power present but do not establish a new formal cultivation realm for her. (Chapters 807–811, 826, and 1154)

Her spiritual senses are repeatedly treated as extraordinary even by God Realm standards. Jasmine can survey continents, distinguish hidden constitutions and inheritances, inspect profound veins and foreign energies, and recognize ancient artifacts through inherited Star God memories. That perception is not infallible: violent emotion allows Qianye Ying'er to eavesdrop on her without detection, and unfamiliar primordial phenomena such as a true devil's origin orb leave her reasoning from incomplete inherited knowledge. Soul survival, poison, and bodily restoration

The Absolute God Slaying Poison destroys Jasmine's original body and infects her soul. She survives by abandoning the flesh, entering the Sky Poison Pearl, taking Yun Che's blood, and binding her life to his vitality. In this semi-physical state she can appear, touch objects at will, communicate directly with Yun Che's soul, and release traces of her former power. Every exertion gives the poison another chance to devour her soul, however, and sufficiently heavy use can undo months of purification. The restriction explains why she so often advises Yun Che rather than ending his battles herself. (Chapters 41–42, 80–81, and 137–140)

The Sky Poison Pearl completely purges the poison after almost seven years. Jasmine then uses Netherworld Udumbara petals, profound cores, Purple Veined Divine Crystal, and Yun Che's blood essence to create a body born from her soul. Because the flower is incomplete, body and soul do not initially achieve perfect union; her power is reduced during recovery, and she expects to need a later full bloom to make the union permanent. Her restored flesh nevertheless releases her from dependence on Yun Che's life and allows her divine power to recover. (Chapters 741, 787–790, 794, 807, 815, and 826)

Instruction and transmitted arts

Jasmine's greatest sustained contribution is her ability to select, explain, and adapt divine inheritances for Yun Che. She gives him the Evil God's immortal blood, which replaces his ruined veins with the Evil God Profound Veins, then teaches him the Great Way of the Buddha for bodily refinement, Star God's Broken Shadow for movement, and the early heavy-sword forms derived from the Heavenly Wolf legacy. Her teaching accounts for prerequisites and incompatibilities: she withholds her own Heavenly Slaughter arts because his cultivation cannot bear them, distinguishes arts rooted in profound veins from those that transform the body, and builds his physical foundation before demanding greater technique. Her mentorship extends beyond transmitting formulas. Jasmine reads enemies, diagnoses bottlenecks, sets survival exercises, and repeatedly prevents Yun Che from confusing temporary amplification with genuine mastery. After their reunion she continues this role at a divine scale, helping him understand the Heavenly Wolf Hell God's Tome and proposing a path that joins heavenly tribulation lightning with the Yun family's Purple Cloud Art. Her limitation is distance: once she leaves the lower realms, Yun Che retains what she has taught but loses the immediate correction and protection that made his early growth unusually fast. Evil Infant's Wheel of Myriad Tribulations

Jasmine becomes the Wheel's master through a voluntary master–slave contract. The Wheel originally required a living host and had once controlled the Moon Slaughter Devil Sovereign, but its power was almost exhausted after the ancient calamity and a million years under the Evil God's seal. Its spirit accepts Jasmine's absolute authority in exchange for freedom from isolation. Until the Star God sacrifice, she suppresses it and refuses to call on its power; the artifact bond is therefore an acquired state layered over her Star God inheritance, not a conventional advancement within the Divine Master Realm. Once awakened, the Wheel provides ultimate darkness and negative power. It corrodes flesh and profound defenses, cuts black tears through space, devours surrounding vitality, and breaks formations that unite numerous Divine Masters. Representative uses include shattering the Star God sacrifice barrier, severing the Heavenly Aster Star God's divine body, overpowering several Star Gods, killing the Moon God Emperor, and injuring other god emperors. Its scale depends on the artifact's recovered strength, Jasmine's condition, and the intensity of the negative emotions that rouse it; Jasmine herself fears that a loss of control could turn personal hatred into a wider calamity. By the time Yun Che finds her again, the Evil Infant spirit addresses Jasmine as master and follows her commands. This confirms that Jasmine is not merely a mindless host, although bearer and artifact can act through the same transformed body and their power remains feared as a single “Evil Infant.” The Wheel can affect the Wall of Primal Chaos, but destroying the returning devil gods' passage consumes Jasmine's available strength and leaves her vulnerable to Zhou Xuzi's ambush. Yun Che risks death to restore her body, enters the God Realm to find her, and rejects the world's attempt to separate Jasmine from the identity of the Evil Infant. • Caizhi: Jasmine's younger sister and, with Yun Che, one of the two people she values most. She is strict because she fears the Heavenly Wolf inheritance and Star God politics will destroy Caizhi as they destroyed Xisu. Jasmine arranges Caizhi's marriage to Yun Che so neither will be alone after her anticipated death, and the attempt to sacrifice Caizhi is the final betrayal that helps awaken the Evil Infant. • Xing Juekong: Jasmine's father and sovereign. His willingness to sacrifice his children for a chance to transcend the mortal limit destroys any remaining filial bond. Jasmine accepts death only after extracting a promise that he will protect Caizhi; his decision to include Caizhi turns her contempt into absolute hatred and makes him the chief target of her awakened power. • Qianye Ying'er: Jasmine regards Qianye Ying'er as responsible for manipulating Xisu and causing his death, making revenge against her one of Jasmine's oldest goals. Qianye later discovers Jasmine's attachment to Yun Che and uses that knowledge in her schemes. • Zhou Xuzi: Zhou Xuzi accepts a nonaggression settlement with Jasmine after she agrees to retire to the lower realms, then attacks her from behind immediately after she saves the Primal Chaos from the returning devil gods. • Jie Yuan: Jie Yuan's return initially threatens Jasmine because both her ancient identity and the Wheel's power stand outside the current God Realm's order.
