Tomer
Tomer is a former Wicked Djinn and infiltrator who abandons a life built around revenge, becomes the Ironblood Duchess of Crevon, and eventually brings the empire's forces to Earth's defense. Her growth is shaped less by allegiance to a faction than by her search for the truth about her father and her determination to repay the people who help her.
Biography
Wicked's mission at Cube
Tomer enters the story as a talented but unusual member of Wicked. Although she sold part of her soul and joined Djinn society to gain the strength needed to kill her father, Fernin Jesus, her colleagues regard her as more interested in personal strength than Wicked's missions. Wicked sends her into Cube under the name Jamer, using her earlier admission to Gangwondo Magic Academy and compromised Cube officials to support the disguise. Her assignment is to injure or isolate Rachel, but Kim Hajin repeatedly frustrates her attempts. Tomer responds by suppressing her temper, befriending cadets, joining Rachel's team, and spreading rumors about Rachel and Hajin so that she can approach her target without open violence. The effort makes her socially convincing, but it also places her among people she was meant to treat only as marks. (Chapters 77–87)
Wicked eventually arranges for Tomer to collect an Awl of Weakening during Cube's Mock Artifact Scramble. Hajin intercepts the instructions, puts her to sleep, and takes the weapon first, leaving her mission in ruins. During the later team duels, however, Tomer still fights effectively as the group's magician and helps pressure the opposing sharpshooter. Her practical crisis is no longer only the failed mission: she needs a large payment for information about Fernin. Hajin lends her the money under a magic-power contract, allowing her to buy the Truth Agency's answer even while Wicked threatens punishment and terminates her assignment. (Chapters 87–100 and 107–108)
Her father's letter
The report that Fernin died before she could confront him deprives Tomer of the purpose around which she built her life. She races to his retirement home, confirms his identity, and learns that Hajin had volunteered there and knew him. The discovery matters more to her than Wicked's disciplinary threats; after learning that her father is dead, she tears off Wicked's smartwatch and focuses entirely on finding what he left behind. She cautiously questions Hajin about Fernin and finally admits that Fernin was her biological father, then announces that she is leaving Cube rather than continuing the infiltration. (Chapters 108–113)
At Fernin's memorial, Tomer initially reads his letter as another attempt to blame her mother and excuse his abandonment. The keepsakes enclosed with it—a childhood brooch he gave her and the watch she once gave him—make her stop before destroying the letter. Reading it again, she confronts the account that her mother became a Djinn and that Fernin killed her and disappeared to prevent their daughter from being persecuted with her. The revelation does not erase Tomer's anger, but it breaks the revenge-centered understanding on which her Djinn life rested. Her brief message of thanks to Hajin marks the immediate consequence: she leaves Wicked's course and becomes his ally rather than the antagonist she had been expected to become. (Chapters 113–114)
The Ironblood Duchess of Crevon
After leaving Cube, Tomer joins mercenaries with the intention of gaining field experience before transferring into Hero work. The mercenaries exploit her strength to clear an illegal Dungeon, then seal her inside it. Faced with death, she tears an invitation to the Tower of Wish and arrives directly in Crevon. Its level system and recurring monster battles give her a new path: she trains, rises to level 35, earns noble authority, and becomes the Ironblood Duchess. When Hajin reaches Crevon four years later, Tomer is prosperous, physically changed by a healthier life, and eager to repay him many times over for helping her understand her father. She shelters his companions, uses her standing to support his plans, and gives him valuable Tower resources she has collected but cannot use herself. (Chapters 197 and 199)
Crevon also turns Tomer's strength into responsibility. Her mastery of Tower skills lets her defeat Yi Byul in repeated spars, but the rivalry develops into trust: they train together, share meals, and Tomer teaches her how meaningful chants can amplify skills under the Tower's laws. When the opening of the ninth floor agitates Crevon's monsters, Tomer trusts Hajin's warning and spends public aid and her own funds on months of harsh preparation. The investment leaves her short of operating money, yet it allows her western troops to withstand attacks that badly damage other fronts. Her title consequently represents more than personal power; she acts as a border ruler responsible for soldiers, fortifications, and civilians. (Chapters 200–201 and 209–211)
Crevon's descent and the battle against Baal
After the Tower's upper floors collapse, Tomer remains in Crevon rather than returning to an Earth associated with her family's suffering. She supports Araha as the princess stabilizes the realm, expands into the ninth floor, and ultimately turns Crevon into an empire. Tomer becomes an intermediary between the two worlds: because the System recognizes her as both a Player and an NPC, she receives its warnings, advises Hajin on dealing with Araha, and helps arrange talks over the prophecy that the inside and outside worlds must unite against an approaching calamity. When Araha conquers the ninth floor but lacks the energy required for descent, Tomer's crystal ball and letter carry the request to Earth. (Chapters 281, 309–310, and 348)
Once a passage is opened, Tomer descends in armor with Crevon's imperial forces. She coordinates roughly two hundred thousand soldiers and historical warriors across several countries, presenting Crevon not as refugees but as an allied power choosing to protect Earth. When Baal pulls the combatants into his barrier, Tomer answers the danger by releasing the azure power behind her Ironblood Duchess title and charging into battle while Hajin covers her. She reunites with Rachel and Jin Sahyuk during the advance and continues with the coalition toward Baal, completing her movement from a reluctant infiltrator to a leader whose chosen homeland helps save the world she left behind. (Chapters 351–359)
Appearance and personality
Tomer is introduced as a twenty-year-old woman with brown Latino skin and a healthy figure. For her Cube infiltration, she lightens her skin, dyes her hair darker, and wears the black robe of a transfer magician. Four years later, Hajin observes that her face has become rounder and softer during her comparatively comfortable life in Crevon; by the descent to Earth she wears luxurious armor and a cape appropriate to an imperial commander. (Chapters 77, 197, and 351)
She is bold, hot-tempered, and intensely practical. At Cube she can deliberately restrain that temper and manipulate gossip when a mission demands subtlety, while in Crevon the same social confidence becomes playful teasing and open generosity. Tomer remembers debts, readily rewards trust, and is proud of both her strength and her soldiers. Her loyalty is nevertheless chosen rather than automatic: she discards Wicked when its mission no longer matters, resists leaving Crevon merely because others miss Earth, and commits herself when Araha and her adopted homeland decide to intervene. (Chapters 82, 87, 197–201, and 281)
Gifts and abilities
No named innate Gift is established for Tomer. Her demonstrated power combines formal magician training with skills and stat growth obtained through the Tower of Wish.
Magic and magician training
Tomer attended Gangwondo Magic Academy and later enters Cube as a magician transfer student. During the Cube period she is licensed as a two-star magician, uses ranged magic attacks in team combat, and casts Haste by arranging her magic power into a sequence that amplifies her body enough to reach Fernin's retirement home in about fifteen minutes. She can also detect and burn away a tracking spell that Hajin and Aether failed to notice. The early record presents her as below average beside Cube's strongest cadets, however, and does not name an innate Gift or explain the full range of her spells. (Chapters 77, 81, 99, 108, and 209)
Tower levels and skill mastery
Tomer's largest increase comes from four years inside Crevon. The Tower gives her a level system, and constant monster battles bring her to level 35 before Hajin's arrival. Her advantage is not raw talent alone: Hajin judges Yi Byul superior in innate battle sense, while Tomer wins through accumulated stats and unusually efficient use of skills, her surroundings, and available tools. She can use basic Psychokinesis with enough control and synergy to dominate their early spars, and the Spanish chant “Mi, luz” raises its output by fifty percent under the Tower's rule that meaningful chants strengthen skills. These bonuses are specifically described as features of the Tower, so the corpus does not establish that every numerical effect remains identical elsewhere. (Chapters 197 and 200–201)
Her named Dome Prison gathers magic power into fragments that form a dome around one or multiple opponents; she can then launch those fragments as attacks. She calls it invincible, but Hajin's Aether intercepts and stores its projectiles, demonstrating that the claim is not absolute. Tomer also trains and equips an elite border army, showing that her strength extends to instruction, logistics, and battlefield preparation rather than only personal combat. (Chapters 200–201 and 211)
Azure battle state
Inside Baal's barrier, Tomer raises her magic power until azure flames engulf her body, including her hair, eyes, fingers, and heart. The state greatly amplifies her speed—she moves faster than Hajin's bullet immediately after activating it—and she identifies it with the power that earned the Ironblood Duchess epithet. The text does not provide a formal name, duration, cost, or precise mechanism for this transformation, so its mechanics beyond the demonstrated enhancement remain unknown. (Chapter 354)
Power progression
| Stage / Realm / Ability | Chapter(s) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Two-star magician | 77–108 | Enters Cube with formal ranged magic and Haste, but no established innate Gift and initially ranks below the academy's strongest cadets. |
| Tower level 35 | 197 | Four subjective years of constant Crevon combat build high statistics and efficient Psychokinesis skill use despite lesser innate battle sense than Yi Byul. |
Relationships
- Kim Hajin: Hajin obstructs Tomer's mission but finds the truth about her father, finances her request, and guides her to Fernin's letter. Tomer responds with enduring gratitude, shelter, resources, warnings, and finally Crevon's aid to Earth.
- Fernin Jesus: Tomer's father is first the object of her revenge and later the source of the revelation that overturns her understanding of her childhood. His letter and preserved keepsakes help end her allegiance to Wicked.

- Jin Sahyuk: Tomer remembers her as Crevon's former Knight Commander and treats her with a mix of familiarity and competitive teasing before they fight on the same side against Baal.
Items
- Tomer's Crystal Ball: A long-range communication device associated with her Crevon office. Hajin later carries it inside Stigma and receives a signal from the Tower through it while Tomer prepares to discuss the prophesied descent. The exact terms of its transfer are not stated. (Chapters 248 and 309)
- Fernin's keepsakes: A rusty brooch Fernin gave Tomer as a child and a small watch she had given him. Their preservation inside his final letter convinces her to stop and read his explanation fully. (Chapter 114)
- Awl of Weakening: A high-rank enchanted weapon supplied for the mission against Rachel. Hajin intercepts it before Tomer can use it, and it later leaves her custody entirely. (Chapters 89 and 122)
