Araha

Araha is Crevon's ambitious fifth princess, a politically perceptive royal who recruits capable outsiders and ultimately claims the throne. Her reforms and conquests transform Crevon into an empire that later sends its army to aid Earth.

Biography

Princess, patron, and political operator

Araha enters the Banquet of Honor crisis as a young princess eager to witness battle rather than remain sheltered. After the auction is raided, she reveals that she had marked the stolen Crane Feather Fan with a tracking device, demonstrating foresight that her elder brother lacked. She also cultivates useful allies: she visits Tomer's frontier domain, takes an interest in Rachel, appoints her as a personal knight, and helps her obtain an elementalist teacher, tying outside talent to her own position in Crevon. From claimant to Empress

Araha eventually releases the ambition she had concealed as a lower-ranked princess, declares herself king, and answers public discontent with innovative and radical policies. Her rule expands beyond Crevon: she conquers the ninth floor, proclaims an empire, and becomes Empress. When Earth faces the devils' armies, she seeks a way to help despite the Tower's depleted energy, then descends with Crevon's forces and legendary warriors, turning her political rise into direct support for the world outside the Tower. Appearance and personality

Araha is eighteen when introduced. The chapters focus more on her lively expressions and sleepy informality than on detailed features. She is ambitious, dislikes being ignored, and can be petulant, but she is also observant, strategically prepared, and willing to reward people whose ability advances her plans.

No personal Gift is named for Araha. Her demonstrated strengths are political judgment, recruitment, preparation, and command. She anticipates theft with a tracking mark, builds loyalty through appointments, enacts sweeping policies, and directs an imperial army.
