Endric Oslov

Endric Oslov is Gustav Oslov's younger brother, an MBO officer, and the Time Candidate bonded to Husarius. Celebrated from childhood for an A-grade bloodline that combines telekinesis, gravity, and spatial control, he first becomes one of the people who reproduces the Oslov family's abuse of Gustav. Their rivalry culminates in a nearly fatal death match, after which Endric confronts manipulation, guilt, and the memory that he once tried to protect his brother. Biography

The favored child and the brother he failed

Endric grows up as the Oslov family's proof that their bloodline can produce greatness. His A-grade spatial bloodline reaches Zulu rank at eight, making him a public prodigy while Gustav is treated as defective. The disparity is not merely academic: adults praise Endric in ways that reinforce the household's contempt for Gustav, and the younger boy learns to measure worth through bloodline strength. He eventually repeats that cruelty, calling Gustav trash and using his gifts to dominate the brother whom their parents have already isolated. (Chapters 4–7)

Later revelations complicate that role without excusing it. As a two-year-old, Endric tried to protect Gustav from a parental beating; his hostility is learned after years of favoritism and pressure rather than present from birth. This makes his early bullying a moral failure shaped by the same family system that harms Gustav in a different way. Endric has been rewarded for becoming the opposite of his brother, and every display of arrogance also protects the privileged identity on which his place in the household depends. (Chapter 352)

Gustav's return shatters that identity. Endric attempts to overpower him with telekinesis, but Gustav resists, slaps him, and proves that the family's discarded son is no longer weak. Rather than immediately reassess the abuse, Endric treats the encounter as humiliation and clings to the approval of trainers such as Master Jk. MBO rivalry and the brothers' death match

Endric enters the MBO as a special-class candidate with a reputation for aggression. The institution gives him the competitive arena his pride wants, but it also places him close enough to Gustav for their unresolved history to be weaponized. Yung Jo exploits Endric's insecurity and resentment, turning the desire to surpass Gustav into obedience and framing fratricidal conflict as necessary proof of strength. (Chapters 203, 301–356)

Bloodline strengthening mutates Endric's gift so radically that its grade can no longer be computerized. Rumors claim it may be S grade, but the corpus does not confirm that grade; what is confirmed is a permanent structural change and new capabilities. Endric interprets increasing power through the old family logic, seeing Gustav as the obstacle whose removal will settle both personal humiliation and outside expectations. The resulting death match is less a clean rivalry than the collapse of years of manipulation. Endric takes an illegal enhancement pill that temporarily raises his output to Echo-rank force, yet Gustav still brutalizes him and nearly lets him fall to his death. When Gustav stops, Endric survives but enters dormancy, and the aftermath exposes Yung Jo's control and the damage Endric has helped perpetuate. The spared life becomes a moral debt rather than another defeat: Gustav has every reason to kill him and chooses not to, forcing Endric to reconsider the brother he was taught to despise. Choosing the Time Candidate's burden

Endric's path changes when a sentient green gem embeds itself in his forehead and offers him the mantle of Time Candidate. The being later known as Husarius gives him fragments of knowledge about a coming universal disaster, promises access to greater power, and warns that acceptance will place him at the center of it. Endric says yes because the threat concerns Earth and the Outworldly—Gustav—even though he does not yet understand the full cosmology. This is one of his first defining choices made for protection rather than superiority. (Chapters 632–635)

The bond expands Endric's world beyond MBO rivalry. Husarius carries the knowledge and sacrificed power of a lost people, supplies interdimensional travel, and helps Endric retrieve artifacts connected to Gustav. Endric becomes custodian of the Sacred Armor in Husarius's private dimension, not because he can wear it, but because preserving it will someday protect his brother. The mission reverses the direction of his childhood role: the favored Oslov now builds his life around equipping and safeguarding the brother his family discarded. (Chapter 659)

Reconciliation still requires Endric to risk rejection. When Gustav refuses to hear him, Endric creates a private “little world” between reality and illusion where ordinary time is irrelevant, trapping Gustav long enough to deliver the warning. The act is coercive, but its purpose is no longer domination; Endric spends immense energy because he believes withholding the truth would endanger everyone. Rank, guilt, and the IYSOP team

Endric's development accelerates through spatial jumps and time-dilated missions. A space clone maintains his place at the MBO while he travels, and by the IYSOP selection he is explicitly second-step Echo with SS potential and overall power above most peak-Echo officers. The companionship around Gustav matters as much as the result: Endric is surprised by uncomplicated praise from E.E, Aildris, and the others, and privately resolves to preserve the group his brother built. Power gained as the Time Candidate carries moral costs that rank tables cannot show. In a time-dilated world, Endric accepts a mission that ends with millions dead, including Elle, a companion who has grown close to him over two local years. He carries the resulting guilt back to the ordinary timeline and refuses Husarius's attempt to describe the sacrifice as uncomplicated heroism. Even when he hides the event from Gustav to spare him another burden, Endric understands that a protective motive does not erase the people harmed by his choice. (Chapter 1135)

He returns at peak Kilo and uses the Bloodline Oasis to force a Delta breakthrough. Husarius suppresses the visible phenomenon so Endric can conceal his abnormal rate of growth; one line calls the result “Beta,” but Endric and Husarius repeatedly identify the achieved stage as Delta in the same scene. During IYSOP he then uses temporal control in service of the team, most decisively applying Time Diffusion to create a single usable second in Gustav's continuous extraction glitch. Cosmic searches and temporal responsibility

After IYSOP, Endric becomes a principal navigator and problem-solver in the search for Outworldly artifacts. He travels with Sersi and Ria, balances their humor with tactical focus, and takes responsibility for reading spatial anomalies that ordinary instruments cannot follow. When Husarius lends him energy, his strength approaches Alpha scale: his Ambience of Space and Will maps a planet through its core, his telekinesis tears a city-sized structure from underground, and Universal Merge seals the planetary damage afterward. Because that energy is borrowed, the feat demonstrates access and control rather than an early permanent Alpha rank. (Chapters 1329–1382)

His concern for Gustav remains practical rather than merely sentimental. When the hunt turns toward the Stagnant Siterus Void, Endric recognizes that exposure to the warp demolator could destroy even Gustav and insists on retrieving the Sacred Armor. He studies its adaptive wards with Husarius, secures it until the last possible moment to avoid attracting cosmic thieves, and treats the artifact as a contingency rather than proof that the mission is safe. This is the mature form of his protectiveness: he cannot forbid Gustav's choice, so he reduces the risk and prepares an extraction path. (Chapter 1454)

The later search tests the Time Candidate powers against false worlds and erased trails. Endric develops the Karmic Temporal String by mixing time energy with space, peeling back a layer of the past and turning residual connection into a navigational thread. The method demands stillness, concentration, and substantial energy; enemies can interrupt it, and an absent or fabricated karmic trace can make reconstruction fail. With Sersi and Ria protecting him, Endric recreates the string and follows it to beings powerful enough to manipulate worlds. (Chapters 1609–1614)

Against a cosmic superior being, Endric converts patience into a temporal trap. His Time Candidate power produces echoes attacking from different moments, while Husarius masks a time clone until it can make contact. The clone's Ultimate Reverse then rewinds the opponent toward an earlier, weaker state. The maneuver requires setup through the preceding exchanges and depends on Husarius's concealment; it succeeds because Endric accepts being battered while engineering a condition the stronger being does not recognize. Deity war and the restored world

In the final war, Endric's telekinesis becomes collective defense. He raises an enormous barrier against multiple deities while Mixedbloods and alien survivors feed him their energy. The dome withstands attacks far beyond his personal reserves, but every repaired crack is followed by more damage, and Nocturnis eventually identifies the barrier's rhythm and shatters it. Endric nearly dies from the backlash and the next divine strike; Angy's temporary Outworldly state saves him. The stand demonstrates both his planetary-scale control and its limit—coordination can magnify him, but not make a mortal construct invulnerable to sustained divine analysis. (Chapter 1672)

Gustav's restoration of the universe gives Endric back the brother he has spent years trying to protect, then reveals the cost: Angy and the unborn child are gone beyond recovery. Endric approaches Gustav in grief rather than rivalry, thanks Angy for returning their brother, and accepts that Gustav's disappearance afterward cannot be solved by force. His response is patience and guardianship—he believes Gustav may return after years or centuries, and he keeps living in the world Angy's sacrifice restored. (Chapters 1682–1685)

By the epilogue, Endric is explicitly Alpha-ranked and active as a defender. He neutralizes armed criminals with casual telekinetic precision, compresses their vehicle, preserves the stolen object, and hands the perpetrators to MBO officers rather than using lethal force. He then rejoins his friends for E.E and Elevora's wedding, showing that duty no longer consumes every human bond. The prodigy once taught that power established worth now uses pinnacle strength as public service while waiting for his brother to heal. (Chapter 1687)

Appearance and personality

Endric is introduced with curly black hair and, by adolescence, develops a tall athletic build. Time-dilated travel ages his body enough to produce facial hair and a height of roughly six feet even while little ordinary time passes; Husarius places an illusion over him so people in his home timeline see the expected younger appearance. A green rune or embedded gem glows at his forehead whenever Husarius or his Time Candidate abilities become active. (Chapters 7, 634, 1135)

As a child and early cadet, Endric is proud, aggressive, and deeply invested in status. Those traits are sustained by favoritism and later exploited by Yung Jo, but the later revelation of his childhood attempt to protect Gustav shows that care was suppressed rather than absent. After the death match, his determination becomes quieter and more sacrificial. He remains stubborn, willing to coerce attention, and capable of morally catastrophic choices, yet he increasingly interrogates his own motives and refuses to treat guilt as proof of nobility. With Sersi, Ria, and Gustav's circle, he develops dry humor, loyalty, and the capacity to accept companionship without turning it into competition. Spatial telekinesis, gravity, and Ambience of Space and Will

Endric's A-grade inherited bloodline combines telekinesis, gravitational force, and manipulation of space. At eight, his will can extend roughly two kilometers, lift about eight hundred kilograms, redirect projectiles, and penetrate solid machines to pull out internal cores. This is not conventional line-of-sight lifting: his spatially inflected telekinesis can act through matter, scan internal structure, apply pressure, and reposition targets. Early limitations are range, total mass, focus, and the amount of bloodline energy he can channel; advancement scales all four rather than replacing the underlying principle. (Chapter 7)

At higher ranks he shapes telekinetic boards, layered floors, compression fields, tubes that displace liquid, and defensive domes. Ambience of Space and Will spreads his perception through terrain and planetary interiors, giving him a mental map on which to target remote structures. With borrowed energy from Husarius he can pull a city-sized landmass through a planet and then use Universal Merge to push the damaged world back together. The feat shows precision as well as magnitude, but the near-Alpha output is not his ordinary state, and even an ally-fed barrier can be analyzed and broken by deities. Spatial worlds, jumps, and clones

Endric can warp or “blink” across space and eventually create a private little world between reality and illusion. Inside that world, normal space and time are irrelevant and Endric sets local rules, allowing him to halt an external countdown and force a conversation that cannot be escaped by ordinary movement. Maintaining the transition is expensive and brief, and Gustav could potentially break out through sufficient power. It is therefore a controlled spatial enclosure rather than a permanent independent universe. (Chapter 827)

His space clone is a replica capable of mimicking routine activity while the original undertakes off-world or time-dilated missions. Memories can return to Endric when he resumes his place, making the clone useful for concealment and continuity rather than direct superiority. Later temporal echoes resemble him as well but operate through a different mechanism: they attack from alternate points in time and can carry techniques such as Ultimate Reverse. Time Candidate bond and temporal techniques

Endric becomes the Time Candidate by voluntarily accepting Husarius's offer after the green gem gives him a survivable fragment of knowledge about the coming catastrophe. Husarius embeds in his forehead, supplies instruction, masks phenomena, opens interdimensional routes, and can lend power. The relationship is cooperative but unequal in information: Husarius knows more than Endric can safely receive and sometimes presses him toward sacrificial choices. Endric's access to the time branch therefore depends on the bond, while his decisions determine how that knowledge is used. (Chapters 634–635, 659)

Time Diffusion alters the usable interval around a target. When Gustav is being extracted with no pause between glitches, Endric creates a single second in which he can act and deactivate the System. Premonitions provide limited warnings of future catastrophes, but they are fragmented and do not make fate transparent; interpreting them can demand missions whose moral consequences Endric only understands after committing to them. Husarius can also suppress a breakthrough phenomenon inside Endric's core, showing that the bond can control temporal release without changing which rank he has actually attained. The Karmic Temporal String combines time energy and space to expose a past connection and render it as a thread pointing toward a target. It relies on residual karmic or historical resonance, takes concentrated effort to form, and can be disrupted while Endric is stationary. Fabricated worlds and obscured traces frustrate it until matching ancient energy lets him reconstruct the link. Sersi and Ria's protection is therefore part of its practical use: Endric's navigation can solve a cosmic search only if allies preserve the time needed to complete it. (Chapters 1609–1614)

Temporal echoes and Ultimate Reverse are his most developed combat application in the supplied endpoint. Endric produces versions of himself from different points in time, uses Husarius to conceal one, and meets an opponent's overwhelming power with a prepared reversal condition. Once the hidden clone touches the cosmic superior being, Ultimate Reverse makes the target regress toward an earlier state. The technique is not instantaneous universal rewinding: it requires setup, contact, concealment, and enough preceding interaction to satisfy unstated requirements. (Chapter 1622)

Borrowed and item-mediated power

Husarius can feed Endric energy until his output approaches Alpha scale, amplify his temporal domain, and mask constructs from cosmic perception. These are meaningful temporary states, not proof that Endric permanently possesses Husarius's total power. Similarly, the Husarius Green Gem is the vessel and companion enabling the Time Candidate branch, while the Sacred Armor remains an artifact Endric safeguards for Gustav rather than wears himself. By Chapter 1687, Endric has independently reached Alpha rank. His ordinary telekinetic control is then sufficient to dissolve incoming attacks, compress an armed vehicle to a fist-sized mass, arrest multiple criminals in midair, and preserve stolen property without collateral damage.
