Husarius

Husarius is the collective knowledge, power, and surviving personhood of Abedum's sacrificed population, existing as a green crystal consciousness bonded with Endric rather than as his property.

Biography

Abedum's surviving collective

Husarius first emerges from Endric Oslov's forehead as a speaking green crystal before Miss Aimee. Endric explains that Husarius once had a body, while the being identifies itself as knowledge and power formed from hundreds of thousands of sacrificed souls. It retains emotion, creates a private dimension, and assists Endric in recovering dangerous ancient objects. (Chapters 659–829)

When introduced to Gustav Oslov, Husarius identifies him as the Outworldly and disputes the System's attempt to withhold information. After consulting the fates and linking consciousness with the System, Husarius recognizes that premature revelation would summon a force Gustav cannot yet survive. It compromises by sharing only safe fragments, becoming a guide constrained by causal consequences rather than an infallible oracle. (Chapters 828–832)

Guiding Endric's accelerated growth

Husarius warns Endric about residue from the Vest of Dumbledore, seals it in a separate dimension, and explains that its energy would destroy Gustav before he became strong enough. During the oasis training, it suppresses Endric's breakthrough phenomenon and temporarily traps new power in his core, allowing him to advance without exposing the event until release is safe. (Chapters 1016–1142)

The guidance is moral as well as technical. After Endric destroys millions to alter fate, Husarius acknowledges the grief, insists the choice prevented worse outcomes, and tells him that a Time Candidate must carry sacrificial decisions. It also creates an illusion to hide Endric's abnormal aging and helps him choose an Anusa weapon that does not hinder telekinesis. (Chapters 1135–1167)

Fate limits and cosmic support

Throughout IYSOP and the Outworldly search, Husarius receives occasional fate disclosures and warns Endric when an ability will exact a dangerous cost. Its glimpses are not fully voluntary or complete: sometimes the fates unexpectedly show an event, while repeated consultation risks altering delicate timelines and endangering Gustav. Husarius therefore advises restraint even when Endric wants certainty. (Chapters 1179–1501)

Husarius can act through Endric independently of telekinesis, energizing ancient runes and amplifying his output. It evaluates whether Gustav can wield the Sacred Armor, keeps that artifact hidden from treasure hunters, and later guides a temporal tether that reaches for traces of vanished companions. These acts make Husarius a collaborator with judgment and consent, not inert equipment. (Chapters 1440–1610)

Tenfold amplification against Nocturnis

In the final conflict Endric asks Husarius to lend power against Nocturnis's clone. Husarius agrees and amplifies telekinetically reinforced attacks roughly tenfold, letting Endric keep pace temporarily. The boost does not make his body equally durable: blood, failing shields, and torn tissue accumulate while Husarius repeatedly warns him to stop. (Chapter 1654)

Husarius remains active inside Endric when that confrontation ends. The latest state preserves the collective's voice, emotions, foresight, dimensions, and amplifying power, but all operate through a partnership whose greatest limit is the mortal strain on its host and the causal danger of overusing fate knowledge. Appearance and personality

Husarius usually manifests as a floating green crystal or gemstone emitting rhythmic light like a heartbeat and speaks in a deep, mystical masculine voice. The form houses a collective consciousness rather than a single preserved ordinary body. It can phase from Endric's forehead and retreat into him without ceasing to be self-aware. (Chapters 659–829)

The collective is ancient, proud, argumentative, empathetic, and protective. Husarius initially favors disclosure, changes position when the fates demonstrate danger, comforts Endric after terrible choices, and cautions him against bodily self-destruction. Its cryptic manner reflects limits imposed by causality as much as temperament. (Chapters 829–1654)

Bloodlines and abilities

Collective Abedum consciousness

Husarius combines the knowledge and power of hundreds of thousands of sacrificed souls from Abedum. The fusion supplies vast memory, emotional continuity, resistance to ordinary sealing, and enough independent agency to debate the System. Its crystal existence is a transformed living state, not evidence that Husarius is owned by Endric. (Chapters 659–832)

Fate consultation and time-candidate guidance

Husarius can consult possible fates, identify Time Candidates, and receive warnings about costly future junctions. The visions are conditional rather than fixed prophecy: disclosure can change cause and effect, repeated viewing misuses the Time Candidate role, and some knowledge must be delayed until Gustav is strong enough. Husarius sometimes receives a glimpse unexpectedly instead of choosing it. (Chapters 829–832, 1327, 1500–1501)

Private dimensions, sealing, and artifact mediation

Husarius creates or maintains private dimensional storage for dangerous relics, suppresses residue that could attract cosmic hunters, and assesses whether a wielder can endure an artifact's energy. It can also influence the form or selection of relic weapons and activate ancient runic structures through Endric. These powers depend on context and do not remove the underlying danger of exposing the artifacts. (Chapters 659, 1016–1035, 1167, 1440–1454)

Empowerment and bodily limits

Husarius can suppress a breakthrough, store its energy in Endric's core, create perception-altering illusions, and lend power that multiplies telekinetic attacks around tenfold. The final amplification lets Endric confront a deity clone but tears his body apart; Husarius's warnings cannot stop the damage when Endric ignores them. The enhancement therefore expands output more reliably than endurance. (Chapters 1135–1142, 1654)
