Biography

Burning Sands ally

Damien first appears as a young acquaintance of Vera in Mister Gon's circle and later helps Gustav Oslov during the Burning Sands investigation. His family connection gives him access to ZiL, while his friendship and school life place him beside Marshall and the witnesses affected by the Rel conspiracy. On the football field, Damien uses Phantom Charge to overwhelm defenders with duplicates, showing that his quiet demeanor does not prevent decisive action. He remains part of ZiL's household network as Gustav exposes the underground arena and prepares his public defense. (Chapters 318 and 669–719; Chapters 681–804)

Choosing against his grandfather

Two years later, Damien approaches E.E and Endric Oslov because he knows they are searching for his grandfather. Rather than protect ZiL unconditionally, he helps them reach the scientist after learning of a plan to remove bloodlines from Earth. When the confrontation ends, Damien accepts that his grandfather crossed a line and tells Gustav that he understands consequences are necessary. ZiL is taken into MBO custody, while Damien remains alive and is explicitly spared blame for actions that were not his own. (Chapters 1412–1418)

Damien is a young man whose affluent background contrasts with a notably meek, bashful presentation. He is polite and loyal, but not blindly obedient to family authority. Damien's named technique, Phantom Charge, produces multiple copies of him that can move together, confuse opponents, and physically coordinate to launch the original through the air.
