Snow

Snow is a rabbit-based Altered ranked second among the AFA facility's initial students and one of Apollo's closest companions. His early contempt for Gary Dem gives way to practical cooperation when the academy places them on the same beast-fighting team.

Biography

Rival judgment becomes battlefield cooperation

Snow initially dismisses Gary as a low-ranked student from a Tier-3 town, trusting the AFA hierarchy and his own standing beside Apollo and Wu. The special lessons force Snow, Wu, and Gary onto one team against live beasts. Although briefly stunned by their first opponent, Snow immediately volunteers to draw its attention and adapts his mobility to make it crash into a wall. In a later centipede fight, he trusts Gary to create an opening, uses aerial footwork to evade its pincers, and breaks through the shell of its tail segment. The danger does not make them close friends, but it replaces passive disdain with proven teamwork. (Chapters 379–380, 431–434, 506–510)

Snow later watches Gary's debut and discusses the Howlers' capture of Notsburg with Apollo and Wu. He remains loyal to Apollo's competitive outlook and alive at the academy; the corpus does not show his own AFC debut or later career. (Chapters 573, 668)

Appearance and personality

Snow's human appearance is not described in detail. He habitually eats and carries carrots, reflecting his rabbit Altered form, and is usually quiet until a fight begins. In combat he becomes talkative, taunting opponents and directing teammates with confidence that sometimes borders on arrogance. (Chapters 379–380, 431–434)

Powers and abilities

Snow can partially transform into a rabbit-like Altered. His front teeth lengthen, his ears grow with white fur, and his legs and feet become long, broad, and exceptionally powerful. The form gives him rapid zigzag movement, high leaps, wall rebounds, midair changes of direction resembling a second jump, and kicks strong enough to crack a training-room floor or break beast armor. He uses that mobility primarily to distract and reposition enemies for teammates. (Chapters 434, 501, 510)

His attacks are physical rather than elemental or ranged. Against larger beasts, his first impacts do limited damage, and he depends on Wu and Gary to exploit the openings he creates. The corpus does not identify his serum, beast fossil, full-form appearance, or a special activation cost. (Chapters 434, 510)

• Apollo: Snow is one of Apollo's two close AFA friends and shares his interest in Gary as a future rival.
