Harbour

Harbour Dines is the administrator who attempts to rebuild the Lethal Bite Clan after Feebie's death. Framed by Niang and bereaved of his family, he allies with Raze Cromwell, retakes Current City, and turns his experience in finance, recruitment, and local rule toward a reconstructed clan.

Biography

A Plan to Rebuild the Lethal Bite Clan

Harbour first appears as Current City's minister, responsible for revenue, clan growth, and routine administration while Feebie is absent. After the clan loses its head and intended successor, he proposes recruiting talented Wanderers rather than pretending its old strength remains intact. The elders respect his record of solving civic problems, although institutional prejudice against no-name warriors makes his plan difficult to prove quickly. (Chapters 502–503)

Niang turns the failed Stone Estate mission into a political weapon, mixes true details with fabricated treason, and wins the vote for temporary leadership. Harbour is expelled, his family is executed, and his former standing collapses. With no official route left, he tells Raze's group what he knows and joins their move against the clan, openly declaring that the old Lethal Bite order will fall and intimidating guards into standing aside. (Chapters 514, 516, and 519)

Revenge, Reconciliation, and City Rule

Harbour realizes that the white-haired fighter helping him is the same figure blamed for Feebie's death. He separates that grievance from Niang's deliberate murder of his own family: Harbour has not heard the circumstances of Feebie's battle and decides that Niang remains the person responsible for his present loss. After Niang falls, Raze confirms that he killed Feebie in self-defense. Harbour accepts the answer, bows to Raze, and agrees to govern the border city in his stead. (Chapters 526 and 530–531)

He liquidates stolen clan treasures to pay Wanderer guards and finance repairs, assigns Ivor to stabilize the barracks, and works with Bargo to give the new administration legitimacy. When Demonic Faction warriors attack, Raze's intervention as the “Sun Warrior” saves the city; the reconstructed clan is publicly led by Harbour, although many citizens assume the mysterious warrior is its true head. Harbour later controls a faction entrance and remains useful to Raze's wider network. (Chapters 534, 543–552)

Later Investigation

By Chapter 957 Harbour is again called mayor and head of the Lethal Bite Clan. He shelters Graft and other Alter personnel despite the purge order, then gives Safa, Liam, and Charlotte information about the clan elder's sacrifice experiments and the Rylon religion. He had already ordered the religion's members out of town when he could not establish their precise link. His latest direct appearance leaves him alive and governing. (Chapters 957–958)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not give Harbour a stable detailed physical description. His presentation is instead defined by office and circumstance: he moves from a confident minister at the clan council, to a disgraced and exhausted exile, and back to a working administrator directing repairs from the old clan base. (Chapters 502, 516, and 534)

Harbour is practical, financially minded, and more willing than many clan elders to value Wanderers. Grief initially directs him toward revenge, but he can distinguish Raze's self-defense from Niang's calculated betrayal and can place the city's survival above pride. His opportunism remains visible when he claims attackers' coin for repair costs, yet the money is directed toward public recovery rather than personal luxury. (Chapters 502, 519, 526, 531, and 543)

Magic, cultivation, and abilities

Harbour is a Pagna Qi warrior, but the corpus does not establish a named cultivation stage or signature clan technique for him. He can release Qi around his fist, confront multiple initial-stage guards, and project enough force and resolve to make them retreat. He also reads the strength of other warriors accurately enough to explain Raze's apparent middle-stage output, but he is consistently presented as less powerful than Feebie and relies on stronger allies against elite attackers. (Chapters 502, 519, and 540)

His most consequential abilities are administrative rather than supernatural. Harbour manages city finance, recruitment, guard deployment, border access, reconstruction, and politically sensitive information. Those skills let him rebuild governance after the clan's destruction, but they do not make him omniscient: he cannot fully trace the Rylon religion's network and responds by expelling its members as a precaution. (Chapters 502, 534, 548, 552, and 957)

Relationships

• Feebie: Chapters 502, 514, 526, and 531 consistently call Harbour Feebie's older brother, although Chapter 502 once also calls him her uncle. He mourns her but accepts Raze's account of killing her in self-defense.
• Lisa: Chapter 957 calls Harbour Lisa's brother, but Chapter 144 calls Lisa Feebie's niece, conflicting with the repeated description of Harbour as Feebie's brother. The exact Harbour–Lisa relation is therefore textually inconsistent.
• Raze Cromwell: Raze helps Harbour overthrow Niang and restore the city. Harbour accepts him as the stronger protector and governs locally on his behalf.
• Niang: Niang frames Harbour, takes the clan leadership, and has Harbour's family killed. Harbour's alliance with Raze is driven primarily by the need to end Niang's rule.
• Bargo and Ivor: They become Harbour's practical partners in restoring the city's legitimacy, guard force, and barracks.
• Graft: Harbour shelters Graft's Alter group and treats its information as useful despite orders against Alter personnel.

Items

No individually named weapon or artifact remains uniquely associated with Harbour. He takes coin pouches from defeated attackers for city repairs and administers the former Lethal Bite Clan's treasures as reconstruction funds, but the corpus does not present either as a personal magical item.
