Yang Xingwu

Yang Xingwu is an Archean Mountain Godfiend and deputy general at North River Pass. Her Cyan Silk Domain controls large areas and supports the pass's formation, compensating for her limited close-combat ability while enabling stronger melee specialists to fight effectively.

Biography

Supporting the North River formation

Yang serves among General Zhang Yunhu's nine deputies and rushes to the wall beside her brother-in-law when the alarm sounds. In battle, her domain is the formation's broadest source of control: although several demon domains compress it, she continues protecting the team, clearing mortal demons near the gates, and helping the close-combat Godfiends descend from the wall. During the larger assault, she maintains that support under dangerous pressure while the demons mass enough domains to overpower hers. (Chapters 138–154)

After the enemy elites are defeated, Yang expands her domain to trap fleeing second Firmament demon monarchs and later uses it to help sort the battlefield's corpses. Archean Mountain transfers her in secret with Zhang Yunhu as part of the Great Relocation Plan. When they return to Dao Exchange Peak, she reports that North River Pass's remaining defenders are safe and gently teases Meng Chuan about his concern for Liu Qiyue. (Chapters 157–188)

Appearance and personality

No detailed physical description is supplied. Yang carries multiple short spears when responding to battle. She remains disciplined even when the formation is heavily pressured, is brisk with Shi Xiu while clearing the field, and is warm enough to tease old comrades after their reunion. Yang is a peak Great Solar Godfiend with Greater Mastery of the Realm of Soul. Her Cyan Silk Domain covers a large area with piercing cyan strands: it can kill mortal demons, restrain several second Firmament demon monarchs, move allies down from the wall, and support stronger combatants against elite enemies. Her domain is stronger than any single third Firmament demon monarch's domain but can be compressed by several working together, at one point shrinking to a radius of two hundred feet. She is not good at close combat, so the formation depends on Meng Chuan, Zhang Yunhu, Mu Qing, and Shi Xiu to intercept attacks while she maintains battlefield control.
