Yun Seora

Yun Seora is Sinyoung's youngest daughter, a Silver Mark Warrior, and one of Seol Jihu's earliest companions. Her rescue in the Neutral Zone gives her a second chance, but the more consequential part of her story is what she does with it: she tries to become strong enough to help Seol without burdening him, breaks with the family that used her, accepts responsibility for Sinyoung's crimes, and becomes Scheherazade's representative.

Biography

The Silver Mark and a ruined beginning

Yun Seora enters the Tutorial as one of Area 1's two Silver Marks and a recruit personally scouted by Sinyoung. Her initial Status Window presents a twenty-year-old Invited whose cool-headedness, indifference, sharp observation, and broad talent make her one of the recruitment period's leading prospects. She acts accordingly during the treasure hunt: rather than joining a group, she searches the staffroom, finds a map, and methodically gathers coins on her own. That self-sufficiency makes her effective while the task rewards individual initiative, but it also leaves her isolated when Kang Seok and his followers ambush her for the map. They stab her right forearm six times, twisting the blade in two wounds, and leave the limb so badly damaged that delayed treatment later makes it effectively unusable. (Chapters 4–5 and 8)

Her apparent indifference does not prevent a costly act of compassion. After Seol spends coins trying and failing to draw a revival item for the dead Yi Seol-Ah, Yun Seora gives him the Revival potion she obtained, explaining that it cannot heal a living person and therefore cannot save her arm. The potion restores Yi Seol-Ah and makes the Yi siblings loyal to Yun Seora, even though Yun tries to avoid their effusive gratitude. The choice also complicates Seol's view of her: the quiet woman he barely knows has aided his companions while enduring a severe injury of her own. (Chapter 9)

The Tutorial therefore exposes both the strength and the limit of Yun Seora's original outlook. She can stay calm, gather information, and make a generous decision without seeking credit, but her habit of handling everything alone gives hostile people an opening and leaves her without a support structure after the attack. Although Seol carries her through the final danger and Shin Sang-Ah keeps her alive, her arm receives no restorative treatment before she enters the Neutral Zone. Collapse, rescue, and recovery in the Neutral Zone

Yun Seora spends her first month in the Neutral Zone trying to repair the arm, then redirects her remaining points into physical fitness when she learns that healing it is far beyond her means. She hopes to awaken as a Magician or Priest and work around the injury, but receives the Warrior class instead. With no usable sword arm, she cannot join missions; after exhausting her points and selling her bonus bag, she loses her room, goes hungry, and grows too weak even for basic work. The Yi siblings share what little they have and suggest asking Seol for help, but shame and pride make her refuse. She hides from them to stop consuming their resources, only to be assaulted by three men who offer food and points in exchange for submission. Yun resists even after they beat her, escapes, and collapses believing death would be easier than continuing. (Chapters 13–14)

Seol finds her, takes her into his quarters, and learns that ordinary healing can no longer restore the arm. Maria can attempt the Level 5 spell Colossal through a dangerous Ceremony, but demands 82,000 points to cover its offerings and burden. Seol borrows from Hao Win, clears high-difficulty missions, and pays the price; the Ceremony succeeds. Yun initially tries to repay the debt by cleaning, leaving apology letters, and even approaching Hao Win herself, but Seol stops her and reframes repayment as recovery. He supplies Competence potions and equipment, asks Agnes to train her, and insists that Yun become strong enough to help rather than sacrifice herself to settle an account. Yun admits that she cannot yet surpass those who trained while she suffered, but chooses to catch up and drinks the potion without hesitation. (Chapters 14–15)

The training restores more than her fighting capacity. Agnes finds Yun's physical growth unusually rapid and her dormant potential too deep to evaluate safely; Yun learns mana application and handles a longsword with striking proficiency before she begins normal missions. Her Status traits also change: despair and indifference disappear, while cool-headedness returns. Because the assault has made sleep frightening, she associates Seol's outstretched hand with safety and repeatedly seeks his presence at night. What begins as gratitude becomes affection and a wish to meet him again after the Zone. Yet Sinyoung immediately reasserts its claim on her future: her father demands that she prove her resolve by executing Kang Seok and Oh Minyoung, the woman who incited the attack. Yun accepts, signs the contract, and pleads for Seol to join Sinyoung with her. He chooses independence, leaving her attached to an organization whose internal hostility he already recognizes. An ally inside Sinyoung

When Yun reunites with Seol on Earth, she has advanced to Level 2 Berserker and taken charge of a Sinyoung department, although she dismisses the promotion because she believes support rather than her own accomplishments produced it. She learns that Yun Seohui intends to use Seol's nominal employment at Sinyoung as a point of control and asks him to enter her department instead, promising that he will face no duties or restrictions. His acceptance visibly relieves her because she sees the maneuver as protecting him, not acquiring him. The meeting also turns their Neutral Zone attachment into an Earth-side friendship: they exchange numbers, talk for hours, and continue by text after he returns home. (Chapter 54)

Yun continues supporting Seol across the separation: she travels from Scheherazade to visit him while he is incapacitated after the fortress war, then uses her corporate position to sustain his Earth-side cover and protect his connection to his estranged family. When Seol Wooseok calls Sinyoung, she presents Seol as a valued employee, praises him enthusiastically, and sends a gift for his mother's birthday. Her testimony helps the family believe that he has stable work rather than relapsed into gambling. At the same time, the stream of messages she sends without replies shows how unevenly they can maintain the relationship while Seol disappears into Paradise. Sinyoung's hierarchy is moving beneath her: Seol Wooseok hears that the younger sister is doing well even though Yun Seohui controls the organization, and Kim Hannah considers Yun Seora a possible counterweight if Seol's influence continues growing. Yun later explains why she does not simply leave Sinyoung for Valhalla after Seol establishes himself in Eva. She often wants him to reach out and rescue her again, but believes he is already carrying the Parasite war, predatory Earthling organizations, and threats against his family. Asking him to solve her loneliness and political position would repeat the dependency of the Neutral Zone. She therefore stays, tries to build strength and influence of her own, and hopes to lessen his burden from within Sinyoung. This choice gives her the capacity to act when the organization finally collapses, but it also keeps her close to crimes she cannot stop and later feels responsible for failing to expose. Breaking with the Yun family

The conflict becomes explicit during the reform campaign. Valhalla's negotiated terms reduce Sinyoung's authority and designate Yun Seora, who is close to Seol, as the company's future representative director. Yun Seohui accepts those terms publicly while privately using Yun Seora's old telephone number to impersonate her, lure Seol into a meeting, and probe what he intends to do. The real Yun Seora obtains a second number, warns him not to trust messages from the first, and urges him to leave Earth immediately. Her warning prevents the family connection from functioning as a reliable trap, but it also reveals how thoroughly her identity and relationship with Seol have been treated as assets by her sister. (Chapters 175, 178, and 180)

After Sinyoung's leadership helps the Parasites seize Scheherazade, Yun escapes the city and reaches the confrontation outside its barrier. Yun Seohui attempts to blame her and secretly reaches for a Thunder and teleportation scroll. Yun Seora intervenes with her longsword, cuts off both of her sister's arms before either escape tool can be used, and then beheads her. The execution is neither presented as an easy victory nor as a claim of innocence. Yun drops her sword, admits that she knew Sinyoung's executives were committing wrongs, and apologizes for being unable to stop them even though the crimes were not hers. Her grief marks the end of her attempt to reform the family from a subordinate position. (Chapters 181–182)

At the coalition council, Yun does not ask Seol or Valhalla to separate her from Sinyoung's responsibility. She agrees to beg Roe Scheherazade for forgiveness, capture every involved executive, punish those already dead in Paradise on Earth, and ultimately bring her own father to justice. She asks the coalition to close the warp gates so suspects cannot flee, takes custody of all captives under her own name, and plans to assume the executive directorship early so she can isolate the retired chairman. When Seol asks whether he can trust her, she promises to earn that trust even at the cost of her life. The exchange changes her from a potential factional counterweight into the person publicly accountable for rebuilding what Sinyoung destroyed. (Chapter 182)

Judgment, the Royal Oath, and Seol's return

Yun follows through after Seol departs on the Imperial Oath expedition. She investigates Sinyoung without protecting executives or ordinary employees, exposes individual wrongdoing, and brings the guilty before Roe Scheherazade for punishment. She ultimately executes her father and delivers his head, completing the part of her promise that had seemed hardest at the council. Roe recognizes that Yun herself had once tried to help her and had been mocked within Sinyoung as a family “toy” and a stray dog. Yun nevertheless rejects revenge, power, and corporate survival as her primary motives. She acts because Seol asked her to seek forgiveness and because accepting responsibility is the way she has chosen to honor his trust. (Chapter 189)

That commitment is tested when Seol dies during the expedition. Yun tells Roe that she loved the ordinary happiness she found with him, regretted not going to him sooner, and stayed away because she wanted to become support rather than another burden. Even though Roe's betrayal helped create the trap that killed him, Yun does not abandon the promised reckoning or turn the executions against her. The contrast prompts Roe to reconsider the vengeance that has consumed her. Before taking her own life, Roe leaves her Royal Oath to anyone willing to spend it on Seol's resurrection; Yun reaches the palace when the barrier falls and secures the oath. Combined with the oath obtained by Teresa Hussey, it restores Seol to Paradise, though not to full health. (Chapters 189–190)

The result is both personal and political. Yun's refusal to substitute revenge for responsibility gives Roe enough reason to redirect her final act, and the transferred oath creates the second indispensable wish needed to reverse Seol's death. Meanwhile, the executions leave Sinyoung without its former leadership. Yun becomes its executive director and Scheherazade's representative, working across Earth and Paradise while Seol recovers. The woman who once waited for a hand in the Neutral Zone is now the person other survivors depend upon to hold an organization and city together. (Chapters 190 and 194)

Coalition leadership and reconstruction

Yun brings Scheherazade's army to Eva for the final campaign, arriving as one of the city representatives alongside Philip Muller of Odor. Her role at this stage is primarily command and coordination rather than a separately narrated duel: she helps place Scheherazade's surviving forces under the combined coalition that follows Seol into the last war. This is the public consequence of her earlier choices. Sinyoung's name no longer gives her unquestioned authority; her legitimacy rests on the punishments she carried out, the Royal Oath she secured, and the responsibility she continues to shoulder after the former executives are gone. After the war, Yun remains visibly exhausted from repairing Sinyoung on Earth and Scheherazade in Paradise. Earth-side public attention fades more quickly, but distrust in Paradise persists, so she asks Seol for help instead of hiding her difficulty. She explicitly says that she has decided to be more honest, a quiet reversal of the pride that once made her disappear rather than seek aid. Together they also arrange a final mercy for Roe Scheherazade, allowing her a possible future beyond the revenge and suicide that ended her first life. Yun later reunites socially with the other Area 1 survivors and continues seeing Seol regularly. Her last direct scenes in the supplied corpus leave her alive, more mature, and still connected to him, but defined above all by the reconstruction work she chose to inherit. Appearance and personality

Yun Seora is 166.2 centimeters tall. Her first Status Window gives her a weight of 53.4 kilograms at age twenty; at twenty-one, after years in Paradise, she weighs 49.8 kilograms. She has delicate, sculptural facial features, a milky forehead, sharply raised eyebrows, and eyes whose shape gives a cold impression. Her earliest clothing is a loose hoodie, while her Paradise equipment includes armor and a longsword. On Earth, her carefully chosen navy tweed dress, belt, stockings, sunglasses, and diamond earring make her wealthy Sinyoung upbringing immediately visible; later, a gray trench coat and more mature bearing reflect her changed position. Her controlled face initially makes her seem arrogant, prudish, and uninterested in other people. She is in fact highly observant and generally thinks before acting, but her restraint coexists with fierce pride and a strong private capacity for attachment. She gives away the Revival potion without asking for recognition, refuses to trade sexual submission for survival, and tries to repay help even when doing so would hurt her. Around people she trusts, especially Seol, the cold exterior gives way to shy smiles, physical closeness, playful sulking, and what the narration repeatedly calls a puppy-like warmth. The later Status Window records cool-headedness, conviction, endurance, and responsibility, as well as observant, brilliant, driven, and direct problem-solving aptitudes. These qualities are not uncomplicated virtues. Her shame makes her endure isolation too long, and her loyalty to Sinyoung delays an effective challenge to its leadership. By Chapter 182 she is still described as childish in some actions and cold-blooded in cognition, yet she is also willing to acknowledge institutional guilt when others evade it. Her development lies less in becoming emotionally open than in choosing to act openly despite shame: she asks for help, accepts public responsibility, and applies her decisiveness to the organization that once constrained her. Abilities and class

Yun Seora begins as a Silver Mark Invited and awakens on the Warrior path. By her Earth reunion with Seol she is a Level 2 Berserker, and her latest displayed Status Window identifies her as a healthy Level 4 Mactator. The corpus never shows the abilities portion of that later window and does not define the Mactator class's power source, activation mechanics, named skills, or costs. Her established combat profile is therefore limited to exceptional learning potential, mana-trained Warrior fundamentals, and decisive close-range sword use rather than an inferred Berserker ability set. Warrior foundation and class progression

The Warrior awakening initially works against Yun because the untreated damage to her right arm prevents her from using the class in missions. After Colossal restores the limb, Agnes trains her physical fitness, mana application, class abilities, and combat fundamentals under the amplified effects of Competence potions and Seol's recovery room. Agnes judges her growth rate exceptional and cannot determine the upper boundary of her dormant potential. Yun's rapid proficiency with a longsword supports that judgment, but the training is compressed and heavily assisted; Yun herself later distinguishes reaching Level 2 with support from advancement earned through independent accomplishments. Her progression from Warrior to Berserker and then Mactator demonstrates continued advancement inside Sinyoung, culminating in Level 4 by the Scheherazade crisis. The later aliases “Hothead” and “Red-Eyed Warrior” are consistent with a fierce public combat reputation, while “Wild Dog” and “Black Sheep” also reflect her marginal place within Sinyoung. The text does not establish whether any alias names a formal skill, whether Mactator enhances rage or bloodlust, or what requirements governed either promotion. Longsword combat

Yun's clearest demonstrated combat ability is precise, committed use of a longsword. Even soon after beginning formal training she looks proficient while testing the weapon. Years later, she closes on Yun Seohui before the older sister can activate a Thunder or tear a teleportation scroll, cuts off both arms in two rapid strikes, and executes her with a clean beheading. She subsequently carries the same kind of weapon while enforcing Roe Scheherazade's judgments against Sinyoung's leadership. These scenes establish speed, accuracy, and the willingness to strike through hesitation at close range; they do not establish supernatural range, projected energy, or a named sword technique. The limits of this evidence are important. Yun's major sword scenes are executions or attacks against a distracted opponent, not extended contests against an equal-ranked fighter. Her weapon is an ordinary longsword in the article's scoped item manifest, and no special effect is attributed to it. Her effectiveness also depends on reaching the target before escape tools can be used, as the confrontation with Yun Seohui demonstrates. She later commands Scheherazade's army within the human coalition. These applications show a progression from individual observation to organization-level judgment, but they require allies, legal or corporate authority, soldiers, and Seol's coalition support. Her exhaustion after the war and her request for help demonstrate the limit: responsibility and resolve let her keep working under pressure, not operate indefinitely without political cooperation or personal cost. • Seol Jihu: Seol saves Yun during the Tutorial, finances the restoration of her arm, and gives her the training and safety needed to recover. Yun turns gratitude into love but deliberately tries to become support rather than ask him to rescue her again. She protects him within Sinyoung, warns him when her identity is misused, carries out his demand for institutional accountability, and obtains one of the two Royal Oaths required for his resurrection. Their later friendship remains affectionate, but the supplied corpus does not establish a formal romantic partnership. (Chapters 8–19, 54, 157–160, 178–190, 206, and 221–225)
• Yun Seohui: Yun's older sister dominates Sinyoung and repeatedly treats the younger sister's position and relationship with Seol as tools.
