Wilsander

Wilsander, also called Red Wings, is the commander of Floating Dragon's Dragon Guards and one of Ames's principal direct subordinates. A mixed-blood Demon and former major pirate, he enforces order on the island while retaining an appetite for travel, danger, and mischief.

Biography

The Black Star Mercenary Group

Wilsander first appears explaining Floating Dragon's execution rule after Ames recruits Han's group, then helps place the newcomers under Jenny's administration. He quickly befriends Han Xiao, supports the release of slave-market captives, and uses his old pirate's acting experience to help divert a dangerous secret message away from Black Star. When Ames sends him to find Aesop, he joins Han's party after both are misdirected by a Teleportation Mage. Wilsander then fights DarkStar's Forsyth during the ensuing crisis before returning to Floating Dragon, ending his temporary field service with the mercenary group. Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

Back on Floating Dragon, Wilsander becomes Han's regular point of contact for the island's position and repeatedly waits at the dock to welcome him home. His enthusiasm reflects both friendship and relief from the monotony of law enforcement. He helps maintain the connection between Ames's organization and the increasingly independent Black Star Army without claiming command over Han. During visits in the Rain Star System, he escorts or greets Han and his companions, while Jenny and Ames continue handling the island's administration and highest decisions.
