Second Volga Brother

The Second Volga Brother is the middle member of the unnamed Volga sibling team recruited into Han Xiao's organization. He is a transformation and enhancement Mage, separate from the water-specialist Eldest Volga Brother and Psychic Youngest Volga Brother.

Biography

The Black Star Mercenary Group

The second brother leaves Floating Dragon with his siblings after Han's group frees the slave-market captives. Less talkative than the eldest, he contributes through magic: he applies enhancement auras, shape-changing effects, and equipment enchantments that make the mercenary group's weapons and armor more versatile. He coordinates instinctively with both brothers, helps protect Sylvia, and fights through the DarkStar conflicts as part of the same tightly linked officer team. (Chapters 381–506)

Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

As the mercenary group becomes the Black Star Army, the second brother remains one of its established officers. He accompanies deployments, supports the organization's magical logistics, and appears beside the other Volgas in headquarters and field scenes. The corpus last shows him alive with his siblings during the army's early expansion and provides no later personal fate. (Chapters 508–554, 621, 653, and 690)

Appearance and personality

The second brother closely resembles both siblings and is often identified by birth order or magical specialty. He is quieter and more cautious than the eldest, especially around dangerous magic, but shares the family's relaxed loyalty and easy familiarity with fellow officers. (Chapters 381, 416, 422, 478–479, and 653)

Abilities and class

The second brother is a Mage whose specialties include shape manipulation, enhancement auras, and enchantment. Together with the eldest, he can add freezing, oil, resistance, and other magical effects to weapons, ammunition, and armor. Tamihalatinian mental communication lets him coordinate these effects rapidly with his brothers. (Chapters 381, 416, 449, 464, 478–479, and 496)
