Ninjia

Ninjia is an Arcane Church Beyond Grade A Mage who joins the assault on Planet Lighthouse. He helps disable Milizaus, escapes with the sealed Ten Thousand Deity Scepter, and is intercepted by Manison just before reaching a secret stargate. Although later observers speculate that Ninjia was killed, his last direct scene shows him alive in custody.

Biography

The Evolution Cube and Crimson Dynasty

Ninjia enters the Planet Lighthouse battle as one of six Arcane Church Beyond Grade As. He and Sagman contain Milizaus, with Ninjia disrupting transportation magic, applying severe recovery suppression and corrosion, and firing the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter's first strike. When the operation collapses, Ninjia argues for retreat and takes custody of the amber-sealed weapon. He evades the dynasty's pursuit and nearly reaches a secret stargate, but Manison intercepts him for the Federation of Light. After defeating and restraining Ninjia, Manison explicitly says that the Federation authorized his death but that his body remains useful; he then locks Ninjia alive in a restraint cabin. The chapter does not show an execution or conversion afterward. (Chapters 845–870)

The Flickering World

Years later, Ninjia has not reappeared publicly. Tarrokov considers the Arcane Church's recuperation story implausible and suggests that Ninjia may be missing or dead, but this is speculation by someone who does not know about the restraint cabin. Arcane Church officials speak of the “loss of Ninjia,” reflecting his disappearance and their inability to recover him rather than presenting direct proof of death. These secondhand discussions do not supersede Chapter 870's confirmed custody evidence, nor do they establish that Manison turned him into a Felon. (Chapters 990 and 1020)

Intelligent Plague and the Association

The Arcane Church later understands that the Federation possesses the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter and blames its shifting conduct at Planet Lighthouse for losing both the weapon and Ninjia. The discussion again describes Ninjia as lost without showing his body, death, release, or location. A still later dynasty meeting only says that Manison is suspected of killing him; its participants cite the rumor as precedent while debating a separate disappearance. Suspicion is not confirmation, and the supplied corpus never depicts Ninjia among Sanctum revivors. His last evidenced condition therefore remains alive but restrained by Manison in Chapter 870, with all subsequent fate and custody changes unstated. (Chapters 1051 and 1228)

Appearance and personality

The supplied corpus does not provide a sustained physical description of Ninjia. After his defeat by Manison, he is bruised and bloodied but conscious. He is pragmatic enough to recommend abandoning a failed operation and a captured ally when continued fighting would endanger the rest of the team, yet he remains loyal to the Arcane Church and defiant toward Manison even while immobilized. (Chapters 852, 866, and 869–870)

Abilities and class

Ninjia is a Beyond Grade A Mage with the title Divine Spell. He can disrupt other Mages' transportation, resist and analyze dimensional effects, use high-level offensive and restrictive spells, and inflict Cell Activity Inhibition and Double Corrosion. He is also powerful enough to help contain Milizaus, though he cannot defeat Manison's prepared mechanical force. His use of the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter produces a devastating soul attack but causes backlash and is an artifact-assisted feat, not an intrinsic spell he can repeat freely. (Chapters 845–852 and 869–870)

Relationships

  • Sagman: Sagman and Ninjia are the main pair assigned against Milizaus. They coordinate use of the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter and later agree that the failed assault must retreat. (Chapters 845–852)
  • Milizaus: Ninjia disrupts Milizaus's movement and recovery, then strikes him with the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter. The attack nearly kills the dragon but does not establish Milizaus's death. (Chapters 845–850)
  • Taylor: Taylor is the other Arcane Church Mage in the Lighthouse force. He and Ninjia can work together to break dimensional restrictions or block large-scale transportation. (Chapters 847 and 851–852)
  • Psyker: Psyker joins Ninjia in the failed assault and objects when the retreat plan leaves Sea Spirit Dylan behind, while Ninjia argues that withdrawal is the only viable way to preserve the remaining force. (Chapters 845–852)
  • Manison: Manison ambushes Ninjia near the secret stargate, defeats and restrains him, confiscates the sealed scepter, and keeps him alive because he considers Ninjia's body useful. No later disposition is confirmed. (Chapters 869–870)

Items

Ninjia temporarily carries and uses the Ten Thousand Deity Scepter during the Planet Lighthouse operation. Han seals the weapon in Spacetime Amber, and Manison confiscates it when capturing Ninjia, so it is not part of Ninjia's retained inventory. Ninjia's own Mage Pagoda is mentioned but was deliberately left behind for the covert mission. (Chapters 847–849 and 866–870)
