Biography

Escape from Germinal and the Aquamarine War

Ma Qing Yang's squad is ambushed while assaulting a Germinal base and flees with most members wounded. Reinforcements from Zhang Wei's team help them escape, and incendiary ammunition made by Han Xiao stops the pursuit. Ma Qing Yang promptly buys a large batch and demonstrates it to Division 13 as repayment for the rescue. He later leads one of three covert teams assigned to scout Dark Crow Valley before a Heslan assault, working under a staff officer despite mistrust between the two nations. He remains with the support group during part of the infiltration and, after the base falls, praises the younger agents who supplied decisive intelligence. No later fate is given. Appearance and personality

The corpus gives no stable physical description. Ma Qing Yang smokes, speaks casually with fellow agents, and is close enough to Zhang Wei to greet him with a hug.
