Di Su Su is introduced while provoking her childhood rival Li Ya Lin, whose teams she has consistently outperformed since their dojo years. During the Dark Crow Valley operation, Di Su Su leads disguised Division 13 agents into a hostile town, answers local questioning convincingly, checks their lodging for surveillance, and adapts her plan when Han Xiao supplies reliable intelligence. She later fights during the operation and reacts with grief and anger when an apparent betrayal brings an artillery strike down on the agents. In Seagull City she performs surveillance and investigative work under senior officers, and Chapter 250 last shows her team joining the agent deployment surrounding the war's decisive intelligence crisis.
