Bekorodi

Bekorodi is a senior Crimson Dynasty official and leading member of its military hawk faction. He favors firmer control over allies than the dynasty's neutral officials do, making him a recurring institutional opponent of Han Xiao even while both nominally serve the same strategic coalition.

Biography

The Flickering World

Bekorodi supports making Han Xiao surrender the Evolution Cube and later administers the dynasty's proposed exchange of three Universal Treasures for one, setting limits on which strategic assets may be selected. He also sponsors Gaud's development, hoping the Esper can analyze Evolution Energy after reaching Beyond Grade A, and tries to secure the Primal Chaos Mysterious Energy for that plan. When Han Xiao takes it first, Bekorodi attempts negotiation, then allows Ravenlaude to continue the contest. The failed operation forces him to conceal the new extent of Han Xiao's strength for the dynasty's benefit, showing that his hostility does not override institutional discipline. (Chapters 943, 950, 994–998, and 1029–1037)

Intelligent Plague and the Association

Bekorodi argues that the dynasty should distinguish between protecting its ally Han Xiao and protecting Hila, who has rejected membership, because he sees the latter as using state power for a private faction without compensation. After the rescue ends with three enemy Beyond Grade As in dynasty custody, he chooses not to defend his earlier position before Urranrell. He later erupts over Han Xiao's independent behavior and advocates threatening to withdraw Evolutionary Totem sales. These scenes establish him as a persistent hawk, but not as the dynasty's ruler: his recommendations remain subject to the head of state's decision. (Chapters 1048, 1059, and 1070)

Sanctum Revival and the Super Crisis

Bekorodi renews secret contact with Gaud after the latter reaches Beyond Grade A, reminding him to analyze Evolution Energy during his Evolution Cube treatment. When Gaud disappears, Bekorodi reports the possibility that Han Xiao captured him, but the claim remains a suspicion rather than confirmed public fact. In a private discussion he questions whether Sorokin truly attacked Gaud, resisting the convenient official explanation because the motive does not fit. A much later scene only recalls Bekorodi's earlier suggestion while another ruler reassesses the disappearance; it does not show Bekorodi present or establish a later death, dismissal, or new office. (Chapters 1218, 1234, 1246, and 1394)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not provide a detailed physical description for Bekorodi. He is proud, forceful, suspicious, and easily angered when allies refuse the dynasty's preferred course, but he is not wholly reckless. He can negotiate directly, honor an offered bargain, withhold damaging intelligence for national interests, and doubt an official account when its logic is weak. (Chapters 996, 1034–1035, 1048, and 1246)

Abilities and class

No Super class, combat grade, or personal supernatural ability is stated for Bekorodi. His power is political and administrative: he directs remote operations, negotiates exchanges involving Universal Treasures, coordinates Beyond Grade A allies, manages confidential intelligence, and influences dynasty policy through the hawk faction. Those powers depend on institutional authorization and do not let him command independent allies unilaterally. (Chapters 943, 996, 1029–1037, and 1048–1070)

  • Urranrell: Bekorodi advises her as a hawk-faction official, but she retains authority over whether his harder recommendations become policy.
  • Hila: Bekorodi opposes spending dynasty power to protect her without a corresponding obligation because she is not a formal ally.
  • Ravenlaude: The Beyond Grade A ally Bekorodi hires for the attempt to secure the Primal Chaos Mysterious Energy.
