Urranrell Shin Rybet is the ruler who brings Han Xiao into the Crimson Dynasty's highest political circle and oversees the exploration of the Flickering World and the response to the Intelligent Plague. She balances support for powerful allies with the dynasty's need to limit uncontrolled private growth. Her comparatively friendly, trust-based rule helps Black Star rise into a national pillar, but she also recognizes the institutional danger posed by independent Beyond Grade As and leaves that unresolved tension to her successor.

Biography

The Evolution Cube and Crimson Dynasty

Urranrell formally receives Han as a dynasty ally, promises resources in exchange for service, and assures him that the dynasty will not seize the Evolution Cube even while requesting unlimited evolution access for its own forces. She treats powerful allies as partners with rights as well as duties. After Planet Lighthouse, she rewards Han's exceptional contribution with knowledge, resources, and personal recognition instead of using the victory to demand his secrets, deepening a relationship that becomes strategically valuable to both sides. Her support is never unconditional surrender of state interests. Urranrell wants Han focused on the Shattered Star Ring and Flickering World rather than building an uncontrollable Central Galaxy presence, so she quietly limits the pace of that expansion while giving face to his legitimate requests. Clotti remains beside her as personal guard and national pillar, embodying the direct power on which the dynasty can rely without negotiation. The Flickering World

Urranrell manages the Flickering World as a civilization-wide project rather than following every field incident personally. She delegates to commanders, requests expert assessments before deciding whether to intervene in Han's conflicts, and resists factions urging premature containment. When Han's strength grows again, officials anticipate that she will order the information concealed, because advertising a national pillar's full capability would give rivals useful intelligence and invite unnecessary confrontation. The relationship still contains pressure over the Evolutionary Totems and Black Star's place inside the dynasty. Urranrell explains that withholding public sales reduces the risk of another raid and protects both ally and civilization. She congratulates Hila's advancement and encourages deeper integration, while claims about an arranged marriage are attributed to other upper echelons rather than clearly to her. Intelligent Plague and the Association

During the Intelligent Plague, Urranrell supports recruiting the universe's best Virtual Mechanics and insists that Han and Manison cooperate despite their rivalry. She later joins the other universal leaders in honoring the responders. When the Arcane Church again attacks a dynasty ally, she treats it as a state matter and mobilizes Clotti, but accepts Han's request to stop the pursuit once the immediate goal is achieved. The Beyond Grade A Association is harder for her to accept. Urranrell dislikes a union that can concentrate individual power outside civilization control, yet recognizes that overt suppression would prove the Supers' fear of being treated as tools and drive future talents into hiding. Han regards her as a friend, while older Beyond Grade As remember her as especially friendly even if not the wisest ruler they served. She retires into the Doyens without political power. Her legacy shapes the Super crisis after retirement. Marbruce inherits agreements that gave Black Star extensive autonomy and support, along with suspicions about Gaud that Urranrell had not allowed to overturn the partnership without proof. The later administration becomes more controlling, but even Marbruce recalls the same conclusion she reached: Han's contributions to the universe are noble and cannot be reduced to ordinary factional calculation. The World Tree War

Urranrell no longer commands the dynasty during the World Tree war, so the military decisions belong to Marbruce and the active leadership. Her relevance is institutional: the Flickering World developed under her rule, the alliance network she helped build survives into the invasion, and the distrust she restrained remains a fault line the new ruler must manage. A later recollection specifically notes that suspicions about Han and Gaud could not simply override her authority while she was in office. (Chapter 1394)

Information Form and the Final Relay

A report later claims that World Tree forces captured Urranrell and abused her to break Clotti, but the narrative immediately identifies this and the surrounding “battle reports” as fabrications ordered by Han to deceive the Star Alliance. It is not an event in Urranrell's biography and does not establish her death or capture. Her last verified position remains retirement among the Crimson Dynasty's Doyens, with privileges but no active political authority. (Chapters 1234 and 1453)

Appearance and personality

Urranrell has long white hair worn coiled up, serious eyes, and a dignified presence strong enough to overshadow ordinary judgments about appearance. At her retirement ceremony, she wears a simple dynasty uniform with her hair tied high. She is serious, pragmatic, observant, and comparatively friendly toward allies.
