Alvin is a mixed Godoran and Galaxy Human who defects from DarkStar after leaking intelligence to Godora. His seemingly casual friendship with the Black Star mercenaries hides a careful extraction plan in which multiple independently acting bodies shield the location of his real body from Anur and Ember.

The Black Star Mercenary Group

Alvin approaches Herlous as an outgoing traveler and joins him for Wayne Cards, but the friendly encounter is also cover for a fugitive carrying valuable DarkStar intelligence. He previously supplied Godora with information that led to a DarkStar member's capture, making him a target for Anur and Ember. Alvin scouts through five doppelgangers while hiding his main body, yet every destroyed copy transfers pain and mental damage back to him, and DarkStar's presence catches him by surprise. Nagakin, Han Xiao, and their allies preserve his final doppelganger while searching for the real Alvin. When Ember closes in, Aroshia protects Alvin long enough for a hired Teleportation Mage to extract them. Reunited with the rescuers, Alvin expresses sincere gratitude, promises Han Xiao a favor, and departs Noriosse with the Godoran fleet rather than returning to DarkStar. Appearance and personality

Alvin is a golden-skinned man of mixed Godoran and Galaxy Human ancestry. He introduces himself with an elegant bow and an insistently sociable manner, cheerfully pushing into a card game with strangers. That friendliness appears genuine, but his survival method is highly cautious: he divides his attention among disposable scouts and conceals his main body until an extraction route is ready. Abilities and class

Alvin is a Grade C Esper who can create as many as five doppelgangers. Each body is Alvin rather than a mindless projection: his consciousness is divided among them, they can act and fight independently, and their senses are shared. One body remains the real one. The copies cannot travel beyond a planetary distance, and damage, destruction, or forced dispersal sends severe pain and mental backlash to the main body. (Chapter 477)
