Rahu

Rahu is an Oracle Emissary who harvests planetary populations for Qi Xing’s God Creating Plan. He completes the plans assigned to Pegasi and Galois, comes to Earth in search of the Godchild, and later dies on Xiya after joining Wan Chong’s attack on Tian Tian and her companions. (Chapters 702.5 and 797–821)

Biography

The Underworld and the Forgotten City

Rahu first appears while reporting to Qi Xing. He states that the Earth Flame and Galois plans have been completed, that Pegasi has been destroyed without a remnant, and that Galois will collapse after the destruction of its core. His calm report establishes him as an executor of genocide on a planetary scale rather than a subordinate confined to a single battlefield. (Chapter 702.5)

The Moon God Palace and the Shura’s Return

Qi Xing orders Rahu to travel to Earth, locate the missing Godchild, and report immediately if he succeeds. The order moves him from completed planetary operations into the direct pursuit of Sha Sha, but this phase contains no separate account of his journey or investigation before his arrival. (Chapter 797)

The Godchild Crisis and Qi Xing

On Earth, Rahu withstands Fey’s fatal dagger strike without injury and answers with force capable of devastating the Bamboo Sea Wonderland. Qi Yue confronts him, while Tian Tian interrupts his attack by turning him to stone; he breaks the petrification and identifies her partially awakened Skyfall Demon Godhood. After the women disappear, he reports success to Qi Xing and is sent onward to help Wan Chong on Xiya. (Chapters 802–804 and 814)

Xiya and the Perfect Moon

Rahu accompanies Wan Chong when they find Tian Tian and the refugees on Xiya. He assesses Tian Tian’s incomplete awakening and lets Wan Chong engage her, but Ling Chen, transformed into the Shura, arrives before they can finish the attack. After Wan Chong is killed, Rahu attempts to flee; the Shura drags him back and shatters his body. Lachesis’s later reversal of Earth does not revive him because his death occurred on Xiya, outside the reverted event. (Chapters 820–821 and 841)

Appearance and personality

Rahu is a tall, heavily muscled man whose flesh is repeatedly compared to steel. He usually speaks and observes with cold restraint, ignoring Wan Chong’s chatter and assessing unfamiliar Godhood without panic. That composure breaks when the Shura kills Wan Chong instantly; Rahu chooses flight and dies in terror when escape fails. (Chapters 802–804 and 820–821)

Abilities and powers

Rahu possesses fifty-percent Godhood, placing him above Wan Chong and among the strongest awakened godly souls known in the corpus. His body resists Fey’s killing techniques, a casual physical attack tears open the ground, and a serious punch threatens most of the Bamboo Sea Wonderland. He can cross planetary distances and has sufficient destructive power to eradicate or doom whole worlds. (Chapters 702.5, 803–804, and 810)

His limits are equally explicit. Tian Tian’s command can petrify him temporarily, although he breaks free; his power does not let him resist the much stronger Shura, whose attraction force prevents escape and whose attack destroys his body. The corpus does not name a weapon or a formal combat technique belonging to Rahu. (Chapters 804 and 821)

Relationships

• Qi Xing: Rahu addresses Qi Xing as king and executes the planetary plans she assigns. She later sends him first to Earth and then to Xiya, treating him as one of the God Creating Plan’s principal enforcers. (Chapters 702.5, 797, and 814)
• Qi Yue: Qi Yue intercepts Rahu on Earth and manipulates the apparent outcome of his attack. He believes her claim that the targeted women must die and later reports their deaths, unaware that she has moved them away. (Chapters 802–804 and 814)
• Tian Tian: Tian Tian’s awakening reveals a power capable of stopping Rahu briefly. He later joins Wan Chong against her on Xiya, but their attempt brings him into the Shura’s path. (Chapters 804 and 820–821)
• Ling Chen: Rahu first treats Ling as an absent Earthling of no concern. When Ling arrives as the Shura, Rahu immediately recognizes that he cannot win, attempts to escape, and is killed. (Chapter 821)
