Biography

The Godchild Crisis and Qi Xing

Qi Xing arrives as Qi Yue’s younger sister and the dominant force behind the God Creating Plan. Her awakened soul carries eighty-percent Godhood and memories that make her identify more strongly with ancient gods than with ordinary humans. Unable to bridge the final divide to True God through cultivation, she turns to an engineered solution: billions of human souls are fused into the juvenile Godchild, whose complete Godhood Qi Xing intends to absorb. The plan treats Sha Sha as a vessel rather than a person. (Chapters 808–810)

When Ling Chen refuses to surrender Sha Sha, Qi Xing relies on a power difference that initially makes resistance futile. She permits Qi Yue’s disclosures, takes the Fate-Defying Heavenly Orb, contains the Godchild, and mocks Ling Chen’s collapsing trust. With eighty-percent Godhood she stands beyond ordinary Demigods and resists the Lunar Scourge’s rules and Feng Chen curses. Her confidence is not baseless, but it blinds her to two threats: Qi Yue is acting against her, and the Shura can grow into an opponent at her own level. (Chapters 811–824)

After Ling Chen reaches Xiya, Qi Xing meets him as a Quasi-God and discovers that Shura is superior in direct combat at equal power. She retreats toward a dark sun and sacrifices half her lifespan to open the Dark Sun Domain, drawing solar power until her body becomes effectively unkillable within it. Qi Yue then brings Earth’s moon and the Sun God Orb into range. God-Killing Moon breaks the domain’s advantage and destroys Qi Xing’s body, leaving only the remnant soul Qi Yue carries away. Xiya and the Perfect Moon

Qi Xing’s defeat remains the standard by which Ling Chen’s later power is measured. For three years, neither he nor the household sees Qi Yue or hears news of the remnant soul. Later revelations recast the battle: Qi Yue deliberately created the Shura capable of stopping her sister, hid Sha Sha from absorption, and arranged the moon and orb that made the killing blow possible. Qi Xing’s downfall is therefore both a combat loss and the culmination of her elder sister’s long resistance to the plan. (Chapters 838–849)

In the final chapter, Qi Yue guides Ling Chen to a stubborn four-year-old orphan called Xiao Xing Xing and adopts her into their household. The child’s star-associated name, unusual immediate acceptance of Qi Yue, and placement after the unresolved remnant-soul thread strongly imply that she is Qi Xing reincarnated. The text does not explicitly confirm the identity or show recovered memories, so the child should not be treated as the same conscious antagonist. Appearance and personality

Qi Xing is a beautiful woman whose composure and physical perfection reinforce her conviction that lesser beings cannot threaten her. In the Dark Sun Domain, solar power turns her hair, eyebrows, and eyes golden and makes her radiate overwhelming light. Her reincarnation is only implied through Xiao Xing Xing, a doll-like four-year-old with pigtails, sparkling eyes, loneliness, and unusual stubbornness; the narrative never explicitly equates the child’s present consciousness with Qi Xing’s former self. She is proud, domineering, patient over centuries, and willing to convert whole populations into material for her transcendence. Partial divine memories make her dissatisfied with mortal limitations and certain that her goal justifies sacrifice. She loves and trusts Qi Yue enough to overlook her betrayal until the end, a human attachment that complicates her claim to stand above humanity. When defeated, the remnant soul questions Qi Yue’s choices rather than immediately understanding the moral value of the lives her plan would destroy. (Chapters 808–837)

Abilities and powers

Godhood and divine sense

Qi Xing possesses eighty-percent Godhood, far above the threshold used for Demigods and close enough to be called a Quasi-God. Her divine sense covers enormous distances, detects high-order beings, and makes ordinary concealment ineffective. She can suppress or ignore rules that dominate humans: mental curses rebound, spatial restriction has little effect, and the incomplete Lunar Scourge cannot bind her normally. Yet eighty percent is not True Godhood; the remaining divide cannot be crossed merely through time or training. (Chapters 809–813, 824–828)

Her combat body has planetary destructive capacity, immense speed, spatial endurance, and a weapon called Falling Star. At the same Godhood level she can exchange tens of thousands of blows with Shura, but Ling Chen’s profession gives him the advantage in direct battle. Qi Xing is powerful enough to survive ordinary divine-scale damage under favorable conditions, not absolutely invulnerable. She must retreat to a prepared solar environment when the prolonged exchange begins turning against her. (Chapters 825–830)

Dark Sun Domain

Qi Xing’s awakened soul descends from the Dark Sun godly lineage. Sunlight protected that ancient soul through reincarnation, explaining the unusually large portion of Godhood she recovers. Dark Sun Domain encloses a region and channels a sun’s power into her, raising her close to True God output and continually restoring her body. In its extreme form, the domain makes conventional attacks unable to kill her so long as its solar source and rules remain intact. (Chapters 830–833)

Activating the domain costs half her lifespan, and Qi Xing calls it a one-time measure. It is also environmentally dependent: she leads Ling Chen to the dark sun before using it. Moonlight weakens the solar field, while God-Killing Moon, amplified by the Sun God Orb and Lunar Scourge, destroys her beyond its regeneration. These requirements make the domain a devastating prepared defense rather than a freely repeatable state she can invoke anywhere without consequence. (Chapters 830–834)

Godchild Plan

Qi Xing’s most consequential “power” is applied divine knowledge. Drawing on recovered memories, she directs the fusion of billions of human souls into a being with complete Godhood and plans to absorb that result. The process needs multiple planetary operations, collaborators, and the separate Shura-blood conditioning scheme; it is neither an instant spell nor her unaided creation. Sha Sha’s escape, independent personality, and willingness to self-destruct demonstrate that creating a godly body does not grant control of the person produced. (Chapters 808–813)

Relationships

  • Qi Yue is Qi Xing’s elder sister, closest companion, and ultimate opponent. Qi Xing trusts her across centuries, while Qi Yue secretly creates the Shura, hides Sha Sha, and supplies the conditions for Qi Xing’s defeat.
