Lilith

Lilith Lynn is the princess of the Amazon Empire, a champion warrior, and the mortal bearer of the Sin of Greed. She enters the Tournament of Champions searching for powerful men whom the Amazons can recruit as fathers of their next generation, but her encounter with William eventually changes that institutional objective into a personal commitment. Their ordeal in the Deadlands turns attraction and competition into trust, love, and an agreement to marry. Lilith remains beside William after his fall into Darkness, serves as her mother's military and geopolitical aide, and ultimately brings Greed's Divinity into the final strike against Surtr. (Chapters 598–639, 790–837, 1073–1100, 1330, 1461)

Appearance and personality

Lilith is a beautiful, athletic young Amazon with sun-kissed skin, pronounced feminine curves, and amber eyes. She commonly wears light leather armor and carries herself with enough confidence to dominate an arena before a match begins. Her muscular conditioning supports weapons almost as large as her body, but the narrative emphasizes that her martial physique does not diminish her beauty. The targeted evidence does not establish a consistent hair color, so none is assigned here. (Chapters 598, 623–624, 636–637, 837)

She is bold, proud, competitive, and openly greedy. Lilith enjoys fighting, gambling, theft, and bets that place other people's service or possessions at stake; her friend Ged calls her a powder keg and objects to those vices even while respecting her as a combatant. She initially evaluates men as prospective “seeds” for the Amazon Empire and prefers imposing, arrogant fighters over gentle or delicate ones. She is also politically perceptive, recognizing the self-serving fairness behind Kraetor's tournament procedures and understanding when compromise serves the Amazon Empire better than confrontation. (Chapters 598, 609–610, 623, 639)

Her relationship with William brings out a more vulnerable but no less decisive side. In the Deadlands she learns to trust him as a partner rather than treat him as something to acquire. After his wives die and Darkness changes him, she is frightened by his coldness yet refuses to leave; she offers him warmth, demands that Felix and Ahriman be made to pay, and follows William even when he becomes an enemy of the world. This loyalty later overrides political caution when she leaves her mother's court to join his war against the Holy Order. (Chapters 833–837, 1091–1100, 1330)

Biography

Kraetor and the Tournament of Champions

Lilith enters Kraetor as one of the Amazon Empire's representatives and advances to the last stages of the Tournament of Champions. Her purpose reflects Amazon policy: because their divine blessing produces only daughters, the empire seeks strong men whose bloodlines can strengthen future generations. Lilith is not a ceremonial contestant. She is an experienced combatant proficient with multiple weapons, able to fight Ged evenly and defeat other elite young fighters through a mixture of strength, crystal magic, deception, and theft. Against Prince Jason she steals Aamon's Bracelet before he can activate it, uses its crimson armor and Saint-rank boost herself, and throws him out of the arena. (Chapters 598, 609–610, 622–624)

In the final, Lilith faces Kenneth, another Sin-bearer. She survives Time Stop by leaving a crystal substitute and concealing herself through her weapon, spreads crystal dust through Kenneth's defenses, and identifies the opponent's Sin while revealing her own as Greed. Kenneth's time manipulation nearly defeats her, but its heavy toll causes him to fall asleep before he can finish the match, allowing Lilith to win the tournament. Her victory demonstrates both her adaptability and a recurring limit of her confidence: she boasts that the outcome was planned even though chance and Kenneth's exhaustion saved her. (Chapters 636–638)

The tournament's aftermath redirects her attention to William. When the Tower announces his conquest of the fifty-first floor, the Amazons abandon their effort to take the sleeping Kenneth and instead negotiate for a private meeting with the newly powerful Half-Elf. Lilith's initial interest remains consistent with her culture—William is an exceptionally strong potential partner—but it establishes the contact that later becomes personal. She also shows that greed does not prevent restraint: after Sidonie explains Kenneth's mission, Lilith and Empress Andraste accept a compromise rather than create a pointless enemy. (Chapters 638–639)

The Deadlands and William

Lilith accompanies William and Chiffon into the forbidden region leading to the Deadlands. When a monster attack destroys their escape route, William shields Lilith and both fall into the River of Samsara. The ensuing struggle traps them in a hostile land where magic and resources are constrained, forcing Lilith to cooperate with William and Raizel rather than rely on imperial authority. She creates crystal bridges, removes traps from treasure sites, stands against Demons who threaten their shelter, and becomes one of the few people William believes he can trust with his plans against Morax and Swiper. (Chapters 775–816, 833)

Their shared danger changes what each wants from the other. Lilith begins with an Amazon's desire to claim William's strength and obtain his child, while William focuses on his existing obligations. Life in the Glory Shelter, especially their bond with Raizel, makes both consider a family rather than a transaction. William promises not to evade the question of marriage; Lilith chooses him as her life partner, the two consummate their relationship, and he explicitly promises to marry her. Her Greed narrows from wanting strong men and treasures in general to refusing to share William as a resource for the Amazon Empire. (Chapters 833–837)

Lilith subsequently becomes part of William's household and fights in his major campaigns. When Ahriman traps William, she rejects safety and leaves the Thousand Beast Domain because his fight is hers, joining Chiffon, Ashe, Sidonie, and the King's Legion despite being warned that death is likely. She survives the catastrophe that kills William's wives and stays beside the transformed Prince of Darkness. Rather than romanticize the change, she tells him directly that his eyes, touch, and voice frighten her, then chooses to remain and share the burden of his revenge. (Chapters 957, 1073–1075, 1091–1100)

The Grand Alliance and the War of Destruction

After returning to the Amazon Empire, Lilith becomes Empress Andraste's personal aide for war and geopolitical affairs. Her mother initially prevents her from going back to William because the Holy Order possesses Pseudo-Gods the Amazons cannot safely challenge outside their own defensive territory. When William declares war, Lilith's reaction is not strategic amusement but concern for the man who continued trying to love her while suffering. Andraste releases her from duty, and Lilith takes Gleipnir west while vowing to follow William even into damnation. (Chapter 1330)

This decision makes Lilith the Amazon Empire's personal, rather than official, participant in the conflict. Her mother keeps the state neutral, but Lilith joins William because she has chosen him as her future husband. The distinction preserves Andraste's geopolitical position while allowing Lilith to exercise agency independent of the throne. She later stands among William's brides and remains one of the women whose relationship with him helps stabilize the coalition around the Ainsworth Empire. (Chapters 1330–1332, 1403, 1422)

In the War of Destruction, Lilith's role culminates through the Divinity she shares with William. When his weapon takes its true form against Surtr, the images of the Sin-bearers place their hands upon the blade. Lilith explicitly channels Greed after Pride, joining the other Deadly Sins and Heavenly Virtues in creating the united power that lets William oppose the God of Destruction. She survives the conflict as William's wife, completing her progression from a princess seeking strength for imperial breeding policy to a partner who commits her strength, treasure, and divine power to a chosen family. (Chapters 1422, 1459–1461)

Skills, classes, and divinities

Sin of Greed

Lilith is the bearer of Greed, one of the Deadly Sins. Its clearest manifestations involve possession, theft, and deceptive control of matter. Opponents repeatedly lose their weapons at decisive moments; Lilith steals Aamon's Bracelet without Prince Jason noticing; and in her battle with Kenneth she substitutes a crystal body, hides through the war axe left in the arena, and later transforms from the weapon back into herself. The corpus does not provide a single formal name or complete activation rule tying all these effects together, so the exact boundary between Greed's Divinity, crystal magic, and trained theft remains unspecified. (Chapters 622–624, 636–637)

Greed also gives Lilith awareness of fellow Sin-bearers. She recognizes that Kenneth is one of them before their final match and determines the specific Sin after observing time manipulation; Kenneth likewise identifies her as Greed. In the final war, her Divinity can be channeled into William's weapon alongside the other Sins. No exact range, reserve, or recovery period is stated for Lilith's divine power. (Chapters 636–637, 1461)

Amazon blessing and martial training

As a member of the Amazon royal family, Lilith receives Astarte's blessing: extraordinary physical strength and proficiency with many kinds of weapons. She fights with sword and shield, an oversized war axe, unarmed palm strikes, and the Sacred Weapon Gleipnir. Her strength can break bones through armor, while her tournament record places her among the strongest members of her generation. This broad proficiency is a racial and royal blessing, not evidence of separate System job classes for every weapon. (Chapters 609–610, 622–624, 636)

Crystal manipulation

Lilith creates crystal substitutes, bridges, spikes, copies of herself, explosive formations, and fine dust that can enter an enemy's pores before being driven inward. Crystal Nova surrounds a target with crystals and detonates them into shrapnel. These techniques allow offense, defense, traversal, infiltration, and misdirection, but durable defenses can repel the initial shards, and precise control still does not guarantee victory against time manipulation or stronger divine laws. (Chapters 637, 790, 804)

Relationships

  • William: Lilith first views William as an ideal strong partner, but the Deadlands turns that desire into mutual trust and love. She becomes his fiancée and later wife, refuses to abandon him after his corruption by Darkness, and contributes Greed to his final battle. (Chapters 639, 790–837, 1091–1100, 1330, 1422, 1461)
  • Empress Andraste: Lilith's mother, sovereign, and political mentor. Andraste supports her daughter's strength and ambitions, restrains her when state survival requires caution, and ultimately permits her to fight beside William as an individual. (Chapters 598, 610, 623–624, 1330)
  • Chiffon: A sister within William's household and frequent companion. They travel and fight together, share suspicion toward unfamiliar women around William, and both leave safety to reach him in Ahriman's domain. (Chapters 790, 933–959, 1073–1075)
  • Sidonie: Initially a negotiating rival over Kenneth and William, later another of William's wives and Lilith's ally. Sidonie persuades the Amazons to relinquish Kenneth without a fight. (Chapters 639, 957, 1073–1075)
  • Kenneth: Lilith's opponent in the Tournament of Champions and a fellow Sin-bearer. Their duel exposes both Greed and Sloth while demonstrating the limits and countermoves of their respective Divinities. (Chapters 636–638)
  • Raizel: Lilith's trusted companion in the Deadlands and the possible future daughter whose presence pushes Lilith and William to imagine a family together. (Chapters 833–837)
  • Ged: A recurring rival and friend. Their playful fights, wagers, and mutual criticism establish Lilith's martial standing and her early attitude toward relationships. (Chapters 609–610)

Items

  • Aamon's Bracelet: A crimson divine artifact intended to boost Prince Jason to the Saint Rank. Lilith steals it during their semifinal, equips it, manifests crimson armor, and uses its overwhelming enhancement to finish the match. (Chapters 623–624)
  • Lilith's War Axe: An axe almost as tall as Lilith and her signature tournament weapon. Her Amazon blessing lets her wield it comfortably, and she uses it as both a weapon and part of her deception against Kenneth. (Chapters 624, 636–637)
  • Gleipnir: A Sacred Weapon and treasure of the Amazon Race. It can bind even a Demigod and later transforms into a golden dragon that carries Lilith from the Amazon Empire to William. No generated ledger item link is available. (Chapters 623, 1330)

Mechanics and limitations

  • Lilith's Greed facilitates theft and deceptive possession, but the source does not define whether every stolen object requires touch, proximity, desire, or prior preparation. It should not be treated as unrestricted ownership of anything she sees. (Chapters 622–624, 636–637)
  • Her crystal dust can bypass a defense after shards break against it, yet the setup requires material to reach the target. Kenneth counters her by rewinding, slowing, and leaping through time rather than enduring the completed attack. (Chapter 637)
  • Amazon strength and broad weapon mastery do not make Lilith immune to higher laws. Kenneth's Time Stop initially freezes her, and only a prepared substitute prevents an immediate defeat; his later techniques still push her to the arena's edge. (Chapters 636–637)
  • Aamon's Bracelet supplies the crimson armor and Saint-rank enhancement used against Jason. Those effects belong to the artifact, not Lilith's natural baseline, and the text does not establish that she retains unlimited access to its boost afterward. (Chapters 623–624)
  • Gleipnir is powerful enough to restrain a Demigod and assume a dragon form, but it is an Amazon national treasure tied to Astarte's people. Lilith can wield it; she is not shown reproducing its powers without the artifact. (Chapters 623, 1330)
  • The Deadlands restricts magic, escape, and resources. Lilith remains a major combatant there, but fever, blood loss, traps, and environmental laws can weaken or incapacitate her, requiring cooperation rather than solitary force. (Chapters 790–837)
