Lilith's War Axe

Lilith's War Axe is an Amazon weapon almost as tall as Lilith. She reveals it during her tournament semifinal with Prince Jason as evidence of the broad weapon proficiency granted to the Amazon royal line by its patron deity. (Chapter 624)

History

Semifinal reveal

Lilith summons the axe instead of her usual sword and shield, surprising spectators who have not seen her use it before. She confidently rests against the embedded weapon while Jason prepares the arena around her. (Chapter 624)

An unused threat

Lilith leaves the axe standing in the arena while she steals and activates Aamon's Bracelet. The bracelet makes the contest so one-sided that she wins without needing to strike with the axe, after which she returns it to her storage ring. (Chapter 624)

Abilities and properties

• The axe is nearly as tall as Lilith and can be summoned and dismissed through her storage ring. (Chapter 624)
• Lilith can lift and handle it comfortably because Amazon royal training and Astarte's blessing provide great strength and proficiency with many weapon types. These are Lilith's racial and divine advantages, not stated enchantments of the axe. (Chapter 624)
• The weapon is never used to land a blow in its only documented scene. The corpus therefore establishes no intrinsic element, stat bonus, special technique, or durability limit for it.
