Description

The Lover's Charm is a matched pair of Level 60 Yellow-Gold accessories: a male-restricted Yang half and a female-restricted Yin half. Activating either half teleports its wearer to the immediate surroundings of the player wearing the other half, making the pair both a rapid assembly tool and an emergency escape system. Both halves drop together after Zhang Yang defeats Luke Vick. Zhang keeps the Yang charm and initially delays assigning the Yin charm because Han Ying Xue is the ideal healer to summon, Sun Xin Yu is the safest scout, and Wei Yan Er would want the novelty. The early custody settles into a practical rotation: Sun carries the Yin half for territory operations, then passes it to Han whenever Zhang needs a healer brought directly to a boss. The pair becomes a repeated logistics shortcut. Zhang teleports to Sun after making a Mechanical Servant, calls Han into remote boss fights and mount locations, and uses the link to rejoin his party after returning to a city for equipment, potions, or quest objects. Because custody of Yin can be transferred between eligible women before use, the charm effectively links Zhang to whichever female teammate is best positioned for the next task. Escape and inaccessible locations

In PvP, the charm gives Zhang a retreat only if the partner is already somewhere safe. He plans around that condition during territory fighting and assassination attempts, preserving Shadow of the Void and the paired teleport as separate escape options. It is not automatic protection: he must equip and activate it, and external events can interrupt the moment before teleportation. (Chapters 242, 245, 248, 395, and 484)

The charm can also bridge locations omitted from a wearer's map. Han cannot initially see Zhang's hidden island destination, but joining his party reveals it and permits the teleport test. Late in the story the pair still supports long quest routes: Zhang returns to the bank for Kingcross's Sword, rejoins the party through the charm, summons Han for safekeeping of the Book of Revelation, and has her teleport him out after recovering the Wind Essence Pearl. Abilities and mechanics

Each half teleports its current wearer to the surroundings of the other half's current wearer and has a three-hour cooldown. Yang is restricted to male wearers and Yin to female wearers. The destination therefore depends on two equipped pieces rather than a saved coordinate, and the partner must be in a valid, preferably safe location for the teleport to serve as an escape. The paired direction works both ways. Zhang uses Yang to return to Sun or Han, while Han repeatedly uses Yin to appear beside Zhang; either wearer may be the anchor or the traveler. The Yin half is transferable and circulates among Sun and Han, but only one wearer can anchor it at a time. (Chapters 245, 272, 299, 310, 355, 494, and 702)

The charm bypasses ordinary travel time and can reach an off-map island once party information exposes the destination, but it is not described as ignoring every instance, combat, or map restriction.
