Lord Si An

Lord Si An is the head of Dragon Mountain Manor's Water Rites City branch. He identifies Dong Bo Xue Ying's early rise, explains the empire's formal ranking system, and uses the manor's intelligence channels to help the young territory lord. These early chapters are intact and show no identity collision, but they never state Si An's own cultivation rank or combat techniques. (Chapters 4–128)

Biography

Snow Eagle Territory and Black-Wind Cliff

Si An receives reports that Xue Ying destroyed the Bent Blade Union and killed a Silver Moon Wolf King, then personally awards the bounty and Black Iron Order. Recognizing the young man's future value, he explains the Dragon Mountain Book, powerful provincial clans, merit titles, and Transcendent society. He also searches for Xue Ying's parents and brokers a paid arrangement intended to keep Dong Bo Lie alive, using his institutional independence even where Si Clan interests might object. He continues supplying intelligence, including an investigation into Ji Rong, and rapidly reports the evidence surrounding Xiang Pang Yun's death. When Xue Ying returns as a Transcendent, Si An personally hurries to Snowrock Castle, notifies higher authorities, and becomes the channel through which Transcendent organizations learn of the breakthrough. Appearance and personality

The corpus identifies Si An by office but supplies no stable physical description. He is observant, administratively capable, and frank about political power, reciting rankings from memory and distinguishing formal law from the leverage of great clans. His authority also has a clear ceiling: he describes himself as the administrator of a small local manor and must relay Transcendent affairs to higher organizations.
