Authority Adaptor

The Authority Adaptor lets Yu Jitae extend an authority-like perception to bracelet wearers inside Providence.

History

Watching Kaeul's trial

Clone 2 distributes the bracelets to the household while Kaeul is stranded in Anum. Because Yu Jitae cannot normally behave as an authority within Providence, his artifact bridges that limitation: the wearers see Kaeul and Chirpy through the vision he shares with them. The link lets the family witness Kaeul's attempt to save Chirpy's people without physically entering the world. After Kaeul returns, Yu Jitae quietly removes her bracelet when an authority message threatens to expose the connection. (Chapters 310 and 313)

Abilities and properties

• The bracelet allows Yu Jitae to act toward its wearer in a manner resembling an authority inside Providence. (Chapter 310)
• Multiple wearers can receive the same shared view, turning Yu Jitae's perception into a group observation link. (Chapter 310)
• The device transmits perception rather than transporting its users or granting them direct control over the observed world. (Chapter 310)
