Rui Yi is Cang Shuhe's personal attendant and a secretly stationed Deep Sea Divine Envoy.
Biography
The hidden envoy beside Cang Shuhe
Rui Yi remains concealed beside the secluded Cang Shuhe until Cang Shitian, Yun Che, and Qianye Ying’er come to install Shuhe as Deep Sea God Emperor. She kneels to the new order but privately resents the danger and humiliation surrounding her mistress. Rui Yi continues as Shuhe's sole close attendant after the coronation, receiving Yun Wuxin and allowing flashes of indignation that court etiquette otherwise suppresses. She obeys Shuhe's order not to report a threatening conversation to Cang Shitian and later witnesses Yun Che reveal that he intends to enter the Abyss of Nothingness. (Chapters 1874–1901 and 1969)
Appearance and personality
Rui Yi is an exceedingly beautiful blue-robed woman with a slender waist and an outwardly cold, refined appearance. Her loyalty to Shuhe is intensely personal: she remains disciplined in public but turns pale at threats, bristles at disrespect, and sometimes speaks before political caution can restrain her. Abilities and cultivation
Rui Yi is a middle-stage Divine Master and Deep Sea Divine Envoy whose aura can be hidden well enough to guard Shuhe's retreat from ordinary discovery. She has the strength, perception, and status of a king-realm elite, although Chi Wuyao's devil soul detects her and the story does not establish her in a major duel. (Chapter 1874)
