Oh Hyun-seok

Oh Hyun-seok is one of the seven coworkers transported from Earth and the bearer of the Unique Holy Body. He begins as a steady senior who tries to keep frightened colleagues from turning on one another, then makes bodily cultivation into a philosophy of protection. His mature strength lies not only in enduring impossible force, but in refusing the names and inherited wills that would decide what that endurance must mean.

Biography

A body meant to protect

Hyun-seok's Unique Holy Body is recognized almost immediately, separating him from the coworkers who remain unchosen. Unlike Jeon Myeong-hoon, he does not use selection to reassert office hierarchy. He tries to steady Seo Eun-hyun, restrain escalating conflict, and preserve a sense of adult responsibility amid panic. That conciliatory instinct becomes the moral direction of a cultivation path built to take force that would otherwise fall on someone else. (Chapters 0, 1–3)

After ascending, Hyun-seok becomes Azure Tiger Saint's direct disciple beside Seo. His master subjects the Unique Holy Body to brutal conditioning while integrating Azure Spirit Striking Origin, Starlight Protecting Void Body, and Five Elements Enduring Origin into the Azure Spirit Starlight Quintessence Great Method. Hyun-seok accepts the pain because he sees how isolated Seo has become and wants the power to stand beside a wounded junior rather than merely admire his endurance. (Chapters 149–160)

His progress through Qi Building and the Core Formation enclosures is exceptionally fast, and Primordial Chaos begins appearing inside the starlight of his body. Yet his rivalry with Seo remains protective rather than possessive. Their sparring gives both men an honest measure of what they can survive, while Hyun-seok's wish to become a shield turns competitiveness into companionship. Collapse, recovery, and Wuji responsibility

Hyun-seok later suffers a critical wound while stopping the Devil Race. The injury collapses cultivation that had once approached Heavenly Being from Grand Perfection Nascent Soul down to Core Formation, leaving him exhausted and ashamed of falling behind. Rescue does not erase that loss. Entering Seo's new community forces him to rebuild while accepting that usefulness cannot be measured only by the peak he once held. (Chapters 333–339)

As the Wuji Religious Order's Right Law Protector, Hyun-seok uses the Unique Holy Body to absorb spiritual and ghostly energies that would be incompatible for ordinary cultivators. He recovers Nascent Soul, reaches Grand Perfection Heavenly Being, and advances under tribulation pressure while Jeon Myeong-hoon helps redirect the catastrophe. The sect's welfare and survival give those realms a practical purpose: his body becomes a defensive barrier for people whom stronger factions regard as disposable ghosts. (Chapters 342–355)

Great Mountain's gaze later creates all Five Elements Axes within him, and continued training carries him to Integration. Primordial Chaos also becomes a conduit through which enlightenment and strength can move between allies, making his body a literal link in the group's combined power. The destruction of Wuji's followers deepens rather than overturns his ethic: strength must protect ordinary dignity, and survival without the people it was meant to shelter cannot count as a complete victory. A father who refuses the given name

At immortal rank, Hyun-seok discovers the alchemical remains and recorded history of his daughter Oh Hye-seo and Seo Hweol. Reading that history as an Earth Upper Immortal gives him knowledge without relief. He carries what remains of them and faces the pain of a father who cannot make his child's crimes, suffering, and love simple enough to either condemn or excuse. (Chapter 637)

His confrontation with Hyeon Rang and the inherited will of Mountain-Destroying Demon Ape turns fatherhood into a question of power. The ape's possessive protection mirrors what Hyun-seok could become if grief justified overriding a child's will, while the Naming Supreme Deity shows how a magnificent title can become a chain. Hyun-seok accepts instruction, but refuses to let either divine inheritance dictate the meaning of his family or his own existence. (Chapters 719–730)

When a grand Heavenly King name tries to arise, Hyun-seok erases it and declares himself Silver Nameless Heavenly King. Namelessness does not discard Azure Tiger Saint, Hye-seo, or the histories that formed him. It prevents an outside name from owning them. His Nameless One Fist later breaks law-level defenses and helps oppose the Future King, turning refusal into a positive realm: he can carry love and memory without accepting a definition imposed by another will. Return to an ordinary family

After the Audience Chamber conflict, connected split souls let Hyun-seok return to Earth while his existence in Mount Sumeru remains active. The cosmic protector goes home not to erase what happened, but to recover the ordinary relationship beneath it. He embraces his wife and faces a private grief that power could never solve for him: the miscarriage they suffered and the silence surrounding it. (Chapters 810–811)

Hyun-seok chooses to speak honestly rather than protect his wife through concealment or distance. Their reconciliation shows the human answer beneath his refusal of imposed names. A father cannot command loss to become meaningful, and a husband cannot carry grief on another person's behalf without listening to her. He can only remain, mourn, and choose the next step together with the person whose life is bound to his. (Chapter 811)

The couple prepares to welcome another child without treating new life as a replacement for the one lost. Hyun-seok therefore ends as both Silver Nameless Heavenly King and a man choosing family without cosmic justification. His connected lives preserve responsibility in Mount Sumeru and intimacy on Earth, fulfilling his long effort to become a shield while refusing to make protection another form of ownership. Appearance and personality

Hyun-seok is a broad, powerfully built man whose cultivation magnifies that physical presence. Starlight turns the interior of his body into a celestial domain, blue wings unfold behind his attacks, and purple Primordial Chaos can enlarge him into a giant. His Heavenly King manifestation evokes a colossal Benevolent King, while the final silver force of Nameless One Fist strips away the ornament of an imposed divine identity. He is steady, conciliatory, competitive, and intensely protective. Early on he restrains conflict rather than feeding it; later he trains because he wants to understand what has broken Seo and become strong enough to share the burden. Severe injury and family grief expose anguish beneath that composure, but his response is not domination. He repeatedly chooses responsibility, honest rivalry, and the freedom of the people he loves over the certainty offered by absolute power or a perfect name. Abilities and cultivation

Hyun-seok's path centers on the Unique Holy Body, the Azure Heaven Creation Sect's starlight body methods, and the Primordial Chaos produced when disparate energies are refined together. His body is both weapon and vessel: it can endure, integrate, and relay power, but it is not invulnerable. Critical injury once destroyed multiple realms of progress, and sufficiently great tribulation remains lethal rather than becoming free fuel. (Chapters 2–3, 149–160, 333–355, 541)

Unique Holy Body and Primordial Chaos

The Unique Holy Body is innate. Under Azure Tiger Saint's training it absorbs Five Elements, Yin-Yang, spiritual, and ghostly energies, melts them toward purple Primordial Chaos, and tempers itself through controlled damage and recovery. This compatibility supports rapid advancement, extreme durability, and attacks above Hyun-seok's formal stage. It also lets him serve as a conduit between companions when another power, such as Kim Yeon's amplification, links the group through him. (Chapters 2–3, 158, 350–351, 541)

Compatibility is not immunity. Hyun-seok must acclimate to unfamiliar energy, reflected curses can turn his own output against him, and the wound that reduces him to Core Formation proves that bodily talent cannot preserve formal cultivation from every kind of damage. By the later immortal stages, Primordial Chaos supports a Seven Stars Immortal Dao and Primal Chaos World authority. Azure Spirit Starlight Quintessence and Azure Wing Heavenly Shatter

Azure Spirit Starlight Quintessence Great Method combines three foundational sect methods into one bodily system. Starlight forms a protected celestial interior, while successive pairs of blue wings multiply the output of Azure Wing Heavenly Shatter. At Core Formation, this synthesis lets Hyun-seok survive lethal trajectories and deliver force associated with Nascent Soul or Heavenly Being. Later forms retain the same principle at transcendent scale: protection and impact are produced by one cultivated body. (Chapters 158–160)

The protection consumes enormous energy, and every additional Wing raises the cost and strain. An opponent able to reflect curses or redirect force can make the technique's very magnitude dangerous to Hyun-seok. Its development runs from the Second and Fourth Wings toward great completion and the conceptual Zero Wing. At Heavenly King rank, Azure Wing Heavenly Shatter remains part of his arsenal, but it operates within chosen namelessness instead of serving as a complete definition of him. Primal Chaos World and allied transmission

Hyun-seok can unfold Primordial Chaos as a world-like authority and use his body as the stable center of a combined technique. This lets enlightenment, force, or compatible intent pass through the coalition rather than requiring each participant to reproduce the others' cultivation. The application is strongest when allies deliberately link their abilities; it is cooperation mediated by his constitution, not unilateral possession of every power entering the network. Hyeon Rang can borrow this foundation during divine descent, and Kim Yeon's amplification can scale its distribution, but those interactions also show its dependence on relationships and timing. If Hyun-seok is incapacitated or a linked power exceeds what his body can bear, the conduit can fail catastrophically. In his latest state, Primal Chaos World supports the Enders in confronting law-level enemies while preserving each contributor as a distinct will. (Chapters 719–731, 799–804)

Nameless One Fist

Nameless One Fist is born when Hyun-seok reaches the Heavenly King domain and rejects the great name trying to define him. Zero Wing compresses physical force, law, fate, and silver fist-pressure into an attack whose identity cannot be seized through an externally imposed name. It kills multiple Radiance Heavenly Lords, breaks divine defenses, and remains distinct enough that the final battles recognize it as Hyun-seok's personal martial realm. (Chapters 731, 799–804)

Its strength comes from refusal, but it is not an erasure of memory or relationship. Hyun-seok still carries his master, daughter, companions, and mortal life; the technique removes another being's authority to package those connections into a controlling title. It remains an attack that must land and be supported by sufficient rank, not a universal negation of all named power. His latest demonstrated mastery is the Silver Nameless Heavenly King's law-level fist used alongside the Enders. (Chapters 731, 768–804)
