Biography

Abduction, protection, and training

Yi Yuri first lives under the Hero Association's strict protection while receiving private lessons, but Vast Expanse's attempt to secure her brings her into conflict with the Chameleon Troupe. After the troupe carries her away, she treats Cheok Jungyeong's hidden internal injury and begins the long training needed to use her Authority safely. Although her parents resent being confined underground, Yuri consoles them and finds companionship with Droon, turning an enforced refuge into the beginning of a new household. (Chapters 257–272)

A shared adult life at the foundation

Years later, Yi Yuri and Droon are engaged and work side by side at the Colored Paper Foundation as security heads, teachers, and medical caregivers. When a wealthy visitor offers a large donation, Yuri confidently takes the check and earmarks it for medicine, showing that the once-protected child has become someone who can make practical decisions for other people's welfare.
