Jeol Woo-Bi

Jeol Woo-Bi is the evil god behind White Tooth’s Vampire expansion and the primordial Vampire from whom later generations descend.

Biography

From hidden conqueror to returning ally

Jeol Woo-Bi plays a patient, resource-efficient game through Shaiven and the expanding Vampires, waiting until other powers are committed before intervening. Their territory, population, and conserved Faith make them the third continent’s greatest emerging threat, but Lakrak defeats them during Hierophany. Because their Divinity falls to zero at death, Jeol Woo-Bi becomes a vassal; the campaign nevertheless forces the other players to share information about evil gods rather than treat them as ordinary rivals. (Chapters 67–74, 92–93, and 130)

Near the final war, Sha-Cha, Jeolyo, and Dide use the second moon’s remaining energy to release Jeol Woo-Bi and Bwel from vassal status. Jeol Woo-Bi initially weeps at the sight of the Vampire name Muel surviving among Avartin’s lunar settlers, then agrees that the civilization sheltering their descendants must be defended. They join the assault on the old gods in their primordial form, choosing a likely death for their children and new allies after ages defined by mere survival. (Chapters 312–313)

Appearance and personality

Their player avatar wears a Human face as a skin mask over murky white eyes and a garment sewn from multiple peoples’ skin, decorated with bones. Their primordial body is the first Vampire enlarged by an uncontrollable thirst for blood; later they also wear the leather of lost companions. Jeol Woo-Bi is calculating and patient in the game, but their grief for descendants and friends shows an attachment stronger than their earlier drive for survival. (Chapters 71–74 and 312–313)

Powers and abilities

Jeol Woo-Bi originates the Vampire lineage and can operate through a high-Divinity player body and Hierophany, but dying in that state while losing all Divinity reduces them to a vassal. They possess the Unique Domain: Corpse; the narrative explicitly says they never receive a chance to use it, so no activation rule or demonstrated effect should be assigned to it. Their first-Vampire body is gigantic and blood-driven, but its exact regeneration, strength, and limits are not quantified. (Chapters 71–75, 92, 104–105, 130, and 313)
