Jeolyo

Jeolyo is the primordial Fairy and a hidden evil-god player whose existence turns the Pantheon’s final search into a problem of identity rather than geography.

Biography

The player hidden in every society

Jeolyo first appears only as a corrupted name on the player list, with no territory and no response to Whisper Conversations. Because an unreachable player makes ordinary victory impossible, the Pantheon searches for a species concealed inside existing populations. The resulting inquiry identifies Fairies who are born into the forms and families of other species. Jeolyo understands networked misinformation well enough to obscure the trail on Sky Net, but the Empire’s counter-sting exposes the Fairy community and restricts the evil god’s freedom to act. (Chapters 257–266)

Jeolyo and Sha-Cha later attempt a surprise attack on Orazen, but the Pantheon’s situation room blocks it with little damage. Jeolyo is unfamiliar with the system interface and examines the city by stretching their own fluid body, making them less effective than an ordinary player despite their concealment. They ultimately surrender with Sha-Cha and Dide without losing their people, then choose to return against the old gods. In primordial form, Jeolyo fights for the civilization that accepted Fairies and becomes part of the order that follows the old system. (Chapters 269–287 and 312–316)

Appearance and personality

Jeolyo’s personal body is a fluid, slime-like monster that stretches and contracts while looking around. They originate as a magical experiment embodying the possibility of becoming anything and physically project absorbed beings, so no single borrowed species is their definitive appearance. Jeolyo is elusive and skilled with social-network confusion but inexperienced with the player interface and willing to accept surrender when continued resistance no longer protects their descendants. Powers and abilities

Jeolyo can absorb beings and physically project what has been absorbed, an ability rooted in the sage’s experiment that created them. The Fairies associated with Jeolyo can exist in the forms of other species and remain hidden inside ordinary families, though the precise reproductive and transformation mechanism is inferred by the Pantheon rather than directly performed by Jeolyo on page. Their concealment frustrates territorial search but not genetic testing, social investigation, or system restrictions, and Jeolyo’s weak interface skill limits how effectively they exploit player authority.
