Radiant Sky Stone
Radiant Sky Stone is the white Bright Yang spirit item that Xijun seized for Ximing's advancement. Its acquisition cost Xijun his life and drew the Li Family into a contest among Purple Mansion powers. Ximing eventually consumed it while transforming Radiant Origin Pass into a divine ability. (Chapters 919–928, 1012–1013, and 1051)
History
Locating a contested Bright Yang treasure
Kong Tingyun first informed Qinghong that she had seen Radiant Sky Stone in Dongning Palace and that Yu Fuzi of Changxiao Gate had obtained it. The Li Family investigated the opportunity because the material concerned Ximing's route to Purple Mansion, but a powerful gate's involvement made a direct seizure dangerous. (Chapters 789, 792, and 818)
Xijun used a treasure of the great void to investigate Xifeng Island. He saw a small white stone surrounded by celestial radiance and flames in a black-jade box on the hall's table, confirming the Bright Yang material's location. Wang Fu subsequently used the stone to accelerate cultivation through his Supplement Yin with Residual Yang Method, showing that he valued it even before its intended use for divine-ability condensation. (Chapters 914 and 917)
A hidden sale and Xijun's interception
During the family's operation, Xijun discovered that Wang Fu had privately sold the stone to Crimson Reef Island. Guo Hongyao had removed the black-jade box, so success against Wang Fu would no longer secure the resource. Xijun pursued the escort rather than allowing the family's efforts to end without it. (Chapter 919)
Guo Hongyao passed the box to Guo Hongkang before pursuing him. Xijun killed her and pressed the remaining escort, eventually obtaining the box despite Merging Fire injuries. His attempt to bring the stone home drew him into a deadly confrontation with Crimson Reef's stronger powers. The resource survived, but he did not. (Chapters 920–925)
Tu Longjian recovered the treasure with Xijun's body and belongings. He declared that delivering the stone repaid his outstanding favor to the Li Family, and a fire sparrow brought it home. Ximing received the resource together with the devastating confirmation of his brother's death. (Chapters 928 and 936)
Deciding who should use the inheritance
Others expected the family to reserve the stone for Zhouwei, its promising heir. Kong Tingyun warned Qinghong that Ximing lacked the secret techniques needed to make good use of it, while Qinghong understood Xijun's acquisition as an expression of trust in Ximing. Xiao Yuansi likewise recognized that the family's own elders might have resisted allocating it to him and supplied further support for his attempt. (Chapters 947 and 954)
Ximing ultimately took the black-jade box into seclusion alongside the Radiant Violet Pill. Once he had raised his Immortal Foundation into the Shenyang Mansion, he brought the stone to his brow. It became active, grew fine scales, entered the mansion, and evaporated into white mist that poured into Radiant Origin Pass. The material was consumed in the condensation leading to Heaven-Venerating Gate. (Chapters 1012–1013 and 1031)
The wider scheme behind its arrival
Xiao Chuting later explained that the affair had been intended to force Tu Longjian into choosing sides. Xijun was drawn toward Crimson Reef so that Tu would have to choose between restoring the resource to Crimson Reef and siding with Hengzhu Dao Gate; his refusal to choose left Xijun dead. (Chapter 1051)
Changxi's exact involvement remained partly uncertain. Ximing inferred from Chuting's explanation that Changxi had helped steer the contest while also arranging for the stone to reach the Li Family. He recognized that what had looked like a family's attempt to win an advancement material had concealed bargaining among much stronger cultivators. That interpretation explains the stone's political importance without treating every suspected agreement as confirmed. (Chapter 1051)
Abilities and properties
Radiant Sky Stone is a small white stone enclosed in black jade, emitting celestial radiance and intertwined bright flames. Its primary purpose is to help condense a Bright Yang divine ability. Its effectiveness depends on the user's cultivation and secret techniques; Tingyun warns that it cannot replace preparation, and even Ximing's fuller methods left his successful condensation perilous. (Chapters 914, 947, 1012–1013, and 1031)
During use, it becomes animate, develops tiny scales, enters through the brow, and dissolves into white mist within the Immortal Foundation. This is an actual consumptive transformation of the material, not the creation of a permanent companion creature. Its use in Wang Fu's cultivation also demonstrates a secondary application in drawing Residual Yang Vital Qi, without establishing that every possessor can reproduce the same method. (Chapters 917 and 1013)
