Biography

Holding the Wilderness line

During Profound Peak Gate’s battle against the Capital Immortal Dao, Yuezi is one of the few defenders still able to fight. He and Cui Jueyin hold back multiple opponents as the rest of their side is wounded or forced to retreat. Yuezi survives with two shattered ribs, yet goes straight to Kong Guxi after tending his injuries, showing that his first concern is the gate master rather than his own recovery. (Chapters 1092–1093, 1099)

Staying with Profound Peak Gate

Yuezi again helps hold the line when the gate comes under attack, activating his Heavenly Gilded Helm so his body shines with golden light. After Li Zhouluo allows the gate to retain its Wilderness establishments, the group still faces relocation and uncertainty. Yuezi remains with Kong Guxi and Kong Guli as they prepare to leave; when Guxi urges him to join the Li Family instead, Yuezi protests and stays beside him. (Chapters 1162, 1199, 1206)

Appearance and personality

Yuezi fights in ochre armor and a dark-patterned golden mask, carrying himself with fierce composure even when bloodied and badly injured. He is devoted to Kong Guxi and refuses to abandon the gate master when the gate’s fortunes collapse. (Chapters 1099, 1206)

Abilities and cultivation

Yuezi’s Immortal Foundation is the Heavenly Gilded Helm. When activated, it makes his body gleam gold and lets him hold the battlefield alongside Cui Jueyin’s spells. He is strong enough to restrain several opponents at once; the Helm’s limits remain unknown. (Chapters 1105, 1162)
