King Mechanical Suit

The King Mechanical Suit, commonly called King or The King, is Han Xiao's Universal Treasure-grade personal armor and a distributed transport system built around its detachable Throne attachment.

History

Gold-grade construction

Han Xiao obtains the Saint Tyracles blueprint after advancing as a Divine Throne Mechanic and manufactures the suit after several failed attempts. The completed full-cover armor is considerably more capable than his earlier personal suits. Its defining component is a palm-sized triangular device called the Throne: once detached and positioned elsewhere, it becomes a fixed destination to which the matching King and its wearer can teleport. Han Xiao first turns that function into an emergency rescue system. As hostile Beyond Grade As try to capture Hila, he transfers the suit from his own body onto hers while maintaining a remote Mechanical Force connection. He then activates its teleportation himself, withdrawing her and Silver Shadow despite the enemy's spatial restrictions. The demonstration removes the attackers' expectation that Hila can be trapped conventionally. (Chapters 1054–1055)

A network of Thrones

Han Xiao manufactures additional Kings and distributes Thrones among bases, fleets, officers, and concealed coordinates. The system lets him cross enormous distances, infiltrate guarded sites, bring companions through a single suit, and preserve several independent escape routes. He temporarily lends a King to Feidin during the Soul Swapper transaction and later uses King suits to protect or extract Beyond Grade A seeds traveling through dangerous territory. The network is not a free-form teleportation ability: every jump depends on a prepared, corresponding Throne. Han Xiao therefore plants and retrieves these attachments as operational infrastructure, sometimes hiding them in secondary dimensions or dispatching them with trusted crews. Multiple suits and destinations turn King from personal armor into a strategic mobility system that is difficult to contain with ordinary spacetime interference. (Chapters 1165–1324)

Wartime transport

During the World Tree conflict, Han Xiao lends Kings to Kasuyi and other Beyond Grade As so one-way deployments can be followed by rapid extraction. Hila keeps a suit available for travel, and Han Xiao uses specific Kings to answer remote emergencies, visit hidden facilities, and move between the main universe and secondary dimensions. He continues using the suit for routine long-distance travel after the war, showing that it remains operational through the end of the supplied corpus. (Chapters 1333–1460)

Abilities and properties

• Provides Universal Treasure-grade armor, enhanced combat performance, increased Machinery Affinity, and improved Mechanical Force range and efficiency for a Mechanic wearer. (Chapter 1028)
• Teleports the suit and its wearer to the location of its paired Throne despite ordinary spatial interference, wormholes, or spacetime-stabilization measures. (Chapters 1028, 1041, and 1054)
• Permits a return to the suit's previous position within a three-minute follow-up window after arrival at the Throne. (Chapters 1028 and 1046)
• Is designed for Mechanics, but Han Xiao can place another person inside and activate the teleportation remotely while maintaining a Mechanical Force link. (Chapters 1054–1055)
• Multiple suits and Thrones create a network of fixed escape, infiltration, and reinforcement points; loss or absence of the required Throne prevents that particular route. (Chapters 1191–1203 and 1267)
