Serbia the Fifth

Serbia the Fifth is the highest leader of the Godoran Civilization during the destruction of DarkStar and the reform of Godora's bloodline hierarchy. His transactions with Han Xiao grow into a durable political alliance that helps reshape both Godora and the Black Star Army.

Biography

Mutation Disaster and the Secret War

Serbia the Fifth first deals directly with Han Xiao when Han offers intelligence capable of exposing DarkStar's hidden base. He clears the room to protect the information, confirms whether Han represents Floating Dragon, and accepts an expensive package of financial, military, technical, and reputational demands because destroying Godora's long-standing enemy outweighs the cost. After the operation succeeds, Serbia honors the agreement, publicly identifies Han's contribution, and personally awards him the Golden Gal Badge. Their cooperation later enables the Discrimination Transformation Movement. Serbia accepts the political danger of using Rossellin's subtle ideological influence to weaken hatred between pure-blood and hybrid Godorans, bluffs that the project uses approved Purple Crystal technology, and resists elite obstruction until the program covers both groups. The reform's success resolves a foundational internal conflict and raises his public support despite the intense opposition he faced while implementing it. (Chapters 567–597, 668, 677, and 705–713)

The Evolution Cube and Crimson Dynasty

When Han Xiao advances to Beyond Grade A, Serbia the Fifth publicly emphasizes everything Han has done for Godora and proposes Black Star Day as a permanent celebration. His support is sincere but also strategically useful: keeping the Black Star Army near Planet Golden Gate preserves Godora's security and the economic boom around the transport hub. Serbia therefore seeks another political visit and offers Han an honorary Godoran office, hoping to formalize the bond. Han rejects the office because it would compromise the army's independent position, but the approach confirms that Serbia remains alive, in office, and actively cultivating the alliance at his last appearance. (Chapters 769 and 781)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not provide a detailed physical description of Serbia the Fifth, although his face is described as visibly wrinkled when he celebrates the completion of the Discrimination Transformation Movement. He is formal, controlled, and politically perceptive, quickly distinguishing Han Xiao's personal actions from commitments made through Floating Dragon. He can be pragmatic to the point of authorizing covert influence over public attitudes, yet he accepts substantial personal opposition to pursue integration. Pride and ambition also matter to him: he clearly anticipates that the reform will secure his place in Godoran history. (Chapters 567, 586–589, and 706–713)

Abilities and class

No Super class, combat grade, or personal supernatural ability is established for Serbia the Fifth. His demonstrated power is governmental. Although Godora's old monarchy no longer grants unrestricted lifetime authority, he can direct military and intelligence transactions, negotiate access to state resources, conduct major public ceremonies, coordinate with Purple Crystal, and withstand efforts by powerful pure-blood elites to impeach or obstruct him. His strongest achievements depend on coalition-building and institutional leverage rather than personal combat. (Chapters 567–597 and 706–713)
