Laura

Laura is the healer daughter of Paul and Linda, wife of George, and later a member of Kai LuForia's expanding household. Her relationship with Kai originates in explicit hypnosis and results in pregnancy and relocation.

Biography

Hypnosis and incorporation into Kai's household

Laura welcomes George home when he brings Kai to the family's village and helps Linda prepare dinner for their guest. During that meal, Kai places both women under hypnosis, makes sexual contact seem normal to Laura, George, and Paul, and directs Laura and Linda into his room. The subsequent relationship therefore begins through coercive mind control rather than free consent, regardless of the desire the altered characters later express. Kai impregnates Laura and then moves the entire family to his Hearthwood property, where he applies pregnancy and birth protections. (Chapters 25–32)

Laura lives with Kai's other partners over the following months and is sheltered by his barrier during the Demon King attack. By his much later return, she has given birth to one of his daughters and participates in ordinary family life, including teasing him for avoiding childcare and asking him to visit more often. Appearance and personality

Laura is a beautiful blonde woman with blue eyes, like her parents. She has an attractive adult figure that is less mature and voluptuous than Linda's and wears a silky black nightgown during her first night with Kai; exact height and regular clothing are not given. She is welcoming, helpful, affectionate toward George, and initially shy around Kai. Her later domestic warmth unfolds only after the narrative's direct mind-control intervention. (Chapters 25–27)

Laura is a healer like Linda. The corpus confirms magical talent but does not show Laura casting a named spell, establish her mana tier, or define the wounds she can treat.
