Isia
Isia is Osiren's younger sister and one of the last survivors of Astalith's overthrown royal family. Within Sekmala's resistance, she preserves royal continuity, briefs allies, and helps reassess the rebellion after Setton's betrayal.
Biography
Surviving the usurpation and internal betrayal
Sekmala rescues Isia and Osiren after Flexom usurps the throne and establishes a hidden mountain resistance around them. Isia helps explain that only royal blood can claim the ancient temples' power, while Setton and she teach Kai's remaining companions about the continent and rebellion. Her role is less combative than her brother's but politically essential: if either sibling survives, the old royal line retains a claimant around whom opposition can organize. (Chapters 357–360)
When Setton's treachery enables an attack on the resistance base, Kai LuForia's protection keeps Isia and key records alive. She reunites with Osiren after the destruction, relieving his fear that he has lost his last close family member. During the recovery, Isia reasons that Setton may have controlled western workers and falsified intelligence for months, helping the survivors understand that the damage extends beyond one battle. She remains alive as Osiren later reclaims the throne, although the text does not assign her a new office. (Chapters 394 and 397–415)
Appearance and personality
Isia is a princess and young woman, but the narrative does not specify her species, hair, eyes, height, build, or clothing. She bows slightly when introducing herself and later blushes when Kai compliments her. (Chapters 357 and 388)
She is courteous, observant, and family-oriented. Isia is initially open to Kai's attention without claiming an existing romance, then accepts the practical warning that a demigod stands outside ordinary mortal expectations. Her analysis after Setton's betrayal shows caution rather than panic. (Chapters 388 and 400–401)
Powers and abilities
Isia does not demonstrate a named spell, combat technique, formal tier, or supernatural ability in the supplied chapters. Her established strengths are political knowledge and intelligence analysis: she explains temple succession requirements and identifies how Setton could have corrupted the resistance's western information network. Those competencies do not establish personal magical power. (Chapters 357 and 400)
Relationships
- Osiren: Isia and her brother are the final surviving royal heirs; their reunion after the base attack reinforces their mutual dependence.
- Sekmala: Sekmala rescues Isia and shelters her inside the resistance.
- Setton: Isia initially works beside the supposed adviser, then helps assess the damage caused by his espionage.
- Kai LuForia: Kai protects Isia during the base's destruction; her attraction remains hypothetical rather than an established partnership.
Items
No named weapon, royal relic, or generated personal item is assigned to Isia. The ancient temple powers are pursued for Osiren rather than held by her.
