Requiring consent for Masuba's challenge

When Masuba demands a fight with Gustav Oslov, Samsuna reminds him that a duel cannot proceed without both participants' agreement. The intervention prevents rank and crowd pressure from automatically becoming authorized violence, while Gustav's acceptance of a wager gives the supervisor a legitimate match to oversee.
