Rhilia

Rhilia is an Alpha-ranked associate who calls Miss Aimee her younger sister. She protects Vera and assists the search surrounding Gustav's disappearance in Burning Sands City.

Biography

Protecting Vera from the conspiracy

Rhilia intervenes when masked operatives try to seize Vera, placing herself between the captive and attackers who immediately recognize her. She catches a fleeing man by the neck, rounds up the conspirators and the senator, and preserves them for Aimee's judgment. Her presence prevents the undercover extraction from succeeding while Aimee is occupied with Gustav. (Chapters 753 and 760)

Searching for Aimee and Gustav

When Aimee disappears from the apartment, Rhilia inspects the rooms, concludes that no one has been there for more than a day, and begins searching the city despite Aimee's earlier warning not to interfere. After the immediate crisis, she discusses the MBO's claim that rogue officers acted alone and recognizes the arrests as an attempt to pacify Aimee rather than a full institutional accounting. Appearance and personality

Rhilia is a beautiful woman with gray-and-blue hair. She is affectionate enough to call Aimee “little sister,” but pouts when excluded and has an unnervingly cheerful interest in seeing enemies punished. Her humor does not undermine her competence: she searches independently, protects Vera, and sees through political damage control. (Chapters 753, 778, and 787)

Bloodlines and abilities

Rhilia is explicitly Alpha-ranked and releases enough bloodline pressure to shake the vicinity and freeze a fleeing enemy in fear. Blue light on her fingertips accompanies a snapping gesture used while restraining or managing captives.
