Biography

Equipment briefing and skepticism

Milly provides Gustav Oslov with infiltration tools, carefully explaining limited charges and the impossibility of recharging inside Leoluch. She also treats his confidence as typical novice arrogance. When the tracker attaches to Jabal, she declares the mission a predictable failure and opposes Gustav's plan to pursue Sahil personally, placing procedural risk above his unusual tracking opportunity. Arrest, humiliation, and apology

After Gustav returns with Sahil, Milly criticizes the destruction of the weather regulator and restrains Gustav for disciplinary review despite the completed five-star mission. She refuses Gooseman's warning to release him when Miss Aimee arrives, and Aimee sends her through the tent with a flick. On the next operation Milly quietly apologizes while issuing equipment, acknowledging that her earlier treatment crossed from caution into unfair hostility. (Chapters 569–573 and 591)

Milly is a striking mixed-Latino woman with an hourglass figure and tied black hair. She is technically thorough, rule-conscious, proud, and quick to judge inexperienced officers. Her eventual embarrassment and apology show that she can revise her conduct, though only after Gustav's success and Aimee's overwhelming correction make the error undeniable. Milly can surround a restrained person's arms with cool energy that dampens bloodline use, supporting arrest and containment.
