Fakul is a Beta cult operative sent with Fil to investigate and confront the intruder threatening their Vertigon operation.

Biography

Ordered out with the Tridiver

After cult personnel study a body killed by an unknown powerful attacker, their master orders Fil to go with Fakul and use the Tridiver. The pair follow the command into the search, aware from the footage and damage that their target is not weak but still treating the mission as a duty they cannot refuse. (Chapters 896–899)

Encountering Gustav

Fakul and Fil locate Gustav Oslov during the covert struggle around Stark and the Beta cult. Their vehicle and combined response fail against his superior mobility and force; the confrontation kills Fakul, leaving Fil and the cult without the two-person field team originally sent to contain the breach. (Chapters 900–902)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not isolate a detailed physical portrait of Fakul. Fakul is obedient, cautious enough to recognize evidence of a strong opponent, and nevertheless committed to following the cult master's order into danger. (Chapters 896–902)
