Randur

Randur is a muscular dwarven operative whose hostility toward the human party conceals his role in Gernis's counterplan.

Biography

Feigned opposition and reconstruction

Randur's public attacks on Waylan and Douglas make Inferno believe the dwarven coalition is divided. During the reversal he turns on the infiltrators, revealing that the hostility was cover, and afterward guides Ren through Henlour's treasury. In Immorra, Randur's historical knowledge identifies the world's mineral value and helps persuade Jomnuk that Ren's fortification project benefits the dwarves; he then helps construct portal and mana infrastructure. (Chapters 334–380, 631–661)

Appearance and personality

Randur is a muscular dwarf with fiery red brows and a combative manner convincing enough to sustain a covert role. Later scenes emphasize a bearded, scholarly smugness, especially when his historical knowledge proves useful. (Chapters 334–335, 631–638)

Powers and abilities

He uses daggers, poison, and dwarven artifacts in covert combat, then demonstrates expertise in portals and mana-chamber engineering. The source gives no explicit formal rank change or named personal technique. (Chapters 360–369, 631–638)
