Jomnuk Dramegrip
Jomnuk Dramegrip is a dwarven grandmaster whose engineering knowledge is central to defeating Inferno and fortifying Immorra.
Biography
Engineer of two coalitions
Jomnuk agrees to remove Ren's control chip and joins the decoy plan, only to be kidnapped by Inferno because his knowledge is indispensable. After his rescue, he helps restore Henlour's systems and trains Ryan and Smallsnake. Years later he evaluates Immorra's faulty defenses, accepts Ren's resource bargain, and co-designs fortifications and a mana chamber before returning to Henlour. (Chapters 320–377, 631–638)
Appearance and personality
Jomnuk is an older, wrinkled dwarf, described with a bald head and braided hair or beard. He is absorbed by difficult technical problems, skeptical of outsiders, and pragmatic enough to support a coalition once its engineering value is demonstrated. (Chapters 327–330, 363, 631–638)
Powers and abilities
His strength lies in artifact engineering, control systems, chip removal, fortification, and mana-infrastructure design rather than direct combat. He has substantial mana and technical authority, but the corpus repeatedly treats him as a specialist who requires protection in a fight. (Chapters 323–369, 631–638)

- Ren Dover: Client, rescuer, and supplier of resources for Jomnuk's projects. (Chapters 323–369, 631–638)

- Randur: Fellow dwarven expert and argumentative collaborator. (Chapters 631–638)
